I’m using Typeform to create a “which product is right for you” quiz. I would like to create segmented flows based on the results. When I look at the data returned on the customer profile page, I see all of the questions asked within the quiz, but the final ending/result is not there. The ending is designed to determine someone’s affinity for a type of product: it I’m not able to import their result, it’s not simple to try creating segments out of multiple responses to the quiz. Please tell me there’s something I’m missing!
I am on a free account, testing out the Klaviyo platform, and I tried to set up a Zoho CRM integration on Friday. When I checked back in on it yesterday the status of the sync was still listed as “sync in progress”. I deleted that sync and tried again to sync yesterday but I am still running into the same issue. When I go in and click on the “update zoho settings” button I get a red notification that says “There was an unknown issue trying to connect”. I have 5 custom fields that I wanted to sync over to Klaviyo and I have confirmed that I have listed them out as they are labeled under the Zoho API. I don’t think list size is an issue because we only have a list of 102 leads in Zoho.Does anyone know why this integration won’t sync? Is it perhaps because I am on a free account? Or because the Zoho account is on a free trial? Is there somewhere I have to go under Zoho to grant access to Klaviyo (I looked under developer tools and don’t see any prompts under my zoho account)?
Hi, We use Klaviyo and Magento, everything is good, but clients when they sign up to a newsletter or place an order Klaviyo and Magento only sync every 30 minutes.. this is a very long time for people to have to wait, especially to receive transactional emails. as per this page; https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005253208-How-Often-Integrations-Sync most integrations sync in Realtime, except some obscure platforms. Magento is still one of the largest platforms. Im not asking to necessarily make the sync’s real time, but at least every 5 minutes. You could also have different sync times for catalogs (longer) and transactional (faster) Any ideas? or is this something we need to put to Klaviyo to implement?
I am a software engineer that represents a company which, in short, collects emails on behalf of a business. That business wants the collected emails sent to their own Klaviyo account (via api, on demand as we receive them). Any documentation or message board threads only speak to sending to your own Klaviyo account. So I have a couple of questions…Is there a way to send emails to a Klaviyo account that you do not own via API? If so, is there documentation available? What is a Klaviyo Partner? Is this the direction I should be heading? Is this an app I would develop that any brand could install, which would then give me access to their account to send the emails to? Followup to 3… how would we become a Klaviyo Partner?
I’m trying to create dynamic thank you pages using Klaviyo, to thank customers who bought products off an OpenCart store. OpenCart store version: Version 126.96.36.199 I used this extension to integrate OpenCart to Klaviyo: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=38017 All works well, BUT – the ORDER ID doesn’t seem to be sent over to Klaviyo, and I’m unable to find a event merge tag for it: Am I missing something here – or is there something custom that I’ve to do? Appreciate any direction or help.
Hi, We integrated Klaviyo to our ManyChat account, and we want to have a double opt-in confirmation for the users giving their emails or wanted to be on our subscriber’s list. Is it possible to send a confirmation for their subscription once the emails are already transferred to Klaviyo Lists without going through the signup form? Is Klaviyo double opt-in only possible for signup forms or are there any other ways to use Klaviyo double opt-in option? Looking forward to hearing from you. Many thanks, Jen
Let’s say I track product and category views, add to cart etc before the user has been identified. The user then goes to checkout - where we will do an identification after she provides her email. When we look in the profile in Klaviyo, there are only activities logged after the identification. The previous activities are “lost”. Is this by design?
