How to use a questionnaire on Klaviyo.

Hello, the following is a plan I’d like to try. Please share some opinions if there is any way to make it. 1, send an email with the URL of a questionnaire2, Our customer answered the questions.3, Subscribe People to different Lists depending on their answers.4, Send different emails to each list. I found it’s possible if I integrate Klabiyo with Typeform.But, as for 3 “Subscribe People to different Lists depending on their answers”, I couldn’t find such a setting. Shopify Out of Stock Button always showing

Hello,I've added the proper code to my website to add the Out of Stock Button to my product pages. The problem I'm having is, it's always showing even when products are in stock. For instance, I have a product with only one variation. The button still shows when the item is in stock, but if you click it, nothing will happen. When the item is actually out of stock, clicking the button will trigger the popup.On another product, I have two variations (colors), when both are in stock the button still shows and does nothing when clicked. On the same product, when one of the variants is out of stock, the button acts like it should. No button on the variant that's in stock, and working button on the variant that is out of stock. So, just to reiterate. The button is only working as intended with a product that has multiple variations and one of them is out of stock. Any advice on how to fix this?Thank you,-Chris

Migrating eCommerce platform Can we integrate before the new platform is live

We’re moving from Bigcommerce to Shopify. We use Klaviyo on Bigcommerce and plan to continue to use it on Shopify. I’ve read this the help article about integrating a new platform to Klaviyo.https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003124151-How-to-update-Klaviyo-after-switching-ecommerce-platformsThe article recommends waiting until all historical data is imported to the new platform to integrate Klaviyo. I get it BUT I don’t want to wait to start migrating flows, segments etc until after we’re live.So my question.  Can I integrate Klaviyo now and then use the “Re-Import Historic Data” function to bring in customer and order information that wasn’t available in Shopify when we first integrated it with Klaviyo.(Our shopify site is about 90% complete and has order and customer data current as of about a month ago.) -Ken

Add/update SMS consent with zapier

Hi :-) My goal is to get SMS consent after subscription of a Klaviyo signup form. I want to use Zapier since Klaviyo do not sent OPT-IN to europe contries. I have followed this guide: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407486310683-How-to-Send-Consent-to-Klaviyo-via-ZapierWhen testing the code in Zapier no errors happens. However inside Klaviyo the profiles do not get marked with SMS-consent. Best Practice for Shopify Markets + Klaviyo

Hello People,I have found this post: The recommendation here is to run multiple stores + Klaviyo accounts… Shopify Markets is in Beta now, the benefit is to sell to multiple markets from one store. Therefore, the recommendation seems to be a bit outdated, since the benefit of Shopify Markets is to sell internationally from one single store. As far as I understood, it is more ore less the same technology and options Shopify offers today but bundled differently. We currently run our store in EN but are about to add DE as a second language. Customer marketing+forms and so on has to be bilingual too. Is there a Best Practice approach how to run (lists, flows, forms, content, ...) in multiple languages without unnecessary overhead?Thanks!

Zapier-Klaviyo add data to Klaviyo custom property without delete old data

Hei guys need little help here in the Zapier-Klavyio talking.I am bringing some data from Zapier to Klavyio where basically I want to add in a custome property new data as soon as it arrive from Zapier, making the Klavyio customer property a sort of list. Example: my app is enabling patients and doctor to create appointments. In order to send emails, for each doctor, I have more custom property that define the appointment with the patient: - Day of the visit - Time of the visit When I use zapier I can only update such custom property by then loosing the old data. While instead, I d love to just add this information without replacing the old one. Naturally this will help me to notify patient and doctors 1 day before the visit and the same day visit. Do you have some help in that?

Add to Cart Snippet Assistance Needed

I have looked at all of the other posts on here to see if it would help me. Alas, I’m still struggling. Can someone take a look and see if this at least looks right so I know if it is or isn’t a ‘ME’ problem? This is what comes up with Inspect Element on the Add to Cart Button, so I was at least able to figure out that it was Snippet 2 that I needed to use (I think).Here’s my inserted and updated code within the theme on Shopify. Thanks for any pointers you can give.

Hei guys another little helpIs it possible to add into an email text the “Custom Event Properties” of a certain event? Example: A patient is signing up for a doctor appointment the date 23/02 at the time slot 3:00 pm.Now, throughout Zapier I m sending the event called “appointment” with: - Customer Event Property date: 23/02- Customer Event Property slot time: 3:00 pm Is it possible to use this properties in order to inform the patient directly in the text of an email?

