Something that I noticed recently is that the new woocommerce checkout block is not working with the started checkout trigger. Probably it’s a simple solution/reason that the new checkout block fills in the shipping details/email instead of the billing (the billing address is then copied from the shipping address). I’ve read that Klaviyo looks at the billing email to trigger the flow. Here’s the post on the woocommerce blocks: https://developer.woocommerce.com/2020/05/27/available-for-testing-a-block-based-woocommerce-cart-and-checkout/ Do you think there’s a solution for this? One of the reasons I switched to Klaviyo was for the abandoned cart flow but since I‘ve moved to the block based checkout I’m losing out the sales. Please let me know.
Having issues integrating with Woocommerce, getting the error There was an unknown issue trying to connect. I’m certain the Store URL, the Consumer Key and Secret are correct, also the public API connected to the plugin is correct. All plugins , Woocommerce and Klaviyo is up to date. Legacy API wouldn’t connect either Any idea?
We’ve set up a transactional flow to send an e-mail for every successful payment in Stripe and we’ve set up the Stripe integration and webhook. We can see the webhook is syncing but we’re getting no data (test or otherwise) even thought we know that there have been payments made. Would anyone be able to help? We’ve tested a number of diff end points and just aren’t getting any data through.
I am trying to integrate klaviyo with my woocommerce store in 2 ways. but all are not connected.1. connect using setup wizard, get the message "Unable to test API by fetching order count"2. Connect using Rest AIP: get the message "something is amiss, we 're on it" I have researched but do not have any document to mention this, please help me.
I’d like to use metrics from shopify and from an other shop. For this second shop I use the API to add metrics such as Placed Order.I have two questions : For the moment, I have two differents placed Order. The one create by the API, and the one with the Shopify logo. When I list the metrics via an API Call, I have two differents metrics with different ID. Is it possible to have only one placed Order type ? Shopify add a Metrics “Revenue”. But it doesn’t appaer ine the timeline. It seems to be a variable which change after each order to get the total revenue. And I can’t find it in the list of metrics in my API Call. So it is somethink special ? And how can I do to include also the order which come from the other shop, using the API ?Thanks for your help Vincent
I’m unable to pull in the Abandoned Checkout metric from ReCharge into Klaviyo. I’ve done the basic ReCharge integration and followed the instructions from Klaviyo to paste public API key into ReCharge to activate the Abandoned Checkout metric. However, after testing, it is still not working. Does anyone have a solution for this?
I integrated Klaviyo and Woocommerce based on the steps based here:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808-How-to-Integrate-with-WooCommerce#overview0 However after that, while checking the Placed Order Metric, the Order Item shows as empty in Klaviyo. Any leads as to what may have gone wrong?
Is there any way to block certain products from Shopify populating in a replenishment flow? The issue I’m running into is that a customer was able to follow a link to an auto-filled cart with her previous purchases, and one of the products was a free gift-with-purchase that she was able to redeem a second time. The 100% off gift uses the same SKU as the original product, and it’s listed as a product variant that is invisible on the store. Is there a conditional I can add to the block to avoid this issue?
