Resizing FB social icon

Hi I am having trouble resizing the Facebook icon in my email template. It was originally sized at 46 points and I made it bigger and now it is telling me that I cannot go below 50 points….so now I have a tiny Instragram icon and a giant Facebook one…. Can someone help? Thanks Sue

Segment Not Updating

Trying to update a segment and it is just perpetually stuck at .1 percent. Nothing happens even If I refresh and try again. Any ideas as to why this would occur?

Woocommerce feed only showing Started Cart ?

Hi, new to Klaviyo even though we have been setup for a year.  Woocommerce integration appears to show customers and subscribers, however only “Started Checkout” events are being shown.  We have no data on placed orders or any of the other events. Have tried looking for a solution, so any help is appreciated.ThanksRoss

Revenue-Triggered Flow

Hi everyoneI’m looking to create a flow that is triggered when customers spend over a certain amount. Can someone give me the best triggers or conditional splits for this? I’ve tried a conditional split by revenue and also triggered by over a certain number but I then need to enter a time frame which is irrelevant in this situation. Hope someone can help!

Adding a Time Delay to a Flow

Hello, Every tuesday at 4pm  I am offering a live Webinar.This webinar is only for people who’ve bought a specific product. I want to send an invitation on tuesday at 2pm.The tricky part that I can not figure out is to set up the delay. For example, Let’s say someone bought the product tuesday at 10 am - this person must not receive the invitation yet (giving us time to ship the product). But must receive the invitation the next Tuesday. Any ideas? thanks a lot!

Adding a single email to a list

Hey hey,  I’ve got a few users who changed their emails. All I want to do is periodically add 1 email to an existing list (that flows to particular place). How do I do this?  I’ve tried going into the segments and adding, but I can’t for the life of me get the import right.  Thanks!Lindsay

Klaviyo tracking overwrites custom properties

I have a field on my signup form that sets the profile’s “Status” property to a certain value, eg “Start”. As the user progresses through our flow we update this field to keep track of where they are in our funnel.However, I’m finding that if the user navigates to the site, the klaviyo javascript snippet executes a `track` call which replaces the value of this property with the original value that is included with the signup form (ie, “Start”) - as a result we lose the status of that user.How do we prevent this field being overwritten?

Using if statements in metric flow

I’m creating a metric flow in Klaviyo and have an event variable, amount_dollars, that gets sent with each payload. Within an email that triggers off of the flow, I want to change one word depending on how large amount_dollars is; e.g. I want it to say “extremely” if amount_dollars is greater than 500. I tried writing the following into my email within the flow:{{% if event.amount_dollars>500 %}}extremely {{% endif %}} But when I do, I get an error message. How can I create an if statement based on metric event variables?

Segment - Not Is Not On Any List

Trying to create a segment of people not on a list.  We have 5 different lists so the “Is Someone In or Not in a List” will not work as you have to select a list so it will show everyone in the other lists as well.  Thanks!

Exclude people from product abandonment flow if they have received newsletter

Hi there,New to the community and have a question about trigger filters. We would like to set up a hierarchy so people do not get swamped with emails from us -- giving priority to our Welcome flow and 2x/week newsletter over product abandonment emails.Excluding people from the abandonment flow if they have received another flow (Welcome) in the past X hours seems easy enough, but I’m stumped at how to exclude them if they have received a regular email campaign from us.Thanks!Don

Activated flows after people already purchased

So I didn’t realize you had to activate your flows and we launched our product. After about 60 sales came in i realized i need to activate the flow for people to get anything. Is it too late, are the people that bought not going to be part of this flow or will klaviyo smartly recognize when they bought and send emails to that person?

Email banner sizing

Hi community, I am brand new to Klaviyo and creating my first ‘Thank You’ email from the template. When I load my png it is huge and have resized it with unfavourable blurry result. Are there guidelines for optimum IMAGE BANNER height and width for an email?Also, behind the Banner image (when I add it) there is a block of black which I don’t understand. Thank you for the help!CC

How to Connect Multiple Shopify Stores?

Hi all,There seems to be an issue with the Klaviyo integration with Shopify. In that, you are not able to connect more than one store to Klaviyo.We recently launched our US store and have started to segment our audience to send location specific emails to our American customers. It is essential for us to have two stores at the moment as the US store have a slightly different selection of product vs. UK and can pay in USD. However I am not able to gather any analytics from this store. Making it hard to analyse campaign and flow performance for this audience.I was curious to know if there was a work around or if Klaviyo were working on a fix for this?I look forward to hearing your thoughts,Many thanks,Rory

Flow filter by country

Hi there, I’ve created a flow with filter “FLOW FILTERS (1)Country: equals: Austria OR Country : equals: Germany” So that my german customers receive their email in german. However, I realised that even my international customers receive this message. How come?

Hi, I first created an account directly with Klaviyo as far as I know, with the mail X.then i added user Y and he created email flows. i could also put shopify triggers in it and it was integrated.I wanted to log in through shopify apps klaviyo but then was shown the klaviyo home page with the registration/integration.How do I get back to my normal account now? Abandon Cart Flow misfiring Woo Commerce and YITH Request for Quote

I have my out of the box Abandoned cart flow set up in my new WooCommerce store and its working but there is slight glitch due to my setup. I am using YITH request a quote which allows a customer to add items to the quote and submit for pricing. Once they submit the quote, Klaviyo appears to be interpreting this as those items were left in the cart and triggers the abandoned cart flow. Is there a way around this?  EDIT: There are two ways a user can create a quote. One is to build a quote cart and the other is to convert the shopping cart to quote in the checkout screen. The later is when the abandoned cart flow is triggered. This makes sense functionally, but it would like for the flow to not activate when the cart is converted to quote.

Tidio>Klavyio did an import, profiles flagged with "accepts marketing' are not going into my newsletter list...

So I’m having a frustrating time with Klaviyios Newsletter lists.People never seem to show up often directly from Shopify (even though they accept marketing by default) or heck when importing from an Excel (off Tidio), even though these are people flagged with ‘accepts marketing', they’re still not making it into my list… I mean I even imported them directly into the list! And they’re still not there.What is going on? Can someone please help. How can I even flag, them into that list in Klavyio? as another question

Abandon Cart Flow Revenue

I’ve had my abandon cart flow set up for about a month now and I have had not one sale from it. Revenue is 0. I’m thinking something is wrong with my flow. Can someone assist?

Shopify - number of email subscribers

HiNew to Klaviyo, loving it so far. A question - in Shopify we have 1150 or so email contacts but only about 250 have opted in to receive emails. Klaviyo wants us to go to the 1000 + subscription already, is there a way to resolve this?Thanks