Back in stock button DO NOT APPEAR as a BUTTON on Dawn Theme

Hello Everyone!I have new theme Dawn, and now when I install back in stock button, it’s not a button anymore 😃It is just a piece of text. I cannot access any support as my account is older than 60 days, but I am also not a developer to fix it myself. I would be very thankful is someone from our community would be able to help me to fix the damaged code Klavyio provides for back in stock button. I want it to be as before - instead of ADD TO CARD → Notify MeI also do not want to have this button ON when product is in stock. It worked very well before but now it is al messed up and for person without coding skills not possible to fix.

Failed functionality of clients' action

Hello,I don’t see status of Started checkout in Klaviyo at all. All other activies of customers are visible- subscribed, active on site, received e-mail/opened e-mail, view product. But in case leave cart w/o finalizing payment, there is no notice . How to fix it? What kind of script is needed to have full client behaviours actions visible?There is woocommerce platform, on the modified template builded. Thanks in advance for your support.

Handling multilingual catalog items through the Catalog API

We have English and French profiles (their language preference is stored as a property) and would like to start utilizing dynamic product feeds and recommendations. What is the recommended way of setting up a Custom Catalog using the Catalogs API so we are able to send emails containing dynamic product blocks in the recipients preferred language?  Should we be utilizing “custom metatdata” to store translations, urls, etc?  Or should we be creating a Catalog Item in each language for each product?  If the latter, how should we be handling the uniqueness constraint on the Catalog Item “id”?

Typeform formatting issue

Adding Yotpo Review to Dynamic Flows - Cart or Browse Abandonment

Has any one figured out how to add yotpo product reviews on dynamic product emails?  I want to leverage our product reviews in our Abandoned Cart emails. Through Yotpo we can create snippets for “review highlights” (info here) but the code is not dynamic - it is simply a code that displays the reviews for products I manually select. How would I get it to show the Yotpo review for a dynamic product url?  Example of use case: Currently all email in my cart abandonment flow dynamically pull product title, price, image. Anna adds Purple Shirt to her cart but abandons it which triggers her into the Cart Abandonment flow. Klaviyo pulls the info about her cart without any action on my end. Now I would like to add reviews that exist in Yotpo about Purple Shirt to her cart abandonment email.

Triggering email on specific custom day

Hei guys I d like you to help me on this. I m using an external no code platform from which I m taking data as Customer Property into Klavyio. My company is working on the telemedicine and I ask patient to book doctor appointments.My problem starts here, cause I want to send them 2 emails: 1) Booking confirmation: email that confirm the fact that the patient booked the visit2) Visit notification: email that will remember the user the same visit day that he/she have a visit I m not clearly understand how to do the second email. I tried to check on “time delay” functionality but I cannot see the custom property. Please helppp :)

Zapier not providing email consent

Hi, I’m using Zapier with the Python script as detailed in this Klaviyo support article, How to send consent to Klaviyo via ZapierI am successfully getting SMS consent, but no email consent. Here are some screenshots to help: Data directly from my website shows email consent coming through correctly: Then it comes into Zapier like this But the Profile in klaviyo does not get email consent, only SMS. Here is a screenshot of the Python script in Zapier

Incomplete View Product data

Hi,Do you know why when Klaviyo is tracking a views product some of the product properties are showing as None? The integration is with Shopify.For example when looking on the activity feed if someone has views a product it will show as followsBrand: NoneCategories: “empty”ImageURL: no-imageName: NoneProductID: NoneThis of course is affecting my browse abandonment flow and sending my customers empty emails with no product images or name of the product.Many thanks for your helpGus

How to adjust Klaviyo's add to cart event code to work with Shopify discount apps?

Hi all!I’ve been trying to work out what I need to do to get my discount figures into Klaviyo from my cart. The code I have implemented is the Snippet 1: For buttons without redirects, and while this does pull through other variables fine, it does not pull through any discount amounts. I assume this is because we are using an app called Stackable Discounts which seems to add any discounts via js after the cart loads.I’m not sure what solution here would allow us to get the discount value from Stackable through to Klaviyo. Any advice would be much appreciated.