Hi there, I have two signup forms on my site. One is a Klaviyo pop up sign up form, and one is a Shopify sign up form in the footer. When a customer subscribes via the Shopify signup form, I see a profile created in Klaviyo, but I do not see them sync to the Klaviyo newsletter, as I have it set up:I want all customers who sign up via Shopify to automatically sync to the Klaviyo newsletter. There are a few other blog posts about this, but none of the solutions have worked for me:I have double opt in enabled for Klaviyo and double opt in disabled for Shopify I am using the Debut theme, which is a Shopify free theme, not a third party app theme The problem isn’t that the integration isn’t working. It is working, but the customers coming from the Shopify sign up form are not being added to the newsletter list (only to profiles) I am not migrating anything over from Mailchimp, as that has been the problem for some peopleI’ve looked through so many posts about how to fix this and nothing see
Hi there attempting to have webflow sign up people without leaving the site:I have tried setting up similarly to mailchimp but it doesnt seem to work, it re-directs to another sign up page where it requests the email again. Does anyone have a fix for this? Here are the settings: bestob
In the '$event' property, we are appending the time stamp along with the event name as well.In the '$event_id', we are setting the value Sales Order number. We can see the Klaviyo Developer Documents is updated, but in the old document, it was stated that the combination 'event_id' and 'event' should be unique. My question was pertaining to how to track an Item Fulfillment against a Sales Order. The Item Fulfillment can contain partial items or the entire items of the Sales Order. In NetSuite, Sales Order and the related transactions such as Item Fulfillment and Invoice are different records. For Kalviyo, we could see that we can send different events such as Fulfilled Order, Cancelled Order ( after Placed Order and Ordered Product events). Is there a way in Klaviyo to link such events to the same Sales Order (since NetSuite uses different records to track the transactions such as Fulfilment and hence they will have different transaction Id but always will be linked to a parent transaction-
Browse abandonment emails are similar to abandoned cart emails, but are triggered when an identifiable browser visits a product page and does not start or complete a checkout. Browse abandonment is great for lightly reminding customers about items they might be interested in. The first step in creating a browse abandonment flow is to make sure that you’ve set up web tracking and Viewed Product tracking correctly for your BigCommerce store. When you first integrated your Klaviyo account with BigCommerce, the web tracking snippet (which also enables Klaviyo signup forms and Active on Site tracking) should have automatically been installed. You also may have manually added the Viewed Product tracking snippet by either following the setup wizard, or by following along with our help docs. If you want to confirm that web tracking is working, you can follow the instructions in the relevant help doc below: Web tracking confirmation for Stencil Themes Web tracking confirmation for Blueprint T
I have the Woocommerce integration setup and functionning properly but I need to push the language setting to Klaviyo for the Started Checkout event. Without this it’s imposible to use the abandoned cart or the signup directly in the checkout.I already know how to get my language from WPML but need to push this property to Klaviyo.
Hi everyone,We’re a B2B e-commerce, and we also sell through our sales team via sales orders using Netsuite. We’re considering having Klaviyo as our main marketing platform but for this we’d need to make sure we’re able to sync a good amount of custom fields into Klaviyo via our new CRM (either Salesforce or Zoho, not decided yet). Both platforms seem to only sync default lead fields though.Has anyone synced custom fields via SFDC or Zoho? Which 3rd party did you use? And can you create segments/reports with these custom fields?
Hello, I have the following issue: no matter what I do, I get a constant wc_get_cart_url() related error from the Klaviyo WooCommerce module and the error log reads: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_get_cart_url() in /wp-content/plugins/klaviyo/includes/wck-cart-functions.php:94Has anybody seen something like this? Thanks!
I successfully set up Segmen/Klaviyo integration on my staging site using segment’s visual tagger. It worked perfectly to track purchases, pages viewed, etc on my site. Once i pushed everything live, all that data stopped coming into klaviyo.Obviously the staging/production urls are different so i went into my klaviyo settings to update my URL. To no avail. Is there something i’m missing?
Hi 👋 I have used Klaviyo for about one year and it’s been super smooth! But today I received a message saying that the WooCommerce synch had stopped working. I’ve not made any changes at all to the website and cannot seem to fix the issue (tried this and this without success). It is forcing me to turn off a lot of flows (abandoned cart, welcome, browse abandonment) because they trigger or filter based on purchases made. It’s causing some stress 🤦♂️ Any suggestions on how to get this fixed and has anyone experienced the same? Thank you for a wonderful community!- Rob
Hello, I have never had this much trouble getting forms to work. I have used other providers in the past and got it working pretty fast. I am using Colibri Pro (theme) for WordPress. I only want the forms to show on specific blog posts. Couple questions: The Code Snippet I was able to place this on my homepage. But I can’t (or don’t know) how to place this on other pages. For example when I go to my Blog Pages I don’t get the same interface where I can place code. (it tells me this is where Latest Posts are posted). But maybe the code snippet only needs to be in the homepage? The Embed CodeI have tried to place this in a number of ways and nothing has worked. Latest attempt was as a custom field using a short code. Any help appreciated.
