Handling multilingual catalog items through the Catalog API
We have English and French profiles (their language preference is stored as a property) and would like to start utilizing dynamic product feeds and recommendations. What is the recommended way of setting up a Custom Catalog using the Catalogs API so we are able to send emails containing dynamic product blocks in the recipients preferred language? Should we be utilizing “custom metatdata” to store translations, urls, etc? Or should we be creating a Catalog Item in each language for each product? If the latter, how should we be handling the uniqueness constraint on the Catalog Item “id”?
Re-Authenticate Facebook Integration
Hello! I have a question about the Re-Authentication with Facebook Integration. Since our credentials have expired I know we must continue with the Re-Authentication by login in again into the Facebook account tied to the Facebook business account needed.My question is, will it be necessary to complete all the steps as if it was the first time making the integration? Selecting a Klaviyo List and then a Facebook Lead Ad … or will I be able to skip those steps since the integration was already enabled? I hope you can help me, thanks!
Integrate Klaviyo - What about the shopify notifications?
Hello all,I am in the process of setting up my Shopify store. The next tasks were to set up invoices, order confirmations, discount codes and so on. That's when I came across this app. After some recommendations and Youtube videos, I decided to try the free plan.Before I start creating flows, etc, I wanted to check with you guys if Shopify notifications are automatically disabled once you use a third-party app. I don't want my customers to receive a mail from shopify and Klaviyo later.Can I make such a setting even with the free plan? If not, I'll stick with Shopify for now and see how it goes.Thank you in advance.
Shopify Integration Partial Fulfillment
I am unable to create flow for partial fullfillment through Shopify integration. I get a message that states “While your Shopify store is integrated with Klaviyo, we are not currently receiving any Fulfilled Order data.” How do I ensure the data is received? I’m not seeing the option anywhere.

Hei guys another little helpIs it possible to add into an email text the “Custom Event Properties” of a certain event? Example: A patient is signing up for a doctor appointment the date 23/02 at the time slot 3:00 pm.Now, throughout Zapier I m sending the event called “appointment” with: - Customer Event Property date: 23/02- Customer Event Property slot time: 3:00 pm Is it possible to use this properties in order to inform the patient directly in the text of an email?
Spree integration - where to find cart token?
Hello, we are running a spree commerce site. We are using the official integration at https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255448-How-to-Integrate-with-Spree.Everything works great, except the “Return to your cart” link. Spree requires a token to rebuild the cart, but we could find that variable anywhere. Without the token, cart will be empty, which makes the flow useless.Can anyone please let me know if that variable exists in current Spree integration or not? If yes, where could i find it?Thank you

WooCommerce Products Variants not assigned
Unfortunately there seems to be a huge bug in the woocommerce product feed. All products are imported, variable and childs, but the product variants are not assigned to its variable parent products.Therefore we cannot use the dynamic product block as it gives us the product name with the size, which is completely irrelevant to some users. Nobody wants to see a size in the name that doesn’t fit him. Please let us know how we can solve this.
Setup double opt-in when sign-up to list triggered through Typeform
Hi, I’ve setup a sign-up form in Typeform and integrated it in Klaviyo. To this end, I’ve set the Typeform integration settings in Klaviyo to subscribe people who fill out a specific Typeform Form ID to a specific Klaviyo list.However, after filling out the form on Typeform, the default double opt-in process is not triggered. Instead, they are directly added to the Klaviyo list without confirming the subscription.What do I need to do in order to setup the double opt-in process?Any tips are much appreciated!
Shipstation not sending "fulfilled" orders to klaviyo
I have orders being shipped in shipstation that are from a fulfillment center. They show up under the “fulfillments” tab instead of shipments. These shipped orders are not being sent to Klaviyo. All of my other orders that are under the shipments tab are sending as normal. What am I missing here? Is this a Klaviyo issue or a ship station issue?
Prestashop Integration with Klaviyo does not work
Hello.Context: I am an email marketer, I use Klaviyo as a CRM and I have a new client who wants to send emails. As I use Klaviyo, I recommend they use it as well.Problem: They have a Prestashop account and we're having lots of issues connecting the Prestashop account with the Klaviyo account. Even my client's programmer is not able to fix the problem. We did all we can. Followed your Integration guide step by step. Used the blog to see if we could find a similar problem (nop). And now my client wants to cancel their Klaviyo subscription and move to another CRM because we just can't connect...What can we do? Need quick help as you can guess... Thanks.
Hi,I have a few issues I hope someone could help me with. First, I updated the templates of my Thank you for your order flow, but for some reason the old email are still sending. Any idea why? Secondly, on the same email flow I was updating the tigger for only 3 collections, but when saving I get the error 403 and 404. I did a quick research on how to solved this, so I landed on this article but when trying to create a private API it says “Unable to create key. Thannk you for any help or support to point me in the right direction :)
