How can I fix this Woocommerce integration error : Unable to access API with credentials specified?
Hello, i try to integrate klaviyo to my new woocommerce website but it does no work. I always have this error message: Details: Unable to access API with credentials specified.I deleted the integration many time et reinstalled it, it does nothing. I also have klaviyo integrate to my shopify store, have i to delete it from shopify first in order for it to work ? Thanks for reading
APi and scripts for WPforms
Hi, I currently use WPForms for the contact and purchase forms on my website. I am trying to see if there any way to be able to connect to WPForms using the API keys. My forms right now collect abandoned entries and data but, I do not have any ability to send these abandoned entries to a specific list in Klaviyo.Does anyone have any knowledge that may be able to help me build this script to send these abandoned entry emails to my Klaviyo account and into a specified list?Thank you.
Back in Stock Button Not Working
Hello,Is there anyone out there that might be able to help me out with this issue?Problem: When selecting a product that is sold out - #1 the notify me when back in stock button is not showing up. #2 But, when the product page is refreshed it does show up - #3 however it will show up even for products that are in stock (right under the add to cart button)I attached a few screen shots of the code and what the buttons looks like. 1,2,3If someone has experienced this and can help me out it would be super helpful. Klaviyo Pop Up Form not connect subscribers to my Newsletter List
We create a Pop Up Box to collect emails to be added to our Newsletter list and receive our Welcome Flow emails. I can see that the Pop Up Box is collecting emails - we have had 3 subscirbe, but I can’t find where those emails have been stored - our newsletter list isn’t being updated with these emails. I also get this message when I am installing Code Snippets for my sign up form:Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site. Please view the installation documentation.Please can someone help with this?
Unable to integrate Klaviyo with Magento 2.4.3
Hello Everyone, I am having issue in Klaviyo integration with Magento 2. I have added public and private keys as suggested in documentation but when I try to start the integration by clicking on activate button. Is there a way to trigger cookies without clicking a link in a Klaviyo email?
According to the Klaviyo Help Center, a user is only cookied if 1) they fill out a sign up form and 2) if they click on a link in a Klaviyo generated email. We have a large number of customers who are active in our Klaviyo database, but they will frequently clear their browser cache and NOT click links in our emails. Given this situation, we cannot track their activity (view product, add to cart, checkout, etc.) on our website. Is there any workaround for this? Any other way to track/cookie an existing Klaviyo user without asking them to click links in our emails?Mark

Hi, I’m trying to add the Viewed Product tracking to my Shopify theme but it doesn’t seem to be working. The ‘Active on Site’ works but there is no data in the ‘Viewed Product’. I have a Shopify 2.0 theme and have copied the product tracking snippet into the Custom Liquid section of my default product page plus all of my custom product pages as per the installation instructions. Is there anything else I need to do?Thanks.
Integration with Recharge V2
Hi everyone, i have a quick question. I’m having problem with integration recharge V2 with Klaviyo. Unfortunately, the V1 that was installed and working properly has been removed. The main issues is that the integration on Recharge say it is connected, but on klaviyo, it says go to the recharge admin to finish the integration. And all the metrics are no longer showing any data received (Started subscription, cancelled subscription etc).Screenshot for RechargeKlaviyo screenshotKindly advise on what could be done. how to speed up 30 minute Sync time for Magento 2
Hi, We use Klaviyo and Magento, everything is good, but clients when they sign up to a newsletter or place an order Klaviyo and Magento only sync every 30 minutes.. this is a very long time for people to have to wait, especially to receive transactional emails. as per this page; https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005253208-How-Often-Integrations-Sync most integrations sync in Realtime, except some obscure platforms. Magento is still one of the largest platforms. Im not asking to necessarily make the sync’s real time, but at least every 5 minutes. You could also have different sync times for catalogs (longer) and transactional (faster) Any ideas? or is this something we need to put to Klaviyo to implement?
How can I Import a .csv with a custom property to match the 'Placed Order' event ?
Hey guys, hope you’re fine.We have 10k contacts in our klaviyo account and we want to expand our contacts list importing a .csv file.At the moment, we don't know which of these 10,000 klaviyo contacts placed an order.On every klaviyo contacts, the property “Placed Order” is egual to zero.As I said, we have a .csv file to import: 70% of the .csv file contacts’ are already in the klaviyo contacts list.This .csv file has a field called “orders” which indicates the number of orders made by each contact.Our goal is to import this .csv file and refresh the klaviyo contacts’ property “Placed Order” to better understand how many orders were placed by each klaviyo contacts.I’m concerned about few things:I read on others community questions like this: that by importing a .csv file with an additional data field relating to “orders”, klaviyo will match the data of the .csv file with those already existing in klaviyo and will add the additional data relating to orders for each contact. Confusion between API integration and pre-built integration
Hi there,We’ve integrated our Shopify store with Klaviyo and have also set up website tracking. We’re planning to add the “Viewed Product” and “Added to Cart” events sometime soon. We plan to set up a Welcome Series flow, Abandoned Cart flow, Browse Abandonment flow, and Post-Purchase flow. My question is that, is the pre-built integration between Shopify and Klaviyo enough to set up these flows or do we need additional integration via API?

