What are the best Shopify themes that are fully supported by Klaviyo (Back in stock, Added to cart metrics)
Hello all,We are in the midst of looking to have a site redesign for our Shopify store and with that, we are wanting to with a different theme that will fully support Klaviyo features such as the Back in stock and Added to cart metrics. Our current theme, Streamline, requires us to contact a theme developer in order to have these installed on our store and even then, some features are unable to be integrated to our store. We ideally want a theme that can and will support all Klaviyo flows and metrics as well as being simple to install ourselves.We’d love to hear what you guys think are the best themes and why.Thanks.

WooCommerce + Transactional Emails via Klaviyo: Who's doing it? Is it working?
Hey Friends,We want to bring our transactional emails (WooCommerce) into the Klaviyo fold. Seems like a good idea for a number of reasons including brand integrity, control over messaging/language, tracking customer data, etc. And although Klaviyo Support confirms it’s doable, I wonder if other WooCommerce peeps are doing it...if it’s common practice. If you’re on WooCommerce and are sending your transactional emails through Klaviyo...how’s it working out?If you’ve considered this switch but opted not to make it...Why not? Thanks! Mike
Can't Integrate Typeform
I am trying to connect my typeform quiz to klaviyo. I click integrate, then select “Advanced Options” then “only sync specific forms” i copy and past the form id as show in the how to guide. “OvXTX6fP” and select “connect to typeform”. It brings me to the page ive screen shot below. Ive tried checking typeform status but everything is good. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
WooCommerce customers are not added to list anymore
Hi there,I have created a List in Klaviyo and used that Lists ID to specify in the WooCommerce plugin where my new customers should be subscribed to. For some reason this stopped working; metrics are still collected without problems, the customers are just not added to the list….Settings:Enable Klaviyo signup forms: checkedDisable configuration warning: uncheckedSubscribe contacts to email marketing: unchecked (don’t want a checkbox)Subscribe contacts to SMS marketing: uncheckedWhat could be the reason this stopped working?Cheers,Cees

Facebook Integration - Huge Audience Match Gap for Segment CSV
Created a segment in klaviyo that’s around 70,000 emails/names/addresses and sync’d with FB via the integrations and created a new audience. FB audience mgr says that the audience is Less than 1000 AFTER Matching. I know there is definitely an issue hashing because this 70,000 segment contains ~15,000 email/names/address from another segment that resulted in a match of ~11,000.I’ve tried deleting the sync on both sides (K & FB) and re-doing and got same result.Just downloaded CSV of same 70,000 and giving a run at uploading it to FB to see if same occurs. FB Audience Mgr says that it’s still populating but has already turned up 50,000 profiles. Any ideas as to why the integration isn’t netting the same results as uploading the CSV? For this particular segment, it’s not so important that it’s dynamic (adds/drops) but definitely has me wondering about other custom audiences in FB via syncs….
Zapier Double Optin Issue
Hey There, I have a question regarding the single/double optin option when using Zapier. I am trying to create an email list with purchasers of a product.My email list is set up as a Single Opt-In list, but Zapier recognizes the list as a double opt-in list and sends a confirmation email to the subscriber before adding them to the list.I have found that this is an issue for some Zaps pushing information to Klaviyo, but not for others, even if they are referring to the exact same list within Klaviyo.Has anyone else had this issue or know of a good solution to this?

Following the instruction to install the extension for magento 2.4.3 I came across an error when activating the integration. Once click integrate Magento 2 on the popup window, I was told the error message below. I double checked the API details are correct, and also the firewall Sucuri is not blocking Klaviyo. Shopify Klaviyo integration Privacy issue
I have installed Klaviyo as an app in my shopify store. Due to various privacy legislations including GDPR I have integrated a cookie management banner. This software blocks all advertising tracking scripts such as Facebook & Google. By going through Inspect in Chrome, I can see that the advertising scripts are blocked. Klaviyo, however is running.These tools rely on the Shopify Customer Privacy API and it seems as if Klaviyo does not utilise this. In many countries including Germany, France, Italy and the UK, scripts may not run until consent is given. Has anyone stumbled upon this issue and is there a way to solve it without using Google-Tag manager (which then disables several Klaviyo tracking features).

Anyone used Wunderkind for abandonment emails?
Hi, We are exploring Wunderkind to increase our abandonment revenue. Has anyone here used it (or something similar) and would you recommend it? They also offer enhanced data capture opportunities although not sure whether we would use this feature as much as we get pretty good rates with our Klaviyo pop ups.Thank you
Best practice for Mailchimp sync in multi-store scenario
Hello, We wanted to migrate from Mailchimp to Klaviyo using https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005254948We have a single MC account with a single Audience. However, we will have 3 separate Shopify stores (instead of multi-currency) so we will need three Klaviyo accounts. What would be the best practice when using this integration?I can think of dividing the Mailchimp Audience into three Audiences (as best as possible since some subscribers non-purchasers may not fall in the right bucket). Then run sequentially the Mailchimp integration across the three Klaviyo accounts, using for each one a specific Audience. Alternatively, we could import all the data into each Klaviyo account, then delete the users but I guess that’s way more dangerous :) Many thanks for your thoughts!Sergio

Hey guys I’m trying to add the the legacy form and I added some code and changes to the present wordpress form but it seems like api is working it does reads the class with list id and sends detials to klaviyo but then i cannot add customers to wordpress, any idea how can i do it?
Recharge and Klaviyo integration - what am I missing
Hi folks, scratching my head regarding integration with ReCharge. Hopefully there is sufficient context in here that people can point out what step I may have missed or done incorrectly.In support docs/instructions, it states that I need to integrate/connect with Klaviyo from Recharge first:This is done and API key accepted. Nothing shows up in Klaviyo however, and any backfill or sync doesn’t seem to do anything.When I go to see if I can enable the integration from Klaviyo side I get this:Now, this is a very new Klaviyo workspace and I am learning as I go so is it possible that there could be a background setting that needs enabling before this all works?Admin tells me my “Shopify store is connected” in green, however any Shopify sync in integrations seems to be permanently pending (it has stayed like this throughout)Is it the case that Recharge can’t work without the above singing along, or is it (as I suspect) that some background account setting needs to be changed.Hopefully this

I am developing an e-commerce business on a Shopify platform. We haven’t set up our Klaviyo to Shopify integration and I’ve never used Klaviyo before.I’m trying to determine if I need a dedicated CRM to manage all of our customer data or if Klaviyo will meet my needs.
