Hello! Is it possible to get the Back in Stock button to trigger on a Shopify collection page in addition to the product page? I’ve played around with it a little bit with no luck – I’m guessing a function within onsite.js would need to be modified, but wondering if anyone has experience with doing this before attempting anything. Thanks,Chris
Hi! I am trying to set up a flow for the “Added to Cart Trigger”, but for some reason after installing the Viewed Product tracking and “added to cart” snippet, my feed is only showing me. What’s also weird is for the “active on site” feed, it’s also only tracking me and one other customer. Which I know is not accurate because we’ve had several orders in the past hour. I figured maybe it has something to do with cookies? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
I’m trying to create dynamic thank you pages using Klaviyo, to thank customers who bought products off an OpenCart store. OpenCart store version: Version 126.96.36.199 I used this extension to integrate OpenCart to Klaviyo: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=38017 All works well, BUT – the ORDER ID doesn’t seem to be sent over to Klaviyo, and I’m unable to find a event merge tag for it: Am I missing something here – or is there something custom that I’ve to do? Appreciate any direction or help.
Hello,I installed official Klavio plugin for Prestashop and configured module+klaviyo integration with no issues.I checked and everything is correct (php min memory, keys, settings) but sync doesn't complete and the following error is displayed in Klaviyo with no further info: "The following integrations are not synching properly and need attention: PrestaShop.".Where should I look into further? Thanks for readingMichele
I successfully set up Segmen/Klaviyo integration on my staging site using segment’s visual tagger. It worked perfectly to track purchases, pages viewed, etc on my site. Once i pushed everything live, all that data stopped coming into klaviyo.Obviously the staging/production urls are different so i went into my klaviyo settings to update my URL. To no avail. Is there something i’m missing?
Hello, I have the following issue: no matter what I do, I get a constant wc_get_cart_url() related error from the Klaviyo WooCommerce module and the error log reads: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_get_cart_url() in /wp-content/plugins/klaviyo/includes/wck-cart-functions.php:94Has anybody seen something like this? Thanks!
We create emails that include content related to products in our catalog. Sometimes these products do not appear as choices when selecting products from the feed to insert into the template. My assumption is that for some reason, our product feed filters only for products that people have viewed recently. Since our catalog doesn’t get a lot of traffic, we often have many products missing. So, how can I configure the product feed to include every single active product in our WooCommerce store, regardless of whether people have viewed those products?
When integrating Facebook Advertising with Klaviyo, you must integrate either Custom Audiences, Lead Ads, or both to setup the integration and start syncing. If you want to integrate your Custom Audiences but not set up any Lead Ads, you can do the following during the integration process:Connect to Facebook and choose your Advertising account and click Connect to Account:On the next page, choose your Custom Audience settings and click Continue to Lead Ad Settings:Then, you should be able to click Done without having to choose any Lead Ads settings:Then, your integration should start syncing and your settings page should look like this:For general information on how to setup the Facebook Advertising integration, see How to Integrate with Facebook Advertising.
Hello, I followed the required steps to embed a signup form, but klaviyo.js script doesn’t load because browser blocks it. I was able to see it on Safari but Chrome blocks it.I’ve integrated Klaviyo to Shopify, I didn’t add anything manually except the form.Currently I’m using mydomain.myshopify.com URL instead of www.mydomain.com. Is it the problem?Any ideas? Thanks!
Hello!Hoping for some help with Octane AI, or maybe just general rules of thumb for third party providers. I integrated with Octane AI using a private key and set up a Quiz. Everything seems to be flowing correctly, I am getting the email and quiz answers populated in my Newsletter list, but…. my testers have not received the opt in email.I am assuming this is because they entered the email in Octane AI, and there is nothing that triggers the send in Klaviyo?Does this mean these users won’t receive email flows I have set up for Newsletter? Is there some way to force the double opt in email to send?
Something that I noticed recently is that the new woocommerce checkout block is not working with the started checkout trigger. Probably it’s a simple solution/reason that the new checkout block fills in the shipping details/email instead of the billing (the billing address is then copied from the shipping address). I’ve read that Klaviyo looks at the billing email to trigger the flow. Here’s the post on the woocommerce blocks: https://developer.woocommerce.com/2020/05/27/available-for-testing-a-block-based-woocommerce-cart-and-checkout/ Do you think there’s a solution for this? One of the reasons I switched to Klaviyo was for the abandoned cart flow but since I‘ve moved to the block based checkout I’m losing out the sales. Please let me know.
My store has recently opened a brick-and-mortar shop, so in addition to shipping goods to customers, customers also have the option of picking their items up at the shop. When customers choose the pickup option, we manually change the order status in BigCommerce to “Awaiting Pickup” when the order is ready. Ideally, we want this status change to trigger a flow in Klaviyo to send an “order is ready for pickup” email. Because this is a manual change on BigCommerce’s back end, there isn’t a part of our website that I can add Track code to -- at least, not that I’m aware of. Does anyone know of a way to get Klaviyo to see this as an event? Or have other ideas how to trigger this flow?
We’re trying to Sync Magento 2 With Klaviyo, - We’ve done everything correctly. - However we can’t even figure out exactly what the error is as all we’re prompted with is the message below. Your Magento 2 integration's periodic sync has failed.Klaviyo is receiving server errors from Magento 2.Please check Magento 2 and update your settings to re-enable sync. I don’t know what is going on but can someone please help with this situation! This is what it is saying but for some strange reason my email won’t intergrate at all Before You SendAll new accounts go through an initial account verification check. For some accounts, this requires a manual review. To reduce the chance your account has to participate in the Manual Review, we recommend integrating Klaviyo with your ecommerce platform, as well as your previous email service provider (if applicable), prior to sending your first campaign.
The Back in Stock implementation for Shopify (described here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-Shopify) doesn’t provide us with the level of customization that we would like to have. As such we are looking at implementing a custom Back in Stock form either via a legacy form method (similar to https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005249588-How-to-Add-and-Customize-a-Legacy-Embedded-Signup-Form) or via a custom form and API request in the frontend (in JS).This developer documentation for the API https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006565332-Back-in-Stock-for-Mobile-App-Developers while not explicitly stated I believe is only for server side API calls as CORS blocks POST requests via JS.Can anyone point me in the right direction here - add a user to back in stock list for a product via a custom form on the frontend, without need for server-side api calls. (or if there is no right direction - let me know!)Many thank
Hi,I’m working on a custom integration and I’m unable to access site backend. The integration works fine and I was able to get it working accept for adding a user to a list. I’m not using a Klaviyo form as this is a part of the checkout process where a user can sign up for newsletter. Is it doable from the front-end? Could you share a method for it? Thanks in advance.