Klaviyo not integrating with WooCoomerce
I’m posting here because the problem I’m having is impacting my company’s revenue.Klaviyo totally doesn’t wan’t to integrate with WooCommerce. I’m getting the error message “We can't complete your setup - Details: Non 200 Response Received” when I try to establish a connection from Klaviyo WooCommerce plugin newest version(v. 3.0.1) to the Klaviyo platform. I contacted Bluehost to assist in whitelisting the user agent but they refuse to assist and say that the plugin is a third party plugin and they can’t help since there aren’t any errors on the WordPress dashboard. I’ve tried the steps that support team has offered here from a user with a similar problem without any luck. 1. Delete the WooCommerce integration in Klaviyo2. Delete the Klaviyo plugin in your WordPress3. Re-install the plugin4. Log into Klaviyo via an incognito window and re-add the WooCommerce integration Still getting same error message. Magento 2 Integration - Change URL for store
I am currently using Magento 2.3.4. I want to integrate klaviyo extension in it.My store url looks like: https://xx.xx.xx.xx/magento234Path for that in my instance is: /var/www/html/magento234 So I am using the path to be mentioned in the store url.Currently my problem is: When I try to integrate with the extension in OAuth, it only takes the ip of my instance. i.e., “https://xx.xx.xx.xx/oauth/token/request” instead of “https://xx.xx.xx.xx/magento234/oauth/token/request” . So what can I do to solve this problem?

Issue with Klaviyo integration in Prestashop
Hello,I have an online store created in prestashop (Version 22.214.171.124). The server works with Plesk in its latest version with Php 7.3.I have installed the free Klaviyo module and I have configured it following the manual. Everything worked correctly until I got to the API integration.When I integrate Klaviyo with Prestashop, I add the address of the online store, the Prestashop Webservice API and permissions are correct.I click on "Click here to retrieve the list of shops" but I get the following error: Please make sure your webservice key has permissions to the 'klaviyo' resource.I have tried with another server but the problem persists, could you please advise me?Thanks

How to remove the line between the ‘subscription’ and ‘account creation’ checkbox? Any another website i add it works, but not with mine. I want to install signup forms. In source i find the code, but i got this error: Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site.And another thing. On feed. On every feed i got this error: Error fetching feed. The URL specified returned a 503 status code. Your feed must return an HTTP 200 response to be valid. Do you know how can i fix this? Hey guys, hope you’re safe!We’re migrating from our MC account into klaviyo.As you already know, MC marks every contact with a specific “tag”.There are 4 different tags:empty (someone who bought, but not agreed with subscription); subscribed and /or unsubscribed; cleaned (someone who bought, agreed with subscription but, after the purchase, bounced a lot of emails and is no longer reached by email because it is a very "cold" contact);Now, we have 0 empty and a lot of cleaned contacts. We’re concerned about cleaned contacts management during the migration.I know that unsubscribed contacts, after the migration from MC and thanks to the migration of statistics from MC, are listed in specific field called “suppressed profiles” in the Klaviyo “Profiles” section.Our Goals: We don’t want reach out these cleaned contacts with klaviyo, also, we need to add these cleaned contacts to our customer order history in shopify (“customers” section in shopify dashboard);Also, thanks to your video tutor
