Added to Cart Trigger not working
Hello! I attended the Centralizing Customer Data with Klaviyo training yesterday. I’m trying to connect all my apps to Klaviyo and I believe that Paywhirl (my subscription app in Shopify) doesn’t integrate, but I see I can use Zapier to connect the two. However, I’m not exactly sure what I would want the trigger to be. My initial thought would be if I get a new subscriber that I would add them to a subscriber list and if they cancel to a former subscriber list. However, it doesn’t allow Paywhirl triggers, only Klaviyo triggers. Any guidance on what to do here and how connecting would be helpful in this situation? Thank you! Migrating eCommerce platform Can we integrate before the new platform is live
We’re moving from Bigcommerce to Shopify. We use Klaviyo on Bigcommerce and plan to continue to use it on Shopify. I’ve read this the help article about integrating a new platform to Klaviyo.https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003124151-How-to-update-Klaviyo-after-switching-ecommerce-platformsThe article recommends waiting until all historical data is imported to the new platform to integrate Klaviyo. I get it BUT I don’t want to wait to start migrating flows, segments etc until after we’re live.So my question. Can I integrate Klaviyo now and then use the “Re-Import Historic Data” function to bring in customer and order information that wasn’t available in Shopify when we first integrated it with Klaviyo.(Our shopify site is about 90% complete and has order and customer data current as of about a month ago.) -Ken
Setting the Currency of a custom order update
We have a custom integration where orders are pushed into Klaviyo, we follow the Track request payload for Placed Order. The problem is that the orders are in either CAD or USD on our website (depending on customers location) but the JS update only allows for the value, not a currency parameter. Klaviyo is automatically assuming that all orders are USD which is inflating our revenue reported in Klaviyo. How do we tell klaviyo what currency the order is in?
Changed Shopify Primary Domain - Tracking seems off now
We switched the shopify primary domain couple days ago and while we see klaviyo activity and events, we’re down over 50% from before the switch. We’ve added the domain verification to the DNS of the new domain. Re-added the klaviyo connection in shopify. Is there anything else we need to do to get tracking fully operational with the new domain name?
Triggering email on specific custom day
Hei guys I d like you to help me on this. I m using an external no code platform from which I m taking data as Customer Property into Klavyio. My company is working on the telemedicine and I ask patient to book doctor appointments.My problem starts here, cause I want to send them 2 emails: 1) Booking confirmation: email that confirm the fact that the patient booked the visit2) Visit notification: email that will remember the user the same visit day that he/she have a visit I m not clearly understand how to do the second email. I tried to check on “time delay” functionality but I cannot see the custom property. Please helppp :)
Woocommerce feed only showing Started Cart ?
Hi, new to Klaviyo even though we have been setup for a year. Woocommerce integration appears to show customers and subscribers, however only “Started Checkout” events are being shown. We have no data on placed orders or any of the other events. Have tried looking for a solution, so any help is appreciated.ThanksRoss

Hi, I have migrated an account across to Klaviyo, everything is open and running and the customers are going into flows however when they preform actions such as purchase they are going into a mailchimp list and not straight into klaviyo. There no is sign up forms running on Mailchimp. I put two screenshots below so you can see.

How do I add 25% Danish sales tax in Klaviyo?
Hey - I am new with Klaviyo, we are ready to start sending emails except for one problem: Our woocommerce product feed dows not contain sales tax so I need to add 25% Danish sales tax automatically in Klaviyo. We do not want to update products manually with the sales tax each time we send an email and we do not want to chage all the prices in Woocommerce because other systems are reliant on the prices being without sales tax and will not work if we change that. What du I do to fix this problem?
Magento 2 data not seeing
We have a Magento 2 store that is synced with Klaviyo. Working perfectly with orders and synced up data. There is some data that is filled in at checkout (which we see in orders) and that information doesn’t seem to be showing in Klaviyo orders (or tags for later emails). Is there a way to choose what data is picked up in Klaviyo?
Why can't I create campaign with My Shopify Connector Flow?
