Klaviyo API - Filtering Profiles by Phone Number Not Working

Hello,I am trying to use the Klaviyo API in order to access a customer profile by using this endpoint https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/get_profiles I want to filter out all the profiles by phone_number to get a specific profile.Right now, when I filter out by the email, I can find the profile with the associated phone number. However, when I take that same phone number and filter with that number, no records are found. I have tried this with 2 different profiles.This is the endpoint: https://a.klaviyo.com/api/profiles/?filter=equals(phone_number,"+19876543210")I am using a mock phone number, but the real one is taken from the same profile I find when I call https://a.klaviyo.com/api/profiles/?filter=equals(email,"customer@email.com")The customer has 'Accepts SMS': TruePlease help?

Reviews aren't showing as Verified

We’ve used the flow to request product reviews from customers after they purchased but they are not showing up as verified purchases when the review is published in Shopify or in the CSV. Does anyone know what I can do to check for user error on my part, and hopefully resolve the issue for future ratings and reviews? Thank you!

I developed website with Laravel and I want to send email to user via Klaviyo when he placed order.I built placed order metric flow and used https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/guide_to_integrating_a_platform_without_a_pre_built_klaviyo_integration for integration.But I am not sure how to tirgger flow by placed order event API. Question: Custom Product feed

I'm seeking a method to create a product feed that tailors recommendations based on previous purchases. For instance, if someone buys a t-shirt in size L, I'd like to display other shirts available in size L. Similarly, if a customer purchases a table, I'd like to suggest chairs that complement the table.Has anyone had experience with setting up product feeds with this personalized approach?

Exporting reviews not working?

I can’t seem to export reviews anymore. Klaviyo used to let us download the CSV file directly through the website portal but now it requires you to open an e-mail download link that they send to you.Unfortunately, the e-mail download link does not work and it only comes up with an empty file with the titles of the fields but nothing else in it.Does anyone else have this issue or know a fix?Regards,Luke

How to send reviews to older purchasers?

Hi,I’ve been using Klaviyo for my emails since December, now I would like to try Reviews, but the default setting allows me to send review requests only to people who have purchased in the last 30 days, and I can’t seem to find an option where we can send review requests to all our customers that have bought our products since December?The only option I see is to change when the follow-up is sent.

'Add to Cart' Trigger - button has both ID and class?

I’ve gone through the tutorial, tried the original and both snippers 2 and 3 using the button ID and Class but neither are tracking Add to Carts. My button has both ID and Class. When I click the button Chrome highlights the Class code so I assumed it was that at first.Do I need to have Snipper 1+snipper 2 or 3? Which should I use? I’ve tried all combinations.Thanks!

Klaviyo to WooCommerce Integration error in

Hi,I’m looking for some help if possible.Just wondering if it is possible to integrate WooCommerce to Klaviyo in a local environment? When attempting to do so i receive the error “We encountered an error while attempting to establish an integration between WooCommerce and Klaviyo. My imported reviews have disappeared

Hi all,We’re very new to Klaviyo and are still getting set up. We previously used the Judge.Me app so I imported all our reviews from Judge.me to Klaviyo and all was well. Until yesterday. For some reason all our imported reviews seem to have disappeared. Should I just re-import?Wondering if anyone had had a similar issue.Regards,Rob J

Did you manage to translate the Klaviyo Review widget?

Hi! I know that we can’t manage more than one language within Klaviyo, but did some of you manage to translate the Klaviyo Reviews widgets via a Shopify translation app like Langify or Translate & Adapt? My client can’t translate it with his app named ETranslate, and I wonder if it’s just an issue with this app or if every translation app isn’t able to translate the widget. Thank you so much!

Active On Site (and following) events not working – Shopify App Embed Integration

Hi, we’ve been successfully using the the Klaviyo App embed integration in our Shopify and were able to receive Active On Site, Viewed Product and Added to Cart events. Recently we changed our Theme to Broadcast and when I failed to implement the “back in stock” event + flow I realized that none of the Active on site events etc. are being received by Klavyio. I double-checkend the integration via the app embed, tried manual installation of the code snippet and lastly also the integration via Google Tag Manager. The snippet shows up in the source code but now events are coming trough. At last I removed all manual snippets, tags etc., removed the Shopify/Klaviyo integration and reconnected – no success, same effect! I searched a lot in the community but didn’t find a solution. And then also the back in stock code snippet fails and causes error messages

