Why doesn't Klaviyo accept the Shopify tag from my custom Order metric?

Hi all, For my client I created a Shopify Flow. It triggers when a customer returns a product and adds the note ‘returned’. It then triggers an event in Klaviyo: ‘Returned Order by Shopify’. The event/metric is being created, but no event properties are being pushed through, making it rather useless. I would like to add the following properties: Item Image, Item Name, Item URL, Quantity, Price and the Cancel Reason. Does anyone know how to code this properly so the events are being pushed to Klaviyo. It would be most appreciated. The customer properties are empty, as we do not need these.  When I only add the following:{"Cancel Reason":"{{refund.order.cancelReason}}"}It does push through a property, but it’s empty..  If someone has knowledge of this and wants to give it a go: {"Cancel Reason":"{{order.cancelReason}}”,"Item Image":"{% for refundLineItems_item in refund.refundLineItems %}  {{refundLineItems_item.lineItem.image.url}}{% endfor %}","Item Name":"{% for refundLineItems_item i

Product Block Not Adding Items When Selected

I’m having an issue with the Product Block that I’ve never experienced before. When I click the ‘Browse for Products’ button our product catalogue opens like normal, however when I select a product and click ‘Add Products’ nothing happens. The catalogue window closes but the product hasn’t been added to the block. I thought it might be an issue with the product being brand new, but I’ve tried adding older products with no luck. I’ve also tried opening an old template and adding new products to its block, and I’m having the same issue. I can remove an item that had been selected previously, but it won’t add the product back once deleted. We’ve been using Klaviyo for many years and never had this issue before. Is this something anyone else has dealt with? Or should I just reach out to Klaviyo support?

Hi all, We have a mobile (game) app called ‘Guess in 10’. As the first step in the app, users have to sign up. Currently this email ID goes to Firebase, I want it to also be stored in a list on Klaviyo, is there a way?I have klaviyo also on my e-commerce website and love it, hence want to integrate it with our app as well.

Sending Profiles to another account via API

I am a software engineer that represents a company which, in short, collects emails on behalf of a business. That business wants the collected emails sent to their own Klaviyo account (via api, on demand as we receive them). Any documentation or message board threads only speak to sending to your own Klaviyo account. So I have a couple of questions…Is there a way to send emails to a Klaviyo account that you do not own via API? If so, is there documentation available? What is a Klaviyo Partner? Is this the direction I should be heading? Is this an app I would develop that any brand could install, which would then give me access to their account to send the emails to? Followup to 3… how would we become a Klaviyo Partner?

Using WooCommerce order statuses in Klaviyo

Hello community! We are slightly new to Klaviyo, first time posting here,so first we’d like to thank all members that helped Klaviyo became the best-in-class of its kind! Next is our question:Why (considering all the data Klaviyo accesses on its WooCommerce integration) do payment methods and middle order statuses (such as “Awaiting payment” and “On hold”) are not tracked at all? I’ll explain further why the integration should take that data aswell:Transactional emails: Many payment methods do require an additional step for the client to pay. Using Klaviyo would help us knowing how to reduce client hussle, and would give us a great tool to monitor other important aspects. Campaigns: Specific campaigns for those who (for example) bought with installments We know it would be possible to track those events with API calls but we do not fully understand how. There will be an integration with Wix sites? I’ve done this with a POCO app, but I can’t use some options as the data feeds.Wix is an excellent ecommerce platform and you really should consider it!

Showing varied pricing for diff countries with Shopify Markets

We are looking at moving to Shopify markets but have different pricing for the US and Canada.Is there a way to select different pricing/ override pricing for specific segments if we segmented out each countries customers?With Markets you can have secondary pricing for your different countries but there doesn’t seem to be a way to override product pricing in Klaviyo

Multiple Shopify stores, One Klaviyo Account

I know it is best practice to use 1:1 ratio for Klaviyo accounts and Shopify stores. I have 6 stores al for different regions. ES, FR, USA, AU, DE, UK. I see most answers say it best practice to have 6 Klaviyo accounts but what would be the alternate option?

SFRA Commerce Cloud Cartridge events not showing

I have installed the integration Cartridge for SFRA Commerce Cloud.I can only see the OCAPI “Placed Order" and “Ordered Product”.I have installed this in Project > Client > Cartridges so I can use for multiple sites, but when I try and addthis below the path cannot be found so my events are not firing from the Cartridge. I placed the pageFooter.isml   <isinclude template="klaviyo/klaviyoFooter"/>

Account-level profile properties?

It is clear how to set person-level profile params via the API. However, I am setting up an integration in which I want to be able to upsert (Klaviyo) client-level parameters that would accessible to all lists and segments in the same manner as person-level profile params, but without having to update each person any time a client-level param changes.For illustrative example: Assume my product integrates with ACME Co (A) and sets a product_preference parameter in the profile of each customer. Assume I want a “default preference” to apply in any case that a person’s profile does not have a product_preference set. Client A may want to change that default preference from time to time. And, when they do, I want a way to represent that choice at the account level instead of having to repopulate the change across every known “person”. Is there a solution to this problem? Can that solution be implemented via an API endpoint?
