Attachments needs to be added
Why doesn’ Klaviyo support attachments directly within the email? I have noticed that SendGrid supports it and therefore should Klaviyo as SendGrids core API is being used to deliver emails through Klaviyo marketing platform. It’s a big disadvantage that we cannot directly attach documents within the email as most of our B2B customers are automatically processing our invoice emails, and their system cannot “click to download” but require the invoice to be attached. We are currently adding a button in our emails which works fine for B2C, but not for B2B.This means we cannot send invoices through Klaviyo properly as we need to first send it to the buyer which then has to download via the button and attach it themselves. This feature should be pretty easy for the development team to add as the directory/link to file is added in the JSON from our ERP same as we already do for the button.

How Can I Integrate Offline Sales - Flows
Is there a way to connect/integrate Klaviyo with our CRM Software (SAP)?In addition to our online sales, our idea is to follow up our offline sales with emails (Cross-sell flow | Reviews Flow | Customer vs. Non-Customer Flow | Remind People to Purchase Flow, etc.).I guess the quickest way is to export off line sales onto a spreadsheet file that will be connected to Klaviyo automatically. Has anyone found another solution?Thank you

Prestashop Sync doesn't complete
Hello,I installed official Klavio plugin for Prestashop and configured module+klaviyo integration with no issues.I checked and everything is correct (php min memory, keys, settings) but sync doesn't complete and the following error is displayed in Klaviyo with no further info: "The following integrations are not synching properly and need attention: PrestaShop.".Where should I look into further? Thanks for readingMichele
Woocommere - Subscribe to newsletter on a different checkout page
Hi, I am using woocommerce and the klaviyo integration works pretty well with the Klaviyo plugin. That said, I am really trying to focus now on capturing emails of customers. When customers checkout through the normal checkout process, it works great, they are shown the opt in checkbox and then correctly added to our list. However, a large percentage of our customers use PayPal express checkout and are taken to a separate checkout / order confirmation page where the opt in checkbox is not displayed. This is not ideal as I am missing out on all of these potential subscribers. What I would like to achieve is to keep the opt in on the standard checkout as it currently is, and also to add it to this checkout page too when they checkout through PayPal express. The name of the plugin used for PayPal express is ‘WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway’.Thanks in advance!
Only some email sign ups from Shopify are syncing to Klaviyo
We are quite new and building… we have 47 email subscribers on Shopify, but only 12 are showing up in the newsletter on Klaviyo. We do not have double opt-in on at the moment (I know, we’ll turn it on, but let’s get things working first, after all, these are mostly friends and family at this point). All other syncing is working just fine, and, again, we have some showing up. So, it’s only a few that are not. I’ve looked and none of the missing ones look different from the ones that show up. None are waiting for an opt-in confirmation, some have purchased, some have not, they are all coming up in Shopify as “agreed to receive email marketing”, some are older and some are new (there’s no pattern for time). How do we get all of them to sync over?
facebook lead form integration
Hi I just integrated klaviyo with my facebook lead generation ad.I sync the lead form with a list in my account. I setup a welcome series for the list.So once my lead form gets a lead, the new lead will automatically receive a welcome email, is that right?I cant test this myself, so I’m worried if it really works. This is important since I’m offering the lead I promised in the welcome email.
AMA: Magento2, Updated with video response!Interview
:Updated 11/1/2022:Hey Klaviyo Community! You asked and we answered. Here are the questions and answers that you wanted for Magento2. Watch the video below. You can find the specific questions and where to find the answer in the video below also. I have also included linked resources discussed in the video for each question. My experience with ecom platforms is limited to BigCommerce and Shopify, and I’ve found that there can sometimes be issues with features from Klaviyo not always being available outside of Shopify - ie persistent cart rebuilding doesn’t work on BC & Klaviyo. For those of you who are experienced with Magento, are there any “gotchas” when it comes to Klaviyo I should be aware of? 0:25 I have a question regarding the Abandoned Cart Flow we implemented on this account. We want to optimize the flow since the results so far have been lacking. Are there any additional adjustments needed in the Magento 2 shopping cart, especially around the Persistent Cart option, w
WooCommerce Plugin Upgrade Recommended
We recently made a change to Klaviyo cookies that has resulted in a minor impact to the WooCommerce integration. This affects the ability to track cookied users through started checkout events. To prevent any potential gaps in future started checkout event data within Klaviyo, we recommend customers with existing WooCommerce integrations upgrade to the latest version of our WooCommerce plugin, version 2.4.2.Plugin updates can now be installed directly from your WordPress Admin page. When an update is available, you'll see an alert next to the Plugins tab. Click on the Plugins tab, scroll down to find the Klaviyo plugin, and install the update.