Hello! Thanks in advance for the help. I am creating a Shopify Flow that will trigger Klaviyo to send an email to a specific list of customers when I turn a new product in a specific collection to active. This will allow me to alert customers who have previously purchased a product in a specific collection that a new product has been added to that collection. Here is my flow: I have input all of the correct information into the “Create a Campaign” action on the flow: API Key, List ID, Template ID, Sender Email Address, Sender Name, Subject, Campaign Name - I also enabled smart sending, just in case we add several products to the collection at a time - it won’t bombard customers with a bunch of the same email. When I turn the flow on, the “Checked if...” portion of my flow is successful, but this is the error message I receive regarding the Create a Campaign. All of the blacked-out information is correct. I appreciate the help! I would really love to see this flow work.
Integrated Shopify with Klaviyo and lost my campaigns, half my newsletter list, and flows - HELP
Hi, I originally was using Klyavio and had it synced with my Shopify store. I recently re-branded and changed my domain/email/etc. Suddenly Klaviyo asked me to sync up my accounts which I did. When I re synced everything to integrate suddenly my over 80+ email subscribers dropped to only 57, all my old campaigns are gone, my flows are also all gone, my saved email templates are gone. I’m devastated and do not know how to fix this or recover my original email subscribers or recover any of my flows, campaigns, and pretty much everything.Is there a way to un-sync or recover what I lost? Allowing customers to edit their order for upsells / shipping upgrades
Hi all,I run a small store that only sells a few products, everything is managed in a Google Sheet and I'm hoping there is a way I can streamline upsells and shipping upgrades without the need of manual emails back and forth with the customer.We sell one specific product that has a regular version and pro version, 80% of customers opt for the pro version (which is way better). I am hoping to email the customer post checkout IF the customer purchases the regular version via Klaviyo encouraging the customer to upgrade and to simply pay the upgrade fee (~$15). Another example of this is when a customer pays for standard shipping and then later wants to upgrade to express, it would be so much easier if I could send them a link (via Klaviyo, not via Shopify as I'm aware this is possible) and they could pay the difference and their existing order ID will be updated.tl:dr: Can I send a specific link to the customer automatically that will allow them to purchase an additional product that will
Custom back in stock missing product image
I’m implementing a custom back in stock flow via API and the flow seems to work properly. However I don’t get an image from the catalog when creating the email. When previewing the email I have these variables connected to the event The item is obviously found in the catalog, I don’t send the name in the API call. When checking the catalog this product have an image. The price is for some reason set to null in the feed so that is not an error :). Anyone with an idea on what can be the issue?
How to change from real-time to batch updates for WooCommerce Integration
How do I change the settings for the WooCommerce/Klaviyo integration so that data no longer syncs in real-time? The integration causes issues during times of high web traffic because of the sheer volume of data that gets sent when a user is active on the website / makes a purchase. We have been advised that Klaviyo offers the option of batch updates. Can anyone advise on how I can change this setting?
can't connect klaviyo to wordpress - 404 page after install - HELP
HeyI downloaded Klaviyo and installed it on the site (not the first time I do this) and for some reason when I try to click activate it leads me to page 404.What is being done to solve this? Klaviyo's support seems to be missing underground :(
Getting constantly error mesages
Hey currently I am facing some problems with my account (wellyessinfocentrum@gmail). If I want to update my settings I get the following message: We are unable to update your integration settings at this time. Please refresh or try again later.Also creating new flows and adding conditions or e-mails to flows does not work. E.g. if I want to add a new e-mail, it keeps loading without ever being added to the flow. Also if I want to turn on my workflow then I get the following message: Unable to update all action statuses. An error occurred, please try again. It seems like nothing doesn’t work anymore. Could you please look at it? It’s also a time sensitive case, since I want to launch my products as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and have a great day.
Klaviyo-Facebook integration erratic
Hi,First of all, this isn’t about authentication - we are able to add, enable and find all our segments and ads. But - for multiple of our accounts, but especially one, Leads don’t come into our Klaviyo. Account 1:Leads just didn’t come in for weeks until we recently realized the issue. No notification was given. Account 2:Leads only came in for one ad for a while, but when we then redid the integration, suddenly no leads came in. It is extremely erratic and nothing in setup is wrong. It just doesn’t import and sometimes only for one ad. Besides: why doesn’t the integration sync historical data?
