How add product pricing with VAT included in a productblock. (For an abandoned cart mail)

I am currently struggling to add the right price from Magento to the product block in the abandoned cart email. The price is currently showing with VAT excluded. Has anyone found a way to include VAT in the product price?  Thanks!

Button link with specific product direct to checkout

Hi Klaviyo Fam,1. I’m setting up the Replenishment flow, with the trigger of specific product in each email. I’d like to add a button that direct to checkout page with a specific product. Is this possible?​​​​​​​2.And then I’m having trouble with the button links because when I update the templates for the specific product ( e.g CREAMER), the other templates are updating the button links with the creamer links as well. It doesn't direct to the correct product.Thanks for helping me Fam.

How to setup proper winback flow for my segmentations?

Hi there, I am trying to setup a winback flow for this customer segmentation as per suggested in Klaviyo’s advanced segmentation guide. We are integrated with Woocommerce. I’ve setup the flow to be as below:Trigger: People will enter this flow when they Placed Order Flow Filters:Placed Order zero times since starting this flowAND Placed Order at least once over all timeAND Placed Order zero times in the last 180 daysAND Received Email is at least 2 in the last 90 daysAND Opened Email zero times in the last 90 daysAND Person is not suppressed for emailMay I know if I have setup the flow correctly to trigger it? This is because I do not know whether the filters of Placed order zero times since starting this flow will contradict with AND Placed Order at least once over all time, or it might even contradict with AND Placed Order zero times in the last 180 days.Another confusion that I have in mind is, the Time Delay should be set as 180 days correct? or is it 90 days? Appreciate the advice

Adding a unique URL in Post Purchase flow based on SKU purchased

Hello there, I’m trying to add a unique URL in my Post purchase flow based on the SKU purchased. For example, if customer bought SKU 123, URL 123 should display. If they bought SKU 456, they should see URL 456. I cannot figure out how I get this if rule set up in my campaign… Thanks a lot,Jalna

Why Does Mobile visibility features not work when viewing Gmail in a browser vs the Gmail app?

If you open the Safari (or Chrome) app on your iPhone and visit mail.google.com to view a Klaviyo email, every block shows — even if the visibility is set to only show on “Desktop”. This problem occurs on the classic editor and the new editor. Below is a screenshot from the iPhone’s Safari app.As you can see, both blocks are visible, regardless of visibility setting. iPhone > Safari > Gmail Web Interface (mail.google.com)Here are some screenshots from inside the classic editor:As you can see above, the Block Styles are set to Show On Mobile only.And here, the Block Styles are set to Show On Desktop only.Here you can see the desired block visibility as I switch between Desktop and Mobile preview. Like I said before, this problem occurs on the classic editor as well as the new editor.I can’t find any documentation about this situation anywhere.Any help would be much appreciated.

Can I Set Up SMS Consent at the Checkout Stage?

Hi so i set up SMS marketing through klaviyo last week using a sign up form when customers arrive on my page, which hasn't been that effective. I was wondering is there a way to add a tick box at the checkout stage where customers can choose to consent for SMS messages so i can use them in my abandon cart flow? I currently using shopify and just want a tick box then links back to klaviyo.

Change Product Block Text Size?

I am in the process of building out my Browse Abandonment Flow and am having an issue trying to reduce the product title text size in the browse abandonment product block. I currently have it set to 9px which seems to be the minimum size offered however the text appears really large when I preview the email. Any suggestions on how I can reduce the text size further?

I am creating a flow where I offer a free download of an e-book. How can I create a conditional split based on whether the viewer has clicked the download link or not? I want to send reminders to those that do not download after a few days.

Text looks blurry on images which include text uploaded to email

When I upload pictures that include text the text appears slightly blurry and not sharp. my emails are 600px wide Any idea how to fix this?

Referral link without a rewards program

Hi everyone! I have a question about Referal links. I saw people have previously asked about building up a referral program for their site through Klaviyo and for that many wonderful integrations were suggested. Is there anyone who has had an experience with just adding a Referral link to their Klaviyo email without creating a whole program with rewards and such? The main point would be to send our clients the referral link, which they can share, and with any friend who would sign to that email list with that specific link, they would be eligible for a price afterward. That means we should be able to track all the people who have invited their friends to join the list.