Linking to Shopify for abandoned cart customer journey
I have a flow set up for abandoned cart, which seems to be working well. However, there doesnt seem to be a “back flow” to Shopify to show that the emails have gone out to these customers. Shopify shows as no email sent. Is this meant to happen? is there a way to set this up so there is a back flow and Klaviyo inputs the sent data to Shopify?
Shopify Klaviyo integration Privacy issue
I have installed Klaviyo as an app in my shopify store. Due to various privacy legislations including GDPR I have integrated a cookie management banner. This software blocks all advertising tracking scripts such as Facebook & Google. By going through Inspect in Chrome, I can see that the advertising scripts are blocked. Klaviyo, however is running. These tools rely on the Shopify Customer Privacy API and it seems as if Klaviyo does not utilise this. In many countries including Germany, France, Italy and the UK, scripts may not run until consent is given. Has anyone stumbled upon this issue and is there a way to solve it without using Google-Tag manager (which then disables several Klaviyo tracking features).
How do I set up Facebook Custom Audiences without setting up Lead Ads?
When integrating Facebook Advertising with Klaviyo, you must integrate either Custom Audiences, Lead Ads, or both to setup the integration and start syncing. If you want to integrate your Custom Audiences but not set up any Lead Ads, you can do the following during the integration process:Connect to Facebook and choose your Advertising account and click Connect to Account:On the next page, choose your Custom Audience settings and click Continue to Lead Ad Settings:Then, you should be able to click Done without having to choose any Lead Ads settings:Then, your integration should start syncing and your settings page should look like this:For general information on how to setup the Facebook Advertising integration, see How to Integrate with Facebook Advertising.
Best practice: Klaviyo and Shopify Double Opt
Hi community,I’m just finalizing the sync between Shopify and Klaviyo and am wondering what the best practice for the double opt in (DOI) process is with those two systems.I set the sync up in a way that all my Shopify contacts get transferred to my main list. In this main list I have DOI set up, so everyone who enters this list will receive a confirmation email. In my understanding, I think it will be sufficient to just turn off Shopify’s own DOI to avoid that Shopify contact receive two confirmation emails from both systems. However, in this forum I now often read that Shopify subscribes all contacts to marketing info if DOI is turned off - which would of course be bad.In general, you either get into my shop’s database by buying a product or creating an account. In both cases, there is a checkbox to sig up for the newsletter, which is currently triggering the Shopify DOI email. If I turn off Shopify DOI, will only the contacts that have checked this box get into Klaviyo and receive the
Abandon cart emails being sent to placed orders customers.
There is some problem with Klaviyo Abundant cart email flow. It is sending emails to customers who have already placed the order. This is quite concerning for me as customers are placing orders again in confusion and are also reaching out to us on support platform. It was working well few days back. What i am currently testing is that i am making a new flow from scratch and testing it if it is sending the emails again to placed orders customers or not. I have checked the sync and integration is working well. I received a notification on klaviyo that “Your WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed” However later it was working well and it shows checked marked in any flow i create. I cannot re-sync or integrate again right now from scratch as i have some missing orders and i have only klaviyo platform to check what product they ordered. Please suggest.
Sendinblue to Klaviyo Migration
Apologies if this has been asked before: I am in the process of migrating from Sendinblue to Klaviyo. I have been successful in bringing all of my contacts over, however, I have been unsuccessful in bringing over email metrics such as open rates etc… I was wondering if this is even possible? It’s so I can segment the contacts in Klaviyo like I have them in Sendinblue; 30 day openers and 30 day unopeners. Does anyone know a solution to this?
Signing up a user to a given list using front end method
Hi,I’m working on a custom integration and I’m unable to access site backend. The integration works fine and I was able to get it working accept for adding a user to a list. I’m not using a Klaviyo form as this is a part of the checkout process where a user can sign up for newsletter. Is it doable from the front-end? Could you share a method for it? Thanks in advance.
