I am getting a 404 page error when connecting woocommerce to klaviyo. I am going into the api. Selecting the option to connect as I have already set up the account. Entering user name and password, confirming the security code then getting a 404 error. Please help.
Hello everyone,I created a memebrstack klaviyo integration such that when a new member signs up to our website via memberstack, they are added to klaviyo (along with an External ID, which is the member’s ID on memberstack). I also want to add an integration such that when a memberstack member updates their email, it also updates their klaviyo email, but I’m not entirely sure how to do it. In zapier I can choose to trigger a zap when a member updates their memberstack profile, but then what I want to do is find that profile in klaviyo (via the External ID) and then update the details. But it seems zapier only allows searching users via email address (which won’t work, since memberstack update trigger already includes the new email, and doesn’t have the old email). Any thoughts?
I have installed Klaviyo as an app in my shopify store. Due to various privacy legislations including GDPR I have integrated a cookie management banner. This software blocks all advertising tracking scripts such as Facebook & Google. By going through Inspect in Chrome, I can see that the advertising scripts are blocked. Klaviyo, however is running.These tools rely on the Shopify Customer Privacy API and it seems as if Klaviyo does not utilise this. In many countries including Germany, France, Italy and the UK, scripts may not run until consent is given. Has anyone stumbled upon this issue and is there a way to solve it without using Google-Tag manager (which then disables several Klaviyo tracking features).
I am on a free account, testing out the Klaviyo platform, and I tried to set up a Zoho CRM integration on Friday. When I checked back in on it yesterday the status of the sync was still listed as “sync in progress”. I deleted that sync and tried again to sync yesterday but I am still running into the same issue. When I go in and click on the “update zoho settings” button I get a red notification that says “There was an unknown issue trying to connect”. I have 5 custom fields that I wanted to sync over to Klaviyo and I have confirmed that I have listed them out as they are labeled under the Zoho API. I don’t think list size is an issue because we only have a list of 102 leads in Zoho.Does anyone know why this integration won’t sync? Is it perhaps because I am on a free account? Or because the Zoho account is on a free trial? Is there somewhere I have to go under Zoho to grant access to Klaviyo (I looked under developer tools and don’t see any prompts under my zoho account)?
Is there any way to block certain products from Shopify populating in a replenishment flow?The issue I’m running into is that a customer was able to follow a link to an auto-filled cart with her previous purchases, and one of the products was a free gift-with-purchase that she was able to redeem a second time. The 100% off gift uses the same SKU as the original product, and it’s listed as a product variant that is invisible on the store.Is there a conditional I can add to the block to avoid this issue?
Is there a way to connect/integrate Klaviyo with our CRM Software (SAP)?In addition to our online sales, our idea is to follow up our offline sales with emails (Cross-sell flow | Reviews Flow | Customer vs. Non-Customer Flow | Remind People to Purchase Flow, etc.).I guess the quickest way is to export off line sales onto a spreadsheet file that will be connected to Klaviyo automatically. Has anyone found another solution?Thank you

Hi everyone (First time posting) I have connected Klaviyo to my WooCommerce and I think its working ok- However I have a “subscribe” box on my homepage (Wordpress site) and its not pulling through new subscribers to my klaviyo its still sending them to Mailchimp. I have deactivated Mailchimp but they still aren't reaching Klayvio- Can anyone help me please? Do I ned to connect the form? if so HOW? Thank you

The “Notify When Available” Button works perfect when I go to the exact shoe and color I want to choose on the product page. Example: https://kizik.com/products/womens-athens-sunriseHowever if I change the color on the product detail page, The “Notify When Available” button doesn’t work correctly. I need to refresh the page to get it to work. Example: https://kizik.com/products/womens-athens - then go to the Sunrise shoe - You’ll see the “Notify When Available” won’t work. Is there something in the code that I can do to refresh the button each time you change the color? Thank you for the help
Hey there, i´m trying to figure out a transactional e-mail.Triggered if someone place an order.I got the dynamic variables for the title price ect.But somehow the dynamic images won´t show.if there are 2 Products which are a variable product it worksbut if they are a variable product + a single product without variables it won´t work.Is there somebody who uses Klaviyo + Woo Commerce and alrerady figured out the right dynamic variables ?
I have installed the integration Cartridge for SFRA Commerce Cloud.I can only see the OCAPI “Placed Order" and “Ordered Product”.I have installed this in Project > Client > Cartridges so I can use for multiple sites, but when I try and addthis below the path cannot be found so my events are not firing from the Cartridge. How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?
Suppose I have created a lead in Salesforce. That individual lead detail is synced/found in Klaviyo. If I delete that Salesforce lead then will the corresponding Klaviyo record will also get deleted? Tried deleting a lead in Salesforce but the corresponding lead detail was still found in Klaviyo. Do Klaviyo sync only the newly created lead and make no changes to the updated and deleted leads? What is the nature of Klaviyo sync?

There is some problem with Klaviyo Abundant cart email flow. It is sending emails to customers who have already placed the order. This is quite concerning for me as customers are placing orders again in confusion and are also reaching out to us on support platform. It was working well few days back. What i am currently testing is that i am making a new flow from scratch and testing it if it is sending the emails again to placed orders customers or not. I have checked the sync and integration is working well. I received a notification on klaviyo that “Your WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed” However later it was working well and it shows checked marked in any flow i create. I cannot re-sync or integrate again right now from scratch as i have some missing orders and i have only klaviyo platform to check what product they ordered. Please suggest.
Hey everyone, We currently integrated our Woocommerce account with Klaviyo. We would like to setup a custom post-purchase flow after an order is placed, combining both transactional emails like order confirmation & shipping details, each at a different time, while also sending two addtional - marketing related emails to build relationship with customers. I'm very familiar on how to setup and create custom flows, but need some guidance to how we could move our current default transactional emails from Woocommerce to Klaviyo and what are the steps?

I did everything that is written on ‘How to Create a Custom "Added to Cart" Event for Shopify’ article.Here is my button code on Shopify: I have tried to install with ID and with class notation. Hi all,Anyone experienced this? Klaviyo’s support are claiming a historical sync broke and I need to remove and re-integrate, which I’m doing, but the klaviyo app will not launch or allow me to install it in BigCommerce upon trying to complete the integration.It does not appear to already be installed, although it was previously. I’m not sure if another of the BC store has removed it or there was some other error….Update: I was logged into BC with admin access, but not the correct “panel” I guess you’d call it.
I need to add some additional event variables to my order confirmation email. This is a Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration. Does this data just need to be available in the data layer, or does it need to be specifically sent to Klaviyo as part of the event?
