Not all woocommerce products are synced with the flow

Hey Guys,  I am having an issue with my Woo integration, the connected store has 10 products and in Klaviyo-products I can see all the items but when I want to add a product to a trigger filter in a flow it not showing most of the products.It has last synced today so that should not be the case, anyone know what is happening here?Thanks on forehand.

POP UP

Hi,I have a pop up and after customer write their email automatically a success message appear with the discount code. I don’t want this, I would like to change this and instead they get an automatic email after suscribing, is this possible? My website is in shopify.  ThanksJaime

Conditional Split Not Working as it Should

Hello,  Thank you guys for always being so helpful on here. Here is my current situation:  For my current abandoned checkout flow, I have set up a conditional trigger to group customers into the flow based on the value of their cart at checkout, but I don’t think it is working as it should. See more below:  The Flow and Trigger (trigger image below)  This evening, we had a $2k order, and i noticed that the customer was getting emails that came from the “No” flow.   First Email they received: Really appreciate all your help and support in getting this fixed, Thank you,

Not receiving preview

Hello Community!I have an unpaid account (still) and I have been trying to send previews to test flows and templates. Despite notifications saying “test email sent successfully” I have not recieved test emails to my hotmail.com, gmail.com and organisation emails. Would love to know if anyone has experienced the same problem or knows of a potential solution.

Setting up a Branded Sending Domain with WIX

Hi, I'm trying to set up a branded sending domain and I need to add/update my DNS records.I purchased my domain through WIX. I've managed to add the TXT and I've added the first NS record to the CNAME records but it's not letting me add more.Is that the correct place to add these records and do I have to add them all or is one enough??Thank you so much!!!!

Dynamic Image Not Showing in Browse Abandonment Email

Hi, I can’t seem to get my dynamic image block to show the product in my Browse Abandonment email.I have tried the solution in this Post, but it didn’t work. The box shows but no product. See image below. Using the proper code “{{ event.ImageURL }}” the image or box outline doesn’t show. However, the price works fine - See image below.I have checked my Viewed Product, and it is firing, with metrics showing.  Is it possible that the “viewed product” script is outdated, and needs updating?I am with Shift4Shop, and the original script was installed by Klaviyo support a few years ago. Thanks.

Hello everyone,I'm seeking clarity on the specific use cases for our WELCOME FLOW. If a profile status is marked as "never subscribed" on Klaviyo because they provided their email during checkout only, will this profile still enter this flow if they subscribe later through the sign-up form linked to my newsletter list?Thank you for your insights.

Please Add Support For Value-Based Meta Custom Audiences

Meta (formerly Facebook) has supported and recommended ‘Value-Based Customer Lists’ since 2017. It has been best practice for advertisers ever since, yet Klaviyo still does not support them. Where this was once a ‘new feature’ that Klaviyo doesn’t support - it has gradually matured into being a glaring omission of the Klaviyo x Meta integration. Put simply, this feature enables audience uploads to feature a ‘Lifetime Value’ column for each customer - so that Meta can create lookalikes weighted towards your most loyal/valuable customers; rather than finding lookalikes of low-value customers, which results in you finding more prospective low-value customers. Klaviyo has data available to support the ‘value’ column in their Meta audience uploads, but this feature requires their attention and some prioritisation in order to deliver the baseline feature support that empowers the Custom Audiences they create. Here is some additional documentation: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/10330

Add to cart email flow

Hi There, I’m creating a flow where Once a customer has purchased an item from our site - after 30 minutes we will follow up with an email offering them a discount on a specific product that would pair well with the item previously purchased at a discounted rate. Is there a way to get the button in the email to Link back to the persons cart with this NEW item already discounted and in their cart? So far i’ve only been able to make the link take them to the product page - they then have to click add to cart on our website. I did get the discount to auto apply that way but ideally we would like to cut that step of them having to add the item to the cart.  Thanks so much

Importing Large List of Emails

Hi - I have a very large list of emails around 40K that I want to import into my marketing flow. These emails have not consented to received information from me, it’s a list that was given to me from a close colleague, his company went out of business but he has a very similar customer base to mine and thought I could benefit from the list. Is there a way I can import this list and then send an email asking these recipients if they would like to subscribe? I want to make sure I don’t get flagged for “spamming” and that I’m doing this in the most ethical way. Any suggestions?

