b'Unable to find coupon with code: HAPPY20. It may have been deleted.'

When I try and send someone to my Shopify site from the Klaviyo preview.{{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }}&discount={% coupon_code 'HAPPY20' %} I receive a message saying that “b'Unable to find coupon with code: HAPPY20. It may have been deleted.'” when i delete this message and just type in HAPPY20 into shopify the code works. I must be doing something wrong with the coupon_code ‘HAPPY20’ part but I can’t quite put my finger on it. Help! :)

Hi there,We are creating a Jotform questionnaire that has multiple questions in which we want to collect the specific data from in order to segment that customer. i.e. customer answers they experience acne will be tagged with that - is that be possible? Thanks!

How to send sizes of specific products in Klaviyo after customer views the product

Here is what I am trying to accomplish- I have a shopify store and I want to share sizes of my product with customers once they check the product page. I am thinking of having a pop-up which gives them the option to recieve the email or SMS with the sizes. So how can I automate this into a flow? Will I get the title of the product page on which the customer fills the form in Klaviyo as a metric that I can use. Once I get the title, I am thinking it’s possible to use the conditional logic and share the size. I also have metafields of all the products and sizes in the Shopify store, is there any way to extract those into Kalviyo? Or if someone can suggest a better way to do this!

Hi, I am consolodating an international store into a domestic store and closing my international shopify store. I’d like to merge my international klaviyo account into my domestic klaviyo account. What tools and processes are available to do this? i cannot find a similar situation anywhere on the forums. thank you.

Form+List: Send form content to list contact on submission

I have a Contact form that is connected to a list. I’ve indicated in the list setup the Contact Email address for the person that manages submissions to this list to reply. Is there a way to set up a flow for when someone submits their info, to send the form data to the Contact Email address assigned to the list? I’m sure I’m missing something relatively simple, but I’m not seeing the solution in the flow options. TIA. Does it need to be a flow or is there a setting somewhere that should automatically forward to the indicated list Contact Email?

Klaviyo Flow evaluating price as string instead of number? Broken?

We’ve created a simple test flow, when someone views a product, if the product is over $1.00 to send an email to mytest@email.com. The problem is the the “price” is being passed to Klaviyo with the currency symbol ($) in it.So instead of 75.49, it is passing $75.49. Therefore, the price is no longer a number but in fact a string and therefore Klaviyo flow cannot evaluate if the price is greater than 1 or not, because it is effectively evaluating if letters > 1 (which is always false).How can we fix this, please?