Hi folks, scratching my head regarding integration with ReCharge. Hopefully there is sufficient context in here that people can point out what step I may have missed or done incorrectly. In support docs/instructions, it states that I need to integrate/connect with Klaviyo from Recharge first:This is done and API key accepted. Nothing shows up in Klaviyo however, and any backfill or sync doesn’t seem to do anything. When I go to see if I can enable the integration from Klaviyo side I get this:Now, this is a very new Klaviyo workspace and I am learning as I go so is it possible that there could be a background setting that needs enabling before this all works?Admin tells me my “Shopify store is connected” in green, however any Shopify sync in integrations seems to be permanently pending (it has stayed like this throughout)Is it the case that Recharge can’t work without the above singing along, or is it (as I suspect) that some background account setting needs to be changed.Hopefully this
Hello! I’m currently building my website and it’s my first time using Klaviyo with Elementor Pro.Website: Film CerealI’m using Woo Commerce and Elementor Pro as my theme builder. I chose this because it said it has seamless integration with Klaviyo. I’d like to use Elementor Forms to design my popups and newsletter signup forms because Klaviyo has very limited customization for non-developers (i don’t code). I followed a tutorial by Thong Nguyen and used his plugin Include Klaviyo for Elementor.I followed his steps but when I tested, it wasn’t working. It says that the “submission” has been made but the confirmation email never arrives and nothing is added to the list.Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hello,I have an online store created in prestashop (Version 188.8.131.52). The server works with Plesk in its latest version with Php 7.3.I have installed the free Klaviyo module and I have configured it following the manual. Everything worked correctly until I got to the API integration. When I integrate Klaviyo with Prestashop, I add the address of the online store, the Prestashop Webservice API and permissions are correct.I click on "Click here to retrieve the list of shops" but I get the following error: Please make sure your webservice key has permissions to the 'klaviyo' resource.I have tried with another server but the problem persists, could you please advise me?Thanks
Hi, I recently setup Klaviyo with Shopify and realized that no product is showing in “you might also like” section populated by shop_popular_feed (I did not create other feed yet). I’ve read in the forum that it might be due to inventory being managed by third party app which is my case (printful). But how can we change this setting so the feed can work? Also in the the abandoned cart flow, often products aren’t showing up (see screenshot attached). Is it because the viewer did not accept cookie or blocks them? Thanks for your light because an email sent with no information in it (product recently viewed or you may also like) is irrelevant and bad for reputation i guess..Best regards,
The Back in Stock implementation for Shopify (described here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-Shopify) doesn’t provide us with the level of customization that we would like to have. As such we are looking at implementing a custom Back in Stock form either via a legacy form method (similar to https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005249588-How-to-Add-and-Customize-a-Legacy-Embedded-Signup-Form) or via a custom form and API request in the frontend (in JS).This developer documentation for the API https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006565332-Back-in-Stock-for-Mobile-App-Developers while not explicitly stated I believe is only for server side API calls as CORS blocks POST requests via JS.Can anyone point me in the right direction here - add a user to back in stock list for a product via a custom form on the frontend, without need for server-side api calls. (or if there is no right direction - let me know!)Many thank
I would like to have a custom property that has a subscribers # of orders through our Woocommerce store. So when a customer completes an order it would update that property by one each time. The final goal is to use this property value for blocks in my email templates. Depending on the number of orders a different offer would be shown.I’m trying to use zapier to set this up but run into a problem with the required “subscriber” data field.
We’re trying to Sync Magento 2 With Klaviyo, - We’ve done everything correctly. - However we can’t even figure out exactly what the error is as all we’re prompted with is the message below. Your Magento 2 integration's periodic sync has failed.Klaviyo is receiving server errors from Magento 2.Please check Magento 2 and update your settings to re-enable sync. If you have any questions, please contact our Success Team.

Hello all,Over 12 months ago I started looking at Klaviyo and trying to work out how to integrate it with my Clickfunnels funnel.I got so confused with it and support was unable to assist me so, in the end I just left it. The thing is though, it looks a phenomenal platform so, here I am trying again.I'm hoping there will be someone on this forum familiar with Clickfunnels and able to assist me with the integration, I'm willing to pay for help if needed.I have been looking at this page: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005082927-Integrate-a-Custom-Ecommerce-Cart-or-Platform which has all the info I need to capture but, like I mentioned above I’m unsure what to do with it.Looking forward to a Christmas miracle.Kindest regardsAndy Haycock
I am trying to integrate klaviyo with my woocommerce store in 2 ways. but all are not connected.1. connect using setup wizard, get the message "Unable to test API by fetching order count"2. Connect using Rest AIP: get the message "something is amiss, we 're on it" I have researched but do not have any document to mention this, please help me.
Hi there,I am using Recharge´s new Quick Actions with a Klaviyo flow that notifies customers about an upcoming subscription. I am now trying to add the product items (title + variant title) that are scheduled in the upcoming order, so the customer actually sees the products where he can apply the quick actions to. What is the correct way to display those products from the event in the email? Tried this one, but didn't work. Thanks for your help!
Hello, I have never had this much trouble getting forms to work. I have used other providers in the past and got it working pretty fast. I am using Colibri Pro (theme) for WordPress. I only want the forms to show on specific blog posts. Couple questions: The Code Snippet I was able to place this on my homepage. But I can’t (or don’t know) how to place this on other pages. For example when I go to my Blog Pages I don’t get the same interface where I can place code. (it tells me this is where Latest Posts are posted). But maybe the code snippet only needs to be in the homepage? The Embed CodeI have tried to place this in a number of ways and nothing has worked. Latest attempt was as a custom field using a short code. Any help appreciated.
Hi 👋 I have used Klaviyo for about one year and it’s been super smooth! But today I received a message saying that the WooCommerce synch had stopped working. I’ve not made any changes at all to the website and cannot seem to fix the issue (tried this and this without success). It is forcing me to turn off a lot of flows (abandoned cart, welcome, browse abandonment) because they trigger or filter based on purchases made. It’s causing some stress 🤦♂️ Any suggestions on how to get this fixed and has anyone experienced the same? Thank you for a wonderful community!- Rob
