Anyone used Wunderkind for abandonment emails?

Hi, We are exploring Wunderkind to increase our abandonment revenue. Has anyone here used it (or something similar) and would you recommend it? They also offer enhanced data capture opportunities although not sure whether we would use this feature as much as we get pretty good rates with our Klaviyo pop ups.Thank you

We are using Magento 2 integration with Klaviyo and our store has orders coming from two sources. One from magento site and other from POS system. We do not want to push POS orders to Klaviyo. Is it possible ? If so, How can it achieve?

Best practice for Mailchimp sync in multi-store scenario

Hello, We wanted to migrate from Mailchimp to Klaviyo using https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005254948We have a single MC account with a single Audience. However, we will have 3 separate Shopify stores (instead of multi-currency) so we will need three Klaviyo accounts. What would be the best practice when using this integration?I can think of dividing the Mailchimp Audience into three Audiences (as best as possible since some subscribers non-purchasers may not fall in the right bucket). Then run sequentially the Mailchimp integration across the three Klaviyo accounts, using for each one a specific Audience. Alternatively, we could import all the data into each Klaviyo account, then delete the users but I guess that’s way more dangerous :) Many thanks for your thoughts!Sergio

Hey guys I’m trying to add the the legacy form and I added some code and changes to the present wordpress form but it seems like api is working it does reads the class with list id and sends detials to klaviyo but then i cannot add customers to wordpress, any idea how can i do it?

Recharge and Klaviyo integration - what am I missing

Hi folks, scratching my head regarding integration with ReCharge.  Hopefully there is sufficient context in here that people can point out what step I may have missed or done incorrectly.In support docs/instructions, it states that I need to integrate/connect with Klaviyo from Recharge first:This is done and API key accepted.  Nothing shows up in Klaviyo however, and any backfill or sync doesn’t seem to do anything.When I go to see if I can enable the integration from Klaviyo side I get this:Now, this is a very new Klaviyo workspace and I am learning as I go so is it possible that there could be a background setting that needs enabling before this all works?Admin tells me my “Shopify store is connected” in green, however any Shopify sync in integrations seems to be permanently pending (it has stayed like this throughout)Is it the case that Recharge can’t work without the above singing along, or is it (as I suspect) that some background account setting needs to be changed.Hopefully this

Klaviyo as a CRM

I am developing an e-commerce business on a Shopify platform. Once placed orders in magento 2 are synced with Klaviyo, ordered product image is always showing as first image assigned in magento store. How we can show the product image in klaviyo which isselected as Base image in magento.

Cyrillic data gets encoded on 'Place Order' event

Hello guys,I feel like I am loosing my mind or somebody is joking with me…I am trying to send tracking data with the front-end API and everything (I’ve tried ‘View Product’, ‘Started Checkout’, ‘Active on Site’, ‘Added to Cart’) BUT ‘Placed Order’ is recieved OK.ONLY Placed Order gets incorrectly decoded (it seems) because instead of Categories: Електроника, ЛаптопиI get "Categories": ["\u0415\u043b\u0435\u043a\u0442\u0440\u043e\u043d\u0438\u043a\u0430", "\u041b\u0430\u043f\u0442\u043e\u043f\u0438"],customer_properties: {"$email": "……….@gmail.com", "$first_name": "\u0414\u0438\u043c\u0438\u0442\u044a\u0440", "$last_name": "\u0413\u043e\u0441\u043f\u043e\u0434\u0438\u043d\u043e\u0432",….]I have tried encoding it in Windows-1251, UTF-8, tried JSON_UNESCAPED_UNICODE when I json_encode it in the backed - same result. I am using the same code in all the places but I get different result at the end...am I going crazy?And it is ONLY for ‘Placed Order’ it seems…Anybody got that problem, is any

Automatically suppress Amazon customers pulled in through Shopify integration

Is it possible to automatically suppress Amazon profiles?  We have Shopify integrated with Klaviyo and it is pulling in our Amazon customers.  I went ahead and setup the segment > uploaded to the Suppressed list.  Seems there should be an easy way to do this through a flow.

Back in stock in quick view in Shipify

Hi there,My back in stock button is worked perfectly as designed in my Shopify store, however my website has a quick view modal in the collections page and I just realized it is not appearing there. Instead I’m getting the theme Sold Out button. The quick shop modal liquid file looks pretty straight forward, just grabbing a piece of the product information and that’s it.Any suggestion on how to add it? Custom eCom: API problems

Hi,we are implemented an API for our custom ecommerce CMS. We started with the “Place Order” event, but are having some problems. The data goes through to Klaviyo, but comparing to Woocommerce integration, the structure and data display is pretty weird.See my examples here. Anyone knows whats the problem?

Bug with lightspeed integration

Hey guys, When I setup the lightspeed integration for a client we keep getting an error that de login is not correct so we can’t integrate Klaviyo. But the login is 100% correct.Is there a solution to this bug? Would be appreciated! Kind regards, Dean

Klaviyo app won't launch or install - BigCommerce

Hi all,Anyone experienced this? Klaviyo’s support are claiming a historical sync broke and I need to remove and re-integrate, which I’m doing, but the klaviyo app will not launch or allow me to install it in BigCommerce upon trying to complete the integration.It does not appear to already be installed, although it was previously. I’m not sure if another of the BC store has removed it or there was some other error….Update: I was logged into BC with admin access, but not the correct “panel” I guess you’d call it.

Rebuild Cart Dynamically for BigCommerce

Hi All,Just want to raise this as it seems like a huge disadvantage for Klaviyo.I’d like to request the ability for persistent/rebuilt carts in the BigCommerce integration so that the abandon flows aren’t a negative experience for potential customers.It seems as though this is possible given that the arctic leaf app was able to provide the feature (although it currently isn’t working, at least for me) and the lack of this feature in the integration is already making me look at other ESP’s like omnisend. If I’d known this wasn’t possible in Klaviyo from the beginning I don’t know that I would have even signed up.