How do I set up 2 pop ups forms appearing at different times?

Hi I am trying to do the following:Someone suggested I could have 2 different pop ups appearing at different times, say after 2 seconds, then after 10 seconds. Is that a done practice or too much overload for visitors?I think it will give more opportunity to optin. The 1st discount popup (appearing after 2 seconds) would send the discount code in the 1st email and then send the newsletter tips/promotions in subsequent emails, and the 2nd optin form is the newsletter, (ie 1st email is the “3 tips” info, second email could be the discount code….so it would be a case of switching the order of the first 2 emails around for each optin form.How do I set that up? And do I link the discount pop up to a flow? (the “welcome series”?) and then link that flow to the newsletter? Do I link the 2nd pop up for the newsletter to a campaign rather than a flow?

Show/Hide Logic based on if someone has made a purchase or not

I’m having trouble figuring out how to use the Show/Hide logic to display a block only to profiles that have not made a purchase, my platform is Woocommerce.I can find syntax examples based on product purchased, age, etc but I can’t figure this one out. I do have a segment of profiles that have never purchased - is it possible the create logic based on a profiles inclusion of a specific segment?I don’t want to do a conditional split as that will make the flow get pretty complicated.

Is it possible to send SMS subscribers a .vcf contact card so that they can store our contact info into their phones easily? I have seen this done by some accounts with Klaviyo such as robingolf.com but I cannot seem to figure out how to set it up. thanks!

"Your shopify integration's periodic sync has failed" - fix?

 I get the above and have no idea how to make it not fail after searching on google, please give advice, thanks.Background if it matters: I didn’t pay for my shopify store once my 14day free trial was over and waited 20+ days before reactivating my store, maybe this triggered it, nonetheless need a solution.

How to find length of an array ?

Hello,  I am having troubles writing an email following the condition whether the array contains one element or several elements. I would like to build this condition : if event.Items.length > 1, then do something otherwise do something else. I can’t find a liquid expression implicating length or size to define an array working in KlaviyoI tried {{ my_array.size }} but it does not work...Thanks for your answers !

Dynamic Variables for Billing Address

Dynamic VariablesI am creating a Order Confirmation transactional email, where I am pulling in customer billing address and shipping address via dynamic variables. I can see the information is available in the ‘Preview Info’ under the event properties on a test customer.All information is pulling through correctly apart from the Billing Address Address1 and Address2 variables which isn't showing at all.  The billing and and shipping information is duplicating??   Variables MetricAlso Can I change the Coupon metric to ‘None’ instead of the current False? And the the Discount sum to ‘0.00’? Many thanks!!

I already got one working perfectly but the second one is giving me trouble, for the second website is the same as the one for the first one. The code snipet is the same. (Website number 2 with the pop up from website numer 1)

Hi everyone,Is there any other way to use Klaviyo SMS for a country where the service is not available? I’m trying to integrate SMS to our automation flow but unfortunately the Klaviyo SMS service is not available in my region. Any recommended third party integrations or other ways to link the Klaviyo?

Klaviyo embedded forms and pop ups

Do ad blockers and Duck Duck Go Privacy Essentials prevent all forms from showing up? I cannot seem to get around this, between embedded forms, pop ups, etc. How do I get a customer to sign up when using these? Thank you.

Re: Outook 365 email formatting - no paragraphs

I am trying to work on my email templates, however in outlook 365 desktop, they show up with no paragraph breaks in them. They look fine out my mobile device. Does anyone have any tips?

Image size for both desktop and mobile?

I am trying to create flows, but when I select our logo for the image it looks HUGE in mobile, and doesn’t let you move from side to side to view the whole image. It is fine for desktop, but not mobile - so I don’t to select “show on both desktop/mobile.” Please help!

How do I change the opacity on a block background color in email?

For example, I am using #5168C0 for my button color in my email, and I’d like to have the block background color be 20% opacity of that hex color. Is it possible to set that? Right now I am choosing a second hex color, but I will have to pass this template on to another team member and for simplicity sake, I don’t want them having to choose two colors.
