Why isn't the data in my account showing up anymore?

Our klaviyo is empty. It was visible till last night, and now it's completely blank in the morning.Campaigns. Flows, templates, and lists are no longer available. This is very shocking and not sure what to do? Tried multiple browsers, but same blank account. Chat is also unavailable at this time; if anyone can assist, please do so.

Can Flows use Smart Send Time?

I’m aware of how to use Smart Send Time with campaigns, but it's not clear whether this option is enabled, disabled, or toggleable for Flows. I would *like* to have it available for flows but I can't seem to find any information about this.  Note that I am talking about Smart Send Time - the feature that optimizes the time an email is sent based on the recipient’s time zone/behavior - not Smart Send, the feature that ensures someone isn’t getting too many messages per day.

How do I ensure that users signing up via Wix are getting my coupon codes?

For a first order sign up discount can I use unique coupons and integrate with WIX so the coupons actually work when a customer places an order through my website? If so how do I do this?

Abandoned Cart link woocommerce not working

The returned to cart link is not working in the abandoned cart emails with Woocommerce integration. Once you click on link it will bring you to a empty cart. It shows the correct product in email though. Any idea why it’s not saving the cart?

Customer Flow when they purchase specific product

Hi Everyone! Klaviyo user for a number of years now, however I’m unsure how to approach this specific use case. I’m going to be listing products that are fulfilled via my printing partner in my store, so I’m looking to create a flow so these customers get a different post purchase email sequence. These products will be in their own collection (shopify)I’m thinking i’ll need three flows in total1. Customer orders just the printed product2. Customer orders printed products plus other products that I fulfil3. Customer doesnt order printed product (this I already have setup)Where I’m getting a bit stuck with this is the logic around the triggers to keep things tidy & easy to maintain so just looking to get some guidance. I could either create a specific list for users who buy the printed product and then a flow for those?Or create three triggers based on the purchase behaviour (above) which i add into my current post purchase thank you sequence & just add the different flows there?

How do you filter recharge subscibers from post purchase flow?

I’m setting up a post purchase flow and want to add individual message filters for emails that should only go to people who are not yet subscribers.The company I’m setting this up for uses recharge for their subscriptions.Here’s how I currently have the additional flow filters setup: Has Placed Order zero times over all time where tags contains Subscription.Will this work for people who have started the post purchase flow but are not yet subscribers?

Hi all,As per above, is it possible to centre align horitzonally two sides of a split block?I can see that its possible to Left, Centre, and Right align text and images, but not horizontally align?Thanks

Can I generate coupon codes with the costumer's first name as the coupon?

Is it possible to autogenerate coupons with their first name as it + a few digits in the abandoned cart?I want to make custom codes for example: Mathias abandonds a cart. He recieves the first e-mail with at custom code called “Mathiasxxxx” for example. And if Tina does the same she recieves a coupon with “Tinaxxxx”. Is that possible, and how?Best Regards

Content tags, message variables, or similar features

Hello! I'm looking into different platforms for my company to move to in the near future, since Bronto (our current ESP) is shutting down next year. One of the features we make pretty heavy use of in Bronto is the content tag system, which allows us to create predefined blocks of HTML code (via Bronto's API) that can be inserted into messages as needed, but this feature seems to be somewhat unique to Bronto from what I can find. I see that Klaviyo has a number of predefined variables, and custom properties for contact-specific personalization, but those don’t quite fit what we’re looking for. Is there any way to replicate that functionality in Klaviyo? Thanks!

We recently made a change to Klaviyo cookies that has resulted in a minor impact to the WooCommerce integration. This affects the ability to track cookied users through started checkout events. To prevent any potential gaps in future started checkout event data within Klaviyo, we recommend customers with existing WooCommerce integrations upgrade to the latest version of our WooCommerce plugin, version 2.4.2.Plugin updates can now be installed directly from your WordPress Admin page. When an update is available, you'll see an alert next to the Plugins tab.  Click on the Plugins tab, scroll down to find the Klaviyo plugin, and install the update.

How to change prices to reflect Quebec's pricing format (i.e. 8,99$)

'Add to Cart' greyed out when using Back in Stock Flow

I’ve installed the Klavio back in stock flow on the Dawn theme.It works however there is one problem.When changing my selection from an in-stock variant to an out of stock variant, then back to the in-stock variant - the add to cart button becomes greyed out.This is fixed via a page refresh, but not exactly ideal.Neither true nor false in my replace_anchor setting fixes the issue. Price Drop not triggering

We have set up a Price Drop flow and it is not populating. The message “There was no price drop activity over specified period of time.” is what I get in the report. Does it take some time for this to start updating? Anyone else experience this? Thanks in advance.

Why Is Embed form not working?

Hi - I currently have an active pop up form on my website that is working fine, but have gone to create an embed form that won’t publish as it says that sign up forms are not successfully installed. I have checked other threads and made sure that my website is only associated with 1 Klaviyo account,  but I can’t figure out why else this is happening? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Viewed Product Tracking Not Working Shopify Atlantic Theme

Hey there, I have tried using the set up wizard to set up my viewed product tracking which I get the green text saying that it is enabled on my shopify store. However, when I check the viewed products analytics it is still flat lined even though there are definitely people on my website and buying products. I have tried redoing this but to no avail.  Can anyone kindly assist? Thanks

Linking to Shopify for abandoned cart customer journey

I have a flow set up for abandoned cart, which seems to be working well.However, there doesnt seem to be a “back flow” to Shopify to show that the emails have gone out to these customers. Shopify shows as no email sent. Is this meant to happen? is there a way to set this up so there is a back flow and Klaviyo inputs the sent data to Shopify?

Reports - revenue from 1st time buyers vs repeat email buyers

All SKU are not loaded inside metrics

Hi,Inside my metrics say “Ordered Product” the metrics(charts) is showing fine however not all SKU’s which are loaded into Klaviyo is populated and many of them missing.How to include all or select the SKU’s. There is bottom section called segments with SKU’s and checkboxes near by and there also not all SKU’s are present. But when i search by condition its showing, kindly advise.

Can you create a list or segment without e-mail adresses?

I have created a short survey to get customer feedback about my product. I want to keep the survey as accessible as possible and make the commitment to fill in the survey as small as possible. That’s why i don't want to ask for their e-mail. The purpose of this survey is not to collect e-mail addresses, but honest feedback.I made a list to collect the data, but after filling in the survey, nothing gets added to the list. I also tried to create a segment, but that didn't work either. Do you know how i can collect the data without customers having to fill in their e-mail address?Thanks!

Pop-up text block not appearing on website

We have created two pop-ups to be appear on same page with different conditions that I have achieved using URL containing option and working fine. One pop-up is in English and the other is in Spanish, both pop-ups are appearing absolutely fine but there is an issue that the text block is not appearing for the second pop-up (i.e. Spanish). The form fields are appearing fine but not the header and footer text blocks, I can not think of any reason which can cause this.I have tried changing the text, etc. but nothing seems to work. Image, fields and other blocks are working fine but not the text and this happening for the second block only.

Magento2 Order Numbers Are wrong in Klaviyo Email

HiWe’ve integrated Magento2 with Klaviyo successfully.  The issue we have now, is when we enabled “order confirmation” email flow in Klaviyo, it’s working but it’s showing the wrong Magento order #.  How can we fix this issue?​​​​​​ What are all of the available parameters for us to use in this use case to show more order information in the email if we wanted to?
