Is there an API endpoint for replacing a list of catalog Category relationships on an item?
Is there an API endpoint for replacing a list of catalog Category relationships on an item? From my reading of the API docs its looks like you have to build your own system for checking if your item is still in a catalog Category then delete it if its not. E.g. API call to get relationships, then API call to check if the relationships are still valid, then API call to delete the non relevent categories, then API call to update with Current relationships. It would be much simpler if you could just add a paramater to https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/update_catalog_item and https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/spawn_update_items_job that allows you to specify to“Replace” current catalog category relationships with the relationships in this API call. Am I reading the API docs correctly or is there a hidden way to do this?
I want to eliminate all the contact form plugin and use klaviyo as a contact form not for suscribers. Is it possible?
Hi!I want klaviyo to be my contact form for when there are questions on the website, initially not to enter as a newsletter subscriber, but to not have to use forms like Gravity or Contact Form 7 that give me integration problems and take up unnecessary space.I use Woocommerce + Elementor Pro with Klaviyo theme.Any ideas?Thanks!

I’m having a hard time integrating my woo commerce with my new klaviyo account. I have downloaded the plug in, clicked connect and when I click approve nothing happens. It remains on the application authorization screen and when It loads It loads the same screen. I have 1 log in to klaviyo with two businesses, the established business I integrated absolutely no problem, but for this one it's been a struggle. I have even created a completely separate account thinking maybe its cause It can't be using the same email,, nothing, Its very frustrating when I’ve reached out to support and have yet to hear back from them, If someone can please help me!! I left my other CRM for Klaviyo and right now, I’m starting to regret It...
Integrate Klaviyo - What about the shopify notifications?
Hello all,I am in the process of setting up my Shopify store. The next tasks were to set up invoices, order confirmations, discount codes and so on. That's when I came across this app. After some recommendations and Youtube videos, I decided to try the free plan.Before I start creating flows, etc, I wanted to check with you guys if Shopify notifications are automatically disabled once you use a third-party app. I don't want my customers to receive a mail from shopify and Klaviyo later.Can I make such a setting even with the free plan? If not, I'll stick with Shopify for now and see how it goes.Thank you in advance.
Sync with CRM + custom fields
Hi everyone,We’re a B2B e-commerce, and we also sell through our sales team via sales orders using Netsuite. We’re considering having Klaviyo as our main marketing platform but for this we’d need to make sure we’re able to sync a good amount of custom fields into Klaviyo via our new CRM (either Salesforce or Zoho, not decided yet). Both platforms seem to only sync default lead fields though.Has anyone synced custom fields via SFDC or Zoho? Which 3rd party did you use? And can you create segments/reports with these custom fields?
Collecting additional properties in WooCommerce via API
I have the Woocommerce integration setup and functionning properly but I need to push the language setting to Klaviyo for the Started Checkout event. Without this it’s imposible to use the abandoned cart or the signup directly in the checkout.I already know how to get my language from WPML but need to push this property to Klaviyo.
Events not Firing on Production
I successfully set up Segmen/Klaviyo integration on my staging site using segment’s visual tagger. It worked perfectly to track purchases, pages viewed, etc on my site. Once i pushed everything live, all that data stopped coming into klaviyo.Obviously the staging/production urls are different so i went into my klaviyo settings to update my URL. To no avail. Is there something i’m missing?
Klaviyo and WooCommerce Integration
I integrated Klaviyo and Woocommerce based on the steps based here:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808-How-to-Integrate-with-WooCommerce#overview0 However after that, while checking the Placed Order Metric, the Order Item shows as empty in Klaviyo. Any leads as to what may have gone wrong?

Why is my Magento integration not syncing?
Earlier today we had a change on our team, and the person that was the “owner” of our Klaviyo account is no longer with our company. We had them removed from the account, but now we’re having issues with our Magento integration not synching. Could this be an issue with the credentials changing? Any insight would be appreciated. I did a chat with support and they couldn’t help, but did set up for tech support to email me. It’s getting close to the end of the week here, so would really like to get this resolved before the weekend. Thanks!
Why are Shopify newsletter subscribers not automatically syncing with Klaviyo newsletter list?
I have read and followed some other threads on this here in the community but can’t seem to work out why the customer signup from shopify is not syncing to klaviyo. I have followed this https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005080407-Integrate-with-Shopify#sync-your-shopify-newsletter-subscribers-to-a-klaviyo-list2So my settings and code looks fine to me. The emails get synced when under shopify integration i do re-import historical data at the bottom but not automatically as it should. What am I missing? Please help!
Product feed displaying disabled products
I’ve created a product feed with my Magento 2 integration to include all products of a specific category. The ordering is set to Random and the metric to Ordered Product.This category contains a maximum of 5 products at a time and changes every week. When a product is removed from the category it is disabled as well in Magento.When viewing the preview or sending myself a test email including a product feed, the feed includes products that are no longer associated to this category and are also disabled. When clicking on one of the products displayed in the email, it redirects to a 404 page since the product no longer exists.Is there a way to prevent products from remaining in the product feed? I’ve specified the item filter to limit the products to a specific category but that doesn’t appear to work.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!
Triple Opt-in with Zapier+Squarespace integration
Hi,I am moving from Squarespace e-mail marketing to Klaviyo, through Zapier, but both platforms require double opt-in so when new subscribers sign up to my newsletter, they get 2 confirmation emails - one from Klaviyo and one from Squarespace.Did anyone have the same problem?
Magento2 Order Numbers Are wrong in Klaviyo Email
HiWe’ve integrated Magento2 with Klaviyo successfully. The issue we have now, is when we enabled “order confirmation” email flow in Klaviyo, it’s working but it’s showing the wrong Magento order #. How can we fix this issue? What are all of the available parameters for us to use in this use case to show more order information in the email if we wanted to? Can't load klaviyo.js script file
Hello, I followed the required steps to embed a signup form, but klaviyo.js script doesn’t load because browser blocks it. I was able to see it on Safari but Chrome blocks it.I’ve integrated Klaviyo to Shopify, I didn’t add anything manually except the form.Currently I’m using mydomain.myshopify.com URL instead of www.mydomain.com. Is it the problem?Any ideas? Thanks!
Unable to add signup form to Wordpress
I am new to Klaviyo and have created my first signup form, added my public API key to Wordpress page and got confirmation it was installed right.I go to add my form code (<div class="klaviyo-form-xxxx"></div>) to a code block (I’m using Avada theme) and I get nothing. No form appears.I tried adding it as a widget using the Wordpress plugin but that didn’t work either.My form is Live but it won’t display.Any advice would be great.
How do I display full catalog in the product feed to insert into emails?
We create emails that include content related to products in our catalog. Sometimes these products do not appear as choices when selecting products from the feed to insert into the template. My assumption is that for some reason, our product feed filters only for products that people have viewed recently. Since our catalog doesn’t get a lot of traffic, we often have many products missing.So, how can I configure the product feed to include every single active product in our WooCommerce store, regardless of whether people have viewed those products?
