HI there! New-ish to the community and wondering if this is the optimal set up for my post-purchase flow. Any help is greatly appreciated! I don’t want people bombarded with emails so here are the factors I considered:Weekly emails already include products (we don’t have tons of new ones regularly) and occasional sales Shopify is currently sending out a whole bunch of transactional emails: order confirm, shipping, out for delivery and delivered. 3 segments: New customer, Ordered at least three times, Ordered at least three times and $value over $500.Question 1:If someone places an order 3 times with $value over 500 and gets email C, then comes back 3 months later and orders a 4th time with $value under 500, how do I prevent them from getting email B? Question 2:Does this flow ensure each profile only goes through this flow once? I’m worried about someone who comes back and orders “4 times over all time” and gets either email B or C a second time. I am currently having issues with the added to cart analytic showing just like many others!I followed all the steps with adding “viewed product” and as well as “added to cart” via by class. Also my code for my theme doesn't go by “product.liquid”, but “main-product-liquid”. Not too sure if that makes a difference. Also not too sure if I need to take out certain strings within the class element or if I should just keep the full string. I added screen shots in regards to my code. Please let me know if there are any adjustments I need to make.
I’m posting here because the problem I’m having is impacting my company’s revenue.Klaviyo totally doesn’t wan’t to integrate with WooCommerce. I’m getting the error message “We can't complete your setup - Details: Non 200 Response Received” when I try to establish a connection from Klaviyo WooCommerce plugin newest version(v. 3.0.1) to the Klaviyo platform. I contacted Bluehost to assist in whitelisting the user agent but they refuse to assist and say that the plugin is a third party plugin and they can’t help since there aren’t any errors on the WordPress dashboard. I’ve tried the steps that support team has offered here from a user with a similar problem without any luck. 1. Delete the WooCommerce integration in Klaviyo2. Delete the Klaviyo plugin in your WordPress3. Re-install the plugin4. Log into Klaviyo via an incognito window and re-add the WooCommerce integration Still getting same error message. Last week Klaviyo sent out an email to some of their customers informing us that our email tiers were about to change. We wanted to let you know about a change to Klaviyo’s pricing. Klaviyo's email tiers will no longer offer unlimited email plans. We are adjusting this to match our higher pricing tiers. Effective April 11, 2022 your current plan will have an email limit of 10x the profile limit.We have been a customer for 4 years on the 40,000 profile plan. We spend $600/mo to send Unlimited Emails. Because we have been allowed no limits on this plan, our current email marketing strategy includes over a dozen highly customized flows which span the course of an entire month to allow a once per month marketing calendar refresh. We send just over 2 Million emails per month with a 25% open rate which converts to just over 30% of our total revenue. Klaviyo is a big part of our business. How can I deliver a lead magnet via email and send the welcome series immediately after to new subscribers of that lead magnet list?
QUICK QUESTION...I want to offer a lead magnet (free downloadable) through a landing page with Klaviyo sign-up form for my client. And I would like to deliver the downloadable via email immediately someone opts in for it.One way I know is to use an automated flow (the first email sent to them) that will be triggered when the new subscriber joins the list for the downloadable. But that would mean creating a separate list for these set of new subscribers, different from the general newsletter list.I have a welcome series set up for new subscribers triggered by the general newsletter list. But I also want the new subscribers that opt in from the free downloadable landing page to receive the welcome emails immediately after they receive the first email that contains the free downloadable.Please how can I do this in Klaviyo?Do I have to clone the welcome series and make the duplicate to be triggered by the new list I'll create for the free downloadable?I wouldn't also want a subscriber to r
I recently changed my hosting server and now all our klaviyo emails are going to spam. Even emails like welcome, abandon cart flows etc are ending up in spam when it previously didn’t used toOur open rates have dropped dramatically. Is there anything I need to do to fix this issue? Should I re-verify the domain and hosting on klaviyo?
We have been a loyal Klaviyo Customer for nearly 4 years! We have an email list of 59,000 customers. We use the platform for both transactional emails and marketing sends. We send on average about 2 Million emails per month. We have 12 active flows that range from abandoned carts to new customer welcomes! We have been paying $600/mo for the last 4 years and just got a notice that we would now only be allowed 400,000 emails per month at that price...that is an 80% reduction in our send volume for the same price...that means that each of our 10 sends per month will cost $60...make them count!The really frustrating part of all of this is that we were given 30 days notice to figure out which 1,600,000 emails per month we were willing to give up...Klaviyo accounts for up to 34% of our monthly revenue...so that is a tough decision...the alternative??? Move to a $2,100/mo plan to be able to have all of the same features and send rates for 4X the price…. Ridiculous!

However, the product image and title are not linked to the product page. There is no link at all.I have tried to troubleshoot without success, and wondered if anyone could shed some light on where I might be going wrong? Not using a pre-built ecomm platform. Hi all,With the Back in Stock flow - when a user signs up to receive the email notifications, do they remain in that product flow indefinitely? So if it goes out of stock again, they will then get another “back in stock” email? And if they click on the “back in stock” link, purchase the item and then it is out of stock in the future - do they get another “back in stock” email when it returns to being back in stock?Thanks,Steve

Hi There, new to Klaviyo so sorry if this basic.We’re having trouble getting elements to line-up on the left edge on Mobile. No matter what combination of element or block padding we apply, stuff doesn’t seem to line-up in the new editor.Example #1 - Block-level PaddingBecause block padding is available everywhere, if we standardise settings and only use block padding, we get inconsistent margins on mobile.See the red line, the text, button and stars image all have 30px block-level padding and 0px element padding but nothing lines-up on mobile... Example #2 - Element-level PaddingBut if we try to use 30px of element padding instead (not available on images or buttons) the text also doesn’t line-up on mobile… Not 100% sure what we’re doing wrong, have logged-out and back in but no joy. We’ve run Smart Send Time tests and have found our optimal send time. Now, when we’re sending campaigns, we’re using the Focused time period in case that optimal send time shifts gradually one direction or another. Is there value to occasionally sending a campaign using the exploratory send time (over 24 hours) rather than the focused time period, just so that we’re gathering a wide range of data and able to pivot accordingly? If so, how often do you send Exploratory campaigns rather than Focused ones using Smart Send Time?
HiI want to create a segment based on future behaviour (I need to schedule an email to be sent to people who haven’t made a purchase between 2 dates in the future). I’ve created the segment and of course right now my entire subscriber list is in it as no one has placed an order between those future dates.My question is: If I create and schedule the email today, will the segment update in real time to ensure that only those who have not made a purchase between those dates will receive the email?Thanks!
In a flow, I choose Update Profile Property block, then Selected in it "Create New Property” and Use WelcomeFlow, and property value as "Active” and when I choose the Update Profile Property block, and choose the Update Profile Property option, WelComeFlow property wasn't there. Why is this happening
I have found the articles on uploading landline numbers (with country codes etc). Is there a way to upload mobile numbers to Klaviyo? For example, 077……?Alternatively, some advice on how to format Excel to convert mobile numbers (currently 77…...) to a functional format. Thanks for your help.
