Add/update SMS consent with zapier

Hi :-) My goal is to get SMS consent after subscription of a Klaviyo signup form. I want to use Zapier since Klaviyo do not sent OPT-IN to europe contries. I have followed this guide: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407486310683-How-to-Send-Consent-to-Klaviyo-via-ZapierWhen testing the code in Zapier no errors happens. However inside Klaviyo the profiles do not get marked with SMS-consent. It seems that I integrated typeform correctly, integration is enabled, advanced options are set with for my form ids and subscribers list set up, but getting data in a typeform and not my klaviyo metrics.  Wondering if I'm doing something incorrectly. what are your suggestions?

Unable to integrate Klaviyo with Google AdWords

I’m trying to integrate Klaviyo with Google AdWords.Using the same email address, I'm an admin on AdWords and Klaviyo. On AdWords, we have an MCC account associated with our PPC account. After going through the integration process using the same email address, I can only select the MCC account on Klaviyo ends. I don't see the PPC account.Has anyone had this issue and was able to resolve it?

BigCommerce email settings prior to going live with Klaviyo

Hi folks,I haven’t been able to get a solid answer from either Klaviyo or BigCommerce support on this, maybe it’s just so obvious it’s going over my head. I have the BigCommerce integration almost completely set up for my client, all I have left to do is:Add the code to sync newsletter subscribers at check out upload the current subscribers exported from BigCommerce Embed the footer signup form  What I’m not sure of though, is what settings do I turn off or leave active in the BigCommerce email marketing settings? I want all transactional emails to keep being sent by BC for the time being.Newsletter subscriptions, double opt-ins and welcome emails are all currently being sent via BC, but I’m worried that if I leave these turned on, there will be double-ups with them also being sent via Klaviyo? This seems like something that should be in the integration documentation, but i havent seen it - unless I’m overthinking it and the Klaviyo code intercepts these actions being done by BC.Please

Shopify Combined Discount Option, Waiting for Klaviyo Implementation

Shopify announced on June 22, 2022 that they are finally adding a native combined/stackable discounts option https://www.shopify.com/discounts. I confirmed with Shopify Plus that this will be rolled out around June 27.I spoke w/ Klaviyo support to see what their timeline was for implementing this in the coupons section and it wasn’t on their radar. I do no see a plan to add this to our Coupons feature in Klaviyo on the upcoming Roadmap. However, I have submitted this feature request to our Product team to be considered as a feature to be added in the future. At this time I do not have a timeline on when this will be considered or released, but I have submitted this feedback to our team.Just putting this info out there for other Shopify merchants as this is a pretty big deal.

Anyone else having major problems with Data being sent from Typeform?

We have a Typeform connected to Klaviyo.When users enter a date response in Typeform, for example “What date do you want to schedule your appointment: 07/29/2021”The data that shows up in the Klaviyo customer profile’s custom property comes up as a day before: 07/28/2021This creates a major issue when trying to create an automated Klaviyo email or sms that is supposed to remind customers about their appointments.Does anyone hav a solution for this?

We configured our integration per all of the guides and instructions, but for some reason we’re having an issue with the Zendesk side that all of our SMS conversations are being converted to Emails once they get there. Has anyone else had any similar issue?

Check if user has an account in WooCommerce

Hi,I want to show a button to let users open the order in the their account.The problem is, that we also allow guest orders and not every user has an account in the shop.In this case I don’t want to show the button because the link would lead to an error page.Is there any way to check for an user account? Klaviyo profile-subscription-bulk-create-jobs not working on server

Hi, I am trying to create profiles in the klaviyo and add them to the list. I’m having problems getting SMS consent to send from Clickfunnels to Klavio.I’ve tried adding a custom field in Zapier with sms_consent but that doesn’t seem to work.I’ve also tried using the webhook document https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054803711-Guide-to-Collecting-SMS-Consent-via-APII think I have everything set up a but it doesn’t seem to be passing the sms_consent.Any ideas on how to get it working?

No Double Opt In with Octane AI?

Hello!Hoping for some help with Octane AI, or maybe just general rules of thumb for third party providers. I integrated with Octane AI using a private key and set up a Quiz. Everything seems to be flowing correctly, I am getting the email and quiz answers populated in my Newsletter list, but…. my testers have not received the opt in email.I am assuming this is because they entered the email in Octane AI, and there is nothing that triggers the send in Klaviyo?Does this mean these users won’t receive email flows I have set up for Newsletter?Is there some way to force the double opt in email to send?

Events not Firing on Production

I successfully set up Segmen/Klaviyo integration on my staging site using segment’s visual tagger. It worked perfectly to track purchases, pages viewed, etc on my site. Once i pushed everything live, all that data stopped coming into klaviyo.Obviously the staging/production urls are different so i went into my klaviyo settings to update my URL. To no avail. Is there something i’m missing?

Creating an email flow based on Delivery Date

Hello! I am the most novice, novice there is when it comes to Klavyio. I have set up all of my flows, however, I need to streamline the process so that I am not manually sending them to customers.  We run a cold-pressed juice business and cannot calculate the timeline of production like a fashion company might.  When a customer places an order we need to send emails based on their delivery date, not when the order itself was made. As every customer will have different delivery dates, and periods between order placed and expected delivery, I am really curious about how I can do this in Klavyio, and if this is at all possible. Example: Someone buys a juice cleanse on December 1st, Wednesday. They want it delivered December 6th, Monday. We have a journey setup so that people get an email upon purchasing, an email 2 days before cleansing to prepare themselves, an email the day of when we are delivering it and then an email every day throughout the cleanse and 2 days after.  (We also use Wo

Best practice for Mailchimp sync in multi-store scenario

Hello, We wanted to migrate from Mailchimp to Klaviyo using https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005254948We have a single MC account with a single Audience. However, we will have 3 separate Shopify stores (instead of multi-currency) so we will need three Klaviyo accounts. What would be the best practice when using this integration?I can think of dividing the Mailchimp Audience into three Audiences (as best as possible since some subscribers non-purchasers may not fall in the right bucket). Then run sequentially the Mailchimp integration across the three Klaviyo accounts, using for each one a specific Audience. Alternatively, we could import all the data into each Klaviyo account, then delete the users but I guess that’s way more dangerous :) Many thanks for your thoughts!Sergio
