I'm looking for the variable for when someone refunds an order or cancels an order, It will pull in the item name price and image of the item when someone views the email. Just how you would be able to see when someone views a product in an abandoned cart or a browse abandonment email. It's not a prebuilt transactional email flow that's in Klaviyo so I'd like to figure out how to build it from scratch. Please let me know if you have any info on this!
After two years of coming to grips with Klaviyo I noticed something new today! Always exciting. This post/question is driven by the desire to be in a position where I can elegantly sift out sending emails to those that do not open over an extended period.Today, I realised that emails being viewed (at least in iPhone) are not registered as open, in Klaviyo, until the images are downloaded.So, this means that if a recipient’s phone is set to not “Load Remote Images” in the settings, like mine is, Klaviyo does not show that the article has been opened, even though it could have been fully read without downloading. Once the images are downloaded, Klaviyo registers the openThere may be something in the Klaviyo resources but I haven’t spotted it, if there is. I don’t know if this is part of the iOS changes or not but, either way it is an issue because if I am sending follow ups to those that Did Not Open the first, some users are unnecessarily getting two emails. That would drive me crazy!S
Hi Everyone, By adding my email (as a test) onto my Shopify Theme Pop-up, my information is collected in the Shopify Customer tab. I am using Shopify’s Prestige Theme I have integrated Klaivyo to my Shopify account and set up a number of Flows to all new subscribers. However my email is not collected in Klaviyo under Profits or Lists/Segements and I do not get triggered with the Welcome email. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Does anyone have experience setting up transactional emails for Recharge Subscription customers using “quick action” functionality? This seems like a great feature and one I’d love to implement, but I’m confused about how to do it. I’d love help from someone in the community or to see some examples of others who are using it.
I need help setting up coupon codes in email flows. We are trying to do a 10% off discount code for a birthday but I do not know how to get the codes to send. When I preview them by sending a test to my email it just says "Birthday-Preview." I have a signup form connected but its not live and neither is the flow. If I make them live will people automatically get the code when they enter their email?
Question regarding the SMS welcome flow. Today is the first day we launched the SMS capture pop up that enters users into the welcome flow once they've consented. Essentially we would want the welcome text to deliver to them as soon as possible, but, if a customer consents after 9PM(local time zone) a text could technically be sent after hours. I can only set the time delay to specific times of day/ days of week so I'm curious on what the best practice is for this?
Anyone have any insight as to whether it’s best to send a coupon code as a link that will automatically apply the coupon code VS sending it as plain text that is easily copy/pasted? Looking for some best practice tips on how to send dynamic coupons in welcome/abandoned cart flow. Thanks!

Hi!I have Klaviyo connected with Shopify (with the App).My sign-up form (in a pop-up) shows only “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Email” fields and populate a specific list in Klaviyo.I want to add 2 fields : month and day for birthdays. I cannot find how to add these field (on Klaviyo side or on Shopify side) since I cannot edit this sign-up form.Thanks in advance for your help!Ren
I have customers who have a number of Shopify tags from self selecting different brands that they like. I want to create a segment of those who are tagged with specific brands but cant see how to do it. Here’s an example - I want to segment customers tagged with Brand A and Brand B - however they may also have tags for Brand Y and Brand Z. I cant therefore us the option for “Shopify tags contains Brand A or Brand B” as they will also include those with tags for Brand Y and Brand Z. I cant use the does not contain Y and Z as that will exclude A and B. What are my options? Help!
Seriously that’s my only question. I am editing the html and it keep refreshing every time I click on it. I’m using the drag and drop option but trying to edit the html source code to add some features or even try to change a little with CSS however it never saves my changes.

I’ve added the snippets to my site for active on site and viewed product tracking and I am getting the ‘green’ CTA saying data is received but then not getting any data coming through onto site despite people being on site and I’ve checked the tracking myself.Any ideas, will this be because I am using the free plan? Hi there,We set up a flow where we ask our customers how they like the clothes they bought. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the response rate, so we want to issue a voucher for a response. I am looking for a survey tool where a custom coupon code is automatically sent at the end (custom so the code can't be abused). So far we have used google forms, but here I have not found a way that submitting the answer leads to an automated sending of the coupon. Manually sending each customer the coupon is not an option.Or do you have any other ideas on how I can create the survey and send the people who answer the survey their voucher?I am looking forward to your ideas.Thanks in advanceErik

Hi - I have a group of existing email customers from shopify that were added to klaviyo, but were not added to the “newsletter” list. I can see them in klaviyo and can see that they are marked as consented to marketing, but I can’t find a way to add them to the newsletter list. Any ideas?Thanks