Matching image color to background color

Abandoned Cart Flow - Link leading to wrong language version of the website

Hi,I have a question regarding abandoned cart flow.We have a Shopify e-commerce store and are using the flow in Klaviyo with the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} function that leads customers to their abandoned carts. Our store default language is Norwegian, but we also have the English version of the website active (but only 1 market active - Norway). When customers click on the abandoned cart button to take them back to the website, they are automatically taken to the English version of checkout and not to the default Norwegian one.Any idea why this might be happening and how we could fix this?Thanks!Milan

Product Reviews (Review Summary and Media) - Photos not appearing in shopify product review summary

Good day technical team,I hope this post find you well.I recently encountered an issue with the product page, and particularly with the Review Summary!I am currently using Shopify (pipeline theme), and it seems that the photos from the posted reviews are no longer appearing in the summary section of the product review app. as shown in the screenshot provided down below. I have tried the solutions in following order:Turn off Klaviyo from shopify (Apps embedded section). Verified if the reviews with images are published. I can confirm they are published. Switching off and on the image option from the review summary and media section adding a new block from the template section from Shopify, and adding the product review app.However, there has not been any changes to resolve this issue. I believe the issue appeared after I made changes to the Flow settings for review requests, however, I am uncertain if the changes I made on the Flow settings for review requests has caused the issue. Kind

Phone numbers with Facebook and Google Integration

We have many customers (over 90k) for which we only have name and phone number and I’d like to set up the integration with Google and Facebook to serve these audiences. Has anyone been able to do this with phone numbers and not email? There is an encrypted email address that we have, but we DON”T want the ads platforms to build an audience on these emails, rather to ignore them and use the phone number instead. Any ideas?

Woocommerce checkbox issue on mobile

Hello,I have an issue with my Klaviyo checkbox on the checkout page. On mobile, the text is under the checkbox. On desktop, it’s better but the text is a little bit above the checkbox.I would just like to get the text aligned with the checkbox. Anyone has a solution?Thank you

Magento 2.4.6 integration issue

Hi. We use native klaviyo for magento 2 integration. Version 4.1.3If you create an Order confirmation flow and ordered product has magento custom options (this is magento native feature) these options instead of appear in order template as text(names) appear as ID numbers in klaviyo event. Anybody can help us on this please?Because if this is not fixed then order confirmation flow is uselessThanks

Shopify Discounts - Combinable Discount Codes via Klaviyo

As you may already know, Shopify introduced combinable discount codes in June of last year, which has been a game-changer for many of us.However, I'm writing today to discuss a challenge that I and many others have faced when using Klaviyo for flows and customer rewards. As you may know, dealing with dynamic discount codes in Klaviyo can be a bit cumbersome, especially for those of us who offer automatic codes through Shopify.For example, my shop offers automatic codes for bundling promotions - Buy 2, Save 5%, Buy 4, Save 15%. Unfortunately, this causes issues with our dynamic discount codes through Klaviyo, as we have to manually enable combinations each time Klaviyo generates a new set of discount codes. (This is just not possible to keep up with)That's why I'm here today to request a new feature that would make our lives much easier - the ability to enable combinations en masse per discount through the Klaviyo dashboard. Phantom Reviews?

Hi there,I am just wondering why some reviews are not showing up on my “Overview” or “All Reviews” page but are impacting my average rating for the widgets? Currently I have a product that has a significantly lower rating since I think a customer accidentally clicked the review link and left 3 reviews unintentionally (5-star, 4-star and a 1-star review). The reason I suspect this is that upon exporting all my reviews as a CSV, I can see the same name leave 3 reviews. I also noted that in the same CSV, there was a 1 star review that was left without any note or comment which makes me believe that was on accident as well. I have put the review submission form as requiring some form of comment.CSV Export - 3 review by same customer + 1 accidental?Unfortunately this means that that product now has an average rating of 3.88 and I can’t do anything as the review does not show up in the “Overview” or “All Reviews” page. This leads me to question:How do we ensure that customers reviews that ar

Shopify subscribers not syncing to Klaviyo

Hello! I’ve searched past threads and not found an answer to this question that seems relevant. Hopefully someone can help! I’ve setup the Shopify / Klaviyo integration and everything seems to be working great - except for the syncing of subscribers who check the marketing check box at checkout to a list in Klaviyo. I’ve got my Sync settings setup as follows:   But when a subscriber checks out and checks the box, they are not put in the proper list (Newsletter - from Checkout.) They ARE syncing in the sense that a profile is created for them, and they’re going into the ‘Ecommerce Users’ segment, but they’re marked ‘Never Subscribed’ with ‘Accepts Marketing’ = True. Is there something I’m missing that will get these subs into the proper newsletter folder and mark them as subscribed in Klaviyo? I’m using the Dawn theme in Shopify (if that’s relevant) Thank you!
