Hi - experiancing an issue where no matter how I set up our Product Feed it always displays just one combination of our product which has different variants. For example, we sell Body Wash and on the PDP there are different scents and sizes you can choose. Klaviyo only ever displays the product name: Body Wash, the price of our most expensive variant, and the image of a different size and scent. I want to be able to do dynamic recommendations based off scent, so that if someone purchased Sandalwood Body Wash Klaviyo recommends Sandalwood Shampoo, Deo and Hair Paste. Is there a way to just upload a custom data feed with our variants more broken out?
Hi, We integrated Klaviyo to our ManyChat account, and we want to have a double opt-in confirmation for the users giving their emails or wanted to be on our subscriber’s list. Is it possible to send a confirmation for their subscription once the emails are already transferred to Klaviyo Lists without going through the signup form? Is Klaviyo double opt-in only possible for signup forms or are there any other ways to use Klaviyo double opt-in option? Looking forward to hearing from you. Many thanks, Jen
When a client begins the checkout process in our WooCommerce site, Klaviyo picks ups the event as “Started Checkout”, but it doesn’t recognize when the order is placed. Even after the checkout process ends and we receive an email from WooCommerce letting us know that there’s a new order, Klaviyo still shows it as “Started Checkout” and not as “Placed Order”.What could be causing this? The products we sell are each custom made, so we don’t charge our clients upfront. Is the fact that our clients are not paying during their checkout process, causing Klaviyo to keep it as “Started Checkout” and not as “Placed Order”? What is the trigger that Klaviyo picks up to turn “Started Checkout” into “Placed Order” with WooCommerce? Even when I change the status of the order on WooCommerce from “Processing” to “Completed”, Klaviyo keeps showing the event as “Started Checkout” instead of “Placed Order”. Thanks!
Hi. I’d like to bring in a field from customer order data (event) into Klaviyo as I would like to use this data in flows:Situation:For a Woocommerce subscription product - the _delivery_date is generated automatically based on the customer post code & order date. When the subscription is renewed, the delivery date changes to the upcoming delivery date. Objective: I would like to use this event to trigger a flow to send an email on the Monday before delivery - “reminding people to make any changes before delivery” & on the delivery date to send a “Your order is coming today - don’t forget to put your boxes out for collection”.How do I bring this field from Woocommerce into Klaviyo so I can do this? (Oh and would these flows be considered transactional?)
Hi! I recently finished integrating my ecommerce (custom code, no vendor) with Klaviyo.Imagine you’re a first time visitor, the events that will be logged are the following, in order:Active on site Viewed product Added to cart Started checkout Identify (email) Identify (first name, last name) Placed order (server side) Ordered product (server side)So, when testing, I realized that events prior to the Identify calls will not be retroactively recognized when the customer finally inputs his email. This means most of the events I’m interested in will not be registered for first time visitors. Example: I’ll have a person’s email, but the Started Checkout event will not be registered, which is arguably the most important event in ecommerces, because it happened prior to the Identify call,I could log Started Checkout after the user submits his email (and /identify has been successfully called). Although it is not the logical order of events happening, that would not matter as customers that do
Hi guys, I’m wondering how to feature a variant on the “Products” block in an email. I went over the instructions on https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000219092-How-to-Insert-a-Product-Block It says: By default, product images and buttons are automatically linked to the product's page in your store. Klaviyo will pull in the primary image of a product, so it's not possible to use a variant image instead. If you'd like, however, you can click a link to choose a custom destination URL. This can be useful if you would like to feature a single product from a collection. Then use the image and call-to-action (CTA) button to drive the recipient to this collection's page in your store (vs. a single product page). I tried it out and the product image and the name still remain the primary product’s name and image. Is there a way to approach it differently? Or is the only way to feature a variant to do it manually? To add images and buttons separately?I appreciate your advice!
WooCommerce error message: "Unable to access the orders API, please check connection settings and try again."
Hi! I’m getting this error when i try to Connect to WooCommerce from Klaviyo Integrations:Unable to access the orders API, please check connection settings and try again. If I generate a new pair of keys and select Legacy API, it connects, but I want to use the new API so it can sync periodically. The site is behind Cloudflare. I tried to set a firewall rule to allow Klaviyo user agent but no luck.I would like to know what may be causing this. Thank you,
Hi, We’re having issues and have found that Magento 2 started checkout trigger is not syncing with Klaviyo. See below information:Klaviyo don't seem to be calling our API We replicated their API call and had no issues First arose around 1st April. 7th April it started syncing again. 11th April the sync stops. Other Magento 2 triggers seem to be syncing every hour as normal. We’re not sure if this is a widespread issue and/or steps we can take to solve asap. Thanks,

