No Currency Field?

We have successfully set up JavaScript tags and server-side Track API calls, but I can’t see a “currency” field in any of the JavaScript or API calls?“Viewed Product” Event in client-side JavaScript “Added to Cart” Event in client-side JavaScript “Started Checkout” Event in client-side JavaScript “Placed Order” server-side API Call  “Ordered Product” server-side API CallWe’re an ecom retailer that processes transactions in 10x currencies and would need to record the currency and appropriate language for each of these calls. I would expect Klaviyo to convert the transaction currency to the account currency reporting (eg. it would make no sense adding Swedish Krona to US Dollars) and to also have a way to pull the right language/currency catalog for any abandonment emails, etc.Have read some other posts on this forum that suggests that Klaviyo can’t do any of this though, and that the solution is to set up a new Klaviyo account for each currency you deal with(!)Is this still the case?

Integration problems

Hello guys,I have some problems with communication between.I want to integrate opencart with my website. I got this error:  We were unable to connect to your account. Please verify your settings. Any another website i add it works, but not with mine.  I want to install signup forms. In source i find the code, but i got this error: Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site.And another thing. On feed. On every feed i got this error:  Error fetching feed. The URL specified returned a 503 status code. Your feed must return an HTTP 200 response to be valid.  Do you know how can i fix this? P.S. i use cloudflare but is on pause.Thank you

Shopify Coupon Question

When creating coupons in Klaviyo for an abandoned cart flow, do I need to create the coupon in shopify as well? I created the coupon in Klaviyo but I dont see the coupon in Shopify and I dont want customers that get this coupon to not be able to use it because it doesent exist in shopify.

Mailchimp migration

Hey guys,  hope you’re safe!We’re migrating from our MC account into klaviyo.As you already know, MC marks every contact with a specific “tag”.There are 4 different tags:empty (someone who bought, but not agreed with subscription); subscribed and /or unsubscribed; cleaned (someone who bought, agreed with subscription but, after the purchase, bounced a lot of emails and is no longer reached by email because it is a very "cold" contact);Now, we have 0 empty and a lot of cleaned contacts. We’re concerned about cleaned contacts management during the migration.I know that unsubscribed contacts, after the migration from MC and thanks to the migration of statistics from MC, are listed in specific field called “suppressed profiles” in the Klaviyo “Profiles” section.Our Goals: We don’t want reach out these cleaned contacts with klaviyo, also, we need to add these cleaned contacts to our customer order history in shopify (“customers” section in shopify dashboard);Also, thanks to your video tutor

I received an email instructing me to load the new woocommerce plug in. I have already got it loaded. will it update automatically or do I need to start again. The link the email took me to was to integrate woo with klaviyo but there is no mention of updating an existing plug in?Thanks

Multiple user-rated questions

I can see in your help topic “Configure your email template to collect user ratings” that the example has one question and then the user rating scale below rated 1-10. My question is - is it possible to have an email template with multiple questions and user scales for each? Or would I need something like Typeform for that?

Shopify integration isn't working. Not tracking Placed Orders. Product catalog isn't updating.

I’m not sure what happened but my tracking isn’t working properly. It has been about 45-50 days since Klaviyo has tracked placed orders. I have updated Shopify integration, added codes manually, checked this forum with no avail. Please help me figure this out.

404 error when connecting to woocommerce for the first time

I am getting a 404 page error when connecting woocommerce to klaviyo. I am going into the api. Selecting the option to connect as I have already set up the account. Entering user name and password, confirming the security code then getting a 404 error. Please help.

Changed Shopify Primary Domain - Tracking seems off now

We switched the shopify primary domain couple days ago and while we see klaviyo activity and events, we’re down over 50% from before the switch. We’ve added the domain verification to the DNS of the new domain. Re-added the klaviyo connection in shopify. Is there anything else we need to do to get tracking fully operational with the new domain name?

Klaviyo not integrating with woocommerce

I have not been able to integrate klaviyo to woocommerce. I have been getting errors for days. I deactivated some plugins but it still gives the error. Is there a Workaround for using Deep links for push notifications?

Hi!We implemented push notifications in our iOS app and would like to enable deep linking. I understand that Klaviyo does not currently support deep linking for push notifications, but wonder if deep links can be achieved through workaround, homegrown ways? If you can please share insights on how to set up deep linking for Klaviyo push notifications, that would be so appreciated. Thank you!Rachel

Mailchimp integration -Users are "Subscribed to List 'Two Tyres Ltd' via Mailchimp"

Hi,  I have migrated an account across to Klaviyo, everything is open and running and the customers are going into flows however when they preform actions such as purchase they are going into a mailchimp list and not straight into klaviyo. There no is sign up forms running on Mailchimp. I put two screenshots below so you can see.

How to change from real-time to batch updates for WooCommerce Integration

How do I change the settings for the WooCommerce/Klaviyo integration so that data no longer syncs in real-time? The integration causes issues during times of high web traffic because of the sheer volume of data that gets sent when a user is active on the website / makes a purchase. We have been advised that Klaviyo offers the option of batch updates. Can anyone advise on how I can change this setting?
