Our team was initially very impressed with Klaviyo’s Drag-and-Drop editor compared to other platforms, and we were excited about the potential to use it for both blog-style and product-focused emails. However, we’ve encountered a consistent issue when using the editor: emails that contain more than a mere handful of links or content sections often get clipped quite heavily in Gmail. This behavior does not occur when the same content is built using custom HTML, so it seems specific to the Drag-and-Drop editor.

We’d love to continue using the editor given its intuitive interface, but the clipping behavior presents a challenge for creating longer-form emails. If there’s a known workaround (outside of just making the emails shorter) or if this is on the roadmap for improvement, we’d greatly appreciate any insights or updates.