Hey Friends,We want to bring our transactional emails (WooCommerce) into the Klaviyo fold. Seems like a good idea for a number of reasons including brand integrity, control over messaging/language, tracking customer data, etc. And although Klaviyo Support confirms it’s doable, I wonder if other WooCommerce peeps are doing it...if it’s common practice. If you’re on WooCommerce and are sending your transactional emails through Klaviyo...how’s it working out?If you’ve considered this switch but opted not to make it...Why not? Thanks! Mike

My forms right now collect abandoned entries and data but, I do not have any ability to send these abandoned entries to a specific list in Klaviyo.Does anyone have any knowledge that may be able to help me build this script to send these abandoned entry emails to my Klaviyo account and into a specified list?Thank you.

We create a Pop Up Box to collect emails to be added to our Newsletter list and receive our Welcome Flow emails. I can see that the Pop Up Box is collecting emails - we have had 3 subscirbe, but I can’t find where those emails have been stored - our newsletter list isn’t being updated with these emails. I also get this message when I am installing Code Snippets for my sign up form:Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site. Please view the installation documentation. Please can someone help with this?

Hi there, Since we started using Klaviyo we have noticed that the ability for site visitorsto right click on an image on our site has been disabled. Is there a setting in Klaviyo to enable this agin please?EpicDraws.com
According to the Klaviyo Help Center, a user is only cookied if 1) they fill out a sign up form and 2) if they click on a link in a Klaviyo generated email. We have a large number of customers who are active in our Klaviyo database, but they will frequently clear their browser cache and NOT click links in our emails. Given this situation, we cannot track their activity (view product, add to cart, checkout, etc.) on our website. Is there any workaround for this? Any other way to track/cookie an existing Klaviyo user without asking them to click links in our emails?Mark
Hi there,I’ve integrated the Back in Stock Snippet following the documentation (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-Shopify) and it works like a charm (very easy, thanks ;) ) :https://aboutcompanions.com/collections/all/products/kaspar-longsleeve-polo-melange-sand-linen?variant=42060861767894BUT: We’re using the App Langify in our Shopify store for the second language (German) and switching language means that the ISO code “/de/” is put into the URL for all translated pages. Unfortunately in this setting this creates a problem, the Console log returns “deny” and the Back in Stock button does not show:https://aboutcompanions.com/de/collections/all/products/kaspar-longsleeve-polo-melange-sand-linen?variant=42060861767894I couldn’t find anything in the Forum so far, any hint and help is greatly appreciated!ThanksStephan
Hi, I’m trying to add the Viewed Product tracking to my Shopify theme but it doesn’t seem to be working. The ‘Active on Site’ works but there is no data in the ‘Viewed Product’. I have a Shopify 2.0 theme and have copied the product tracking snippet into the Custom Liquid section of my default product page plus all of my custom product pages as per the installation instructions. Is there anything else I need to do?Thanks.
Hi everyone, i have a quick question. I’m having problem with integration recharge V2 with Klaviyo. Unfortunately, the V1 that was installed and working properly has been removed. The main issues is that the integration on Recharge say it is connected, but on klaviyo, it says go to the recharge admin to finish the integration. And all the metrics are no longer showing any data received (Started subscription, cancelled subscription etc).Screenshot for RechargeKlaviyo screenshotKindly advise on what could be done. Attached are the screenshot for your reference. Thanks
Hello, Do you know if an integration beetween Square and Klaviyo is planned ?This would be very useful for pushing information about point-of-sale and eshop customers, for example. It would then be possible to merge the metrics (physical and online) to get global predictive analysis. Thanks 😊
