Hello, Ive been using klayvio just fine for some time now. However in the past couple of weeks we’ve been getting strange emails from customers and basically its because the flow triggers arent working in klayvio due to our periodic sync not working. Ive contacted support and they inform me that it is a 500 server error and its likely due to woocommerce not being set up proplerly? Seeing as I am the one who manages woocommerce can someone please help me with this issue as it has been working fine for months. could it be due to the new wordpress update? I have made sure plugins are up-to-date and I have deleted them and re-integrated and re synced old data but I still seem to be getting this error. I have also put in a request to my server host to add what support suggested. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated as the support guy couldnt really give me anything to work on except for essentuially ask someone else!
Hi there, I am trying to install Klaviyo on WooCommerce. I have installed the app and trying to connect accounts. When I go to connect accounts, it displays a 404 error page. We are trying to create kalviyo integration with our shopify app -https://apps.shopify.com/giftkartI believe we need to do two things for that 1. create matric 2. create event corresponds to that matricBut in your api documentation only get apis are there, there is no create api for matric https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/api-overviewplease help us with right documentation
Hi. I’d like to bring in a field from customer order data (event) into Klaviyo as I would like to use this data in flows:Situation:For a Woocommerce subscription product - the _delivery_date is generated automatically based on the customer post code & order date. When the subscription is renewed, the delivery date changes to the upcoming delivery date.Objective: I would like to use this event to trigger a flow to send an email on the Monday before delivery - “reminding people to make any changes before delivery” & on the delivery date to send a “Your order is coming today - don’t forget to put your boxes out for collection”.How do I bring this field from Woocommerce into Klaviyo so I can do this? (Oh and would these flows be considered transactional?)
Hi guys, I’m wondering how to feature a variant on the “Products” block in an email. I went over the instructions on https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000219092-How-to-Insert-a-Product-Block It says: By default, product images and buttons are automatically linked to the product's page in your store. Klaviyo will pull in the primary image of a product, so it's not possible to use a variant image instead. If you'd like, however, you can click a link to choose a custom destination URL. This can be useful if you would like to feature a single product from a collection. Then use the image and call-to-action (CTA) button to drive the recipient to this collection's page in your store (vs. a single product page). I tried it out and the product image and the name still remain the primary product’s name and image. Is there a way to approach it differently? Or is the only way to feature a variant to do it manually? To add images and buttons separately?I appreciate your advice!
Hello! I am having some trouble with the Back In Stock notification. The link on the product page just comes up as a crappy hyperlink text. I can’t work out how to make ti a button or at least format it so it fits with the rest of the page? It’s working and I’ve been able to format the popup contents that come up after you push it but not the link itself. Screenshot of the code and the page below. I am on the free Shopify theme called Taste. Thank you for any help! (I asked for some assistance in the Shopify help forum and they gave me some code to put in base.css and it didn’t work).
How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?
Hey there! i have the same exact issue as this post: Basically the last sync was 15 days ago, and its only showing ‘started checkout’ events, which i guess are browser based. In the link above your team helped to fix the issue, can you please help fix the issue as well with my website?
I have orders being shipped in shipstation that are from a fulfillment center. They show up under the “fulfillments” tab instead of shipments. These shipped orders are not being sent to Klaviyo. All of my other orders that are under the shipments tab are sending as normal. What am I missing here? Is this a Klaviyo issue or a ship station issue?

I’m curious what others do to keep things tidy for use in Klaviyo. Since there isn’t a way to create folders etc, how are you organizing your assets? We use a rather large amount of new assets each week and I’m concerned I’m going to lose things. I’m in the process of migrating from another ESP with folders I can organize. TIA!
Hey everyone, First time using Woocommerce with Klaviyo and I’m either not seeing the wood for the trees or there’s a tech problem I’ve overlooked…. I’m trying to set up a Post Purchase flow (with order confirmation) flow Attempting to add the correct code to ensure all the dynamic variables (product name, quantity, price, order total, etc) are in place to grab the info from the customer orders so the table is populated for each individual customer in the order confirmation email… I’ve tried several different combinations from the preview screen variable list, but the code I copy and paste is slightly ‘off’ and therefore not displaying correctly in the preview email. Apology if you’ve covered this before, any help greatly appreciated :) J
Hello Klaviyo Team!We are a small e-commerce business that mainly works on Shopify and Klaviyo. We recently integrated with Zoho CRM, and since we have sent email campaigns to new emails in Klaviyo, had new leads in Klaviyo, and new users make purchases through Shopify, however, no new information has been received in the CRM.Klaviyo says it has been successfully integrated, but we are unsure if we are missing something in the configuration that prevents new data from coming in. We would like to create a product feed / data feed, with products that have to include multiple categories. We can already create a feed, where one of the categories must be set (logical OR) through `Limit to specific categories`. As an example, we would like to create a feed with all consoles, games and accessories in our `Nintendo Wii`, `Nintendo Gamecube` and `Gameboy` and Category. As of now we have to set:Nintendo Wii - Games Nintendo Wii - Consoles Nintendo Wii - Accessories Nintendo Gamecube - Games Nintendo Gamecube - Consoles Nintendo Gamecube - Accessories Gameboy - Games Gameboy - Consoles Gameboy - AccessoriesIf we could `AND` categories like in Flows, this would shorten the list dramatically:Categories Games Consoles Accessories AND Nintendo Wii Nintendo Gamecube Gameboy We are planning to use 30-50 Categories in combination with 5 or more general Categories, so at the moment we would have to set 150-250 entries.