Triggered Emails & Unsubscribes - New Google & Yahoo Requirements Feb 1, 2024

Hi all,I am trying to wrap my head around the one-click unsubscribe requirement for “triggered flow emails”.We use Klaviyo for our promotional emails but then send transactional / triggered flow emails through an API and our own custom email sending platform.I know Klaviyo will add a one-click unsubscribe to all emails that aren’t true transactional emails.But what about triggered flow emails like the welcome series. product review flow, abandoned cart flow, etc.I have read a lot of mixed info on this now with some saying that these are transactional emails and don’t need an unsubscribe and some saying that they do in fact need an unsubscribe. I talked to Klaviyo support and they said they will add the unsubscribe automatically to all marketing flow emails.Since we are sending triggered emails via our own custom platform I want to make sure we are doing it right.Is a one-click unsubscribe or an unsubscribe in general needed for the welcome series, product review flow, abandoned cart fl

Issues with Shopify POS sync

Hi,I am trying to get a few things done regarding my Shopify POS customers, mainly creating Welcome and Post Purchase flows for just this segment. I have set up a segment of all POS customers to start, and that’s where I see my first problem - there are only 380 customers in this list who have purchased via POS over all time, whereas Shopify has over 3,000. We have been using Klaviyo for longer than we’ve had Shopify POS, so i’m confused by this discrepancy.Assuming I can get this figured out, how should I set up flows to only target POS customers? The post purchase flow seems easy (just filter for source = pos in the trigger) but in my Welcome flow I want to make sure I’m only targeting customers who have just signed up via POS, not already through an online checkout or a Klaviyo form. Thanks!

Create segments using custom properties with AND-OR logic

Hello Klaviyo community,I would like to create segments based on custom properties as follows:(property1 = “AAA” AND property2 = “BBB”) OR (property3 = “CCC” AND property4 = “DDD”)It seems that this is not possible in Klaviyo. Am I missing something? Flow Template Limited - Free Plan

Hi,I am trying to setup up a new Browse Abandonment Flow, but there is no template showing up in search or other.Actually all the available templates are quite limited from what I have seen in the past.Is there a reason why?I am using the Free Plan, and I am under the 250 contacts limit. Thanks.

Emails to @me.com, @icloud.com and @mac.com bouncing overnight

I manage three separate Klaviyo accounts for brands I work on and every single one has seen a massive spike in bounce rates basically overnight on January 22-23, from 0.3% to over 5%. The weird thing to me is they’re all @me.com, @icloud.com, and @mac.com email addresses, all of which we were receiving emails just fine before January 22nd. My temporary solution is to just not send emails to anyone who has bounced, but Apple users make up a good chunk of our lists, so I don’t want to do this forever. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Are there any solutions for sending emails to these accounts? I am totally baffled.

Adding timestamp to custom profile property

Hi, I’m creating a campaign that will contain buttons allowing subscribers to self-segment themselves. When they click the button, it will create a specific custom profile property for them. Is there any way to have this timestamped? Let me give an example for clarity’s sake.Let’s say I am asking them to self-segment based on age. They can choose 20, 21 or 22. I’d like this to be timestamped so that in the future, I know if they have a profile property saying age 20 in 2024, they will be age 24 in 2028. Is there any way to do this? Thank you!

Sign up forms & Canadian implicit consent - is the standard Klaviyo form language & behavior compliant?

Hello! I’m setting up a Klaviyo email sign up form embed and I need to make sure that we’re compliant to Canadian laws. I’m seeing a lot about implicit agreement. The Klaviyo email embeds don’t really have a “Yes/no” box to tick like at a checkout. Is their agreement to give email & hit “submit” provided that the proper language beneath (i.e. “By signing up you are agreeing to...”) - - - is that sufficient? I’m not seeing how or where to literally add a checkbox to tick. Thank you in advance!

Push Campaign "Schedule or send" button is not active

When creating a Push Campaign, at the Review step, the 'Schedule or send' button is inactive, even though all checks are green, the settings for both Android and iOS platforms are correct, and the test pushes have successfully been delivered. Could you please advise what the issue might be? I am using test account.

Back In Stock does not want to appear

G’day. I’ve set up Back In Stock flow and added the snippet of code onto my theme liquid, but for some reason the button doesn’t want to appear.I even assigned id addtocart on the red box, if what I’m reading regarding alternate_anchor is correct (yes, i want to remove the get a sample button as well). I initially used render tag to keep my codebase clean, but I’ve tried by directly pasting the code onto theme.liquid and it still refuses to show the button. I’ve done the flow and turned on the onsite tracking, what else I’m missing here? Cheers

Klaviyo international

Hey there.One of my client sells in many countries (Europe and North America).He wants me to translate the emails, but how can I be sure the right perspon will get the righ email ?How Klaviyo knows what language people speak ? Do I need to create differents segments if people speak french, german, english, etc. ?I heard you need 3 diffrents CMS, and 3 diffrents Klaviyo accounts if you sell to 3 differents countries…The thing is, he only has 1 CMS (Prestshop) so what am I supposed to do ? Thanks for your helpSteve.
