Web tracking script not logging activity

Hey!I am testing the Klaviyo web tracker on a site that requires a login. However, when I am logged in and adding the utm extension including the contact’s email in the URL it still doesn’t even log a “active on site” event.The script is triggered (and placed in the code as required, before the body end tag).Any suggestions as to why I am not getting any events logged?

Klaviyo to Zapier Email/SMS

We are trying to use Zapier to send specific information a user submits that gets added to a specific list in Klaviyo.  In Zapier if we use Klaviyo it only allows for Event triggers and not anything about the specific lists we have.  Is there a way to get users who get added to a specific Klaviyo list get “zapped” and have that data be sent?

Sync One WooCommerce Store to Two Klaviyo accounts?

Hi Everyone,I am part of a company that is currently offering D2C product sales via WooCommerce in multiple countries — but primarily the US and Australia (AU). For a number of reasons, including the fact that AU is sending email from a different domain (.com.au, while the US is .com), the two teams need different Klaviyo accounts. I’ve set this up and we now have a US Klaviyo instance and a AU instance (with shared billing and multi-account access).That’s all working well. Now here’s the problem: all D2C sales globally are currently running through the WooCommerce store in AU (we will later set up a US store that’s a different instance, likely on Shopify, but that’s months away). So every order from the US is going through the AU Woo store and being shipped here. However, the AU Klaviyo account is connected via integration to the Woo store already, so I cannot also integrate the US Klaviyo account — apparently it’s 1:1, not 1:many.  We’re running various promos from the US, and of cou

Klaviyo SSL Certificates download

Can someone provide me the location to download Klaviyo SSL Certificates which has all 3 components in it (Root, Intermediate and Server) to connect with Klaviyo through API Integration. FYI - I tried downloading from browser but it has only the Root component in it. Thanks,Karthik

I have spend countless hours trying to integrate, and customer support isnt helping me at all

I’m having a hard time integrating my woo commerce with my new klaviyo account. I have downloaded the plug in, clicked connect and when I click approve nothing happens. It remains on the application authorization screen and when It loads It loads the same screen. I have 1 log in to klaviyo with two businesses, the established business I integrated absolutely no problem, but for this one it's been a struggle. I have even created a completely separate account thinking maybe its cause It can't be using the same email,, nothing, Its very frustrating when I’ve reached out to support and have yet to hear back from them, If someone can please help me!! I left my other CRM for Klaviyo and right now, I’m starting to regret It...

Need Help With Treeapp Klaviyo Integration

Hello! I need some guidance with integrating TreeApp into my Klaviyo account and testing the flows.Here's what I've done so far:Connected TreeApp in the backend Created a flow with the "Placed Order" trigger Set up a webhook with the TreeApp key using this code: { "quantity": 1, "profile_id": "{{person.KlaviyoID}}" } Now, I have a few questions:Is this code correct for planting one tree per order using TreeApp? How can I test and send the TreeApp flows to see how they look? Do I need to design my own template for this? Are there any additional steps or configurations required in Klaviyo for a seamless integration?Your guidance would be greatly appreciated. If you have any resources or documentation that can assist me, please share them.Thanks in advance

CFML Assistance Requested

We are trying to integrate Klaviyo within a CFML (Lucee, ColdFusion) environment, but there is very little help in the documents for this language. Are there any other CFML developers using Klaviyo? Right now, I could just use a couple of examples, such as how to authenticate. The documents give you one line with no context surrounding it.  Is this in a POST?   Is this in a Javascript?    In any case, does anyone (CFML, JQuery, JavaScript) have a working example (with your credentials dummied up, of course) that you can share with me to get me started? Thank you!

Customizing "Notify Me When Available" text (Shopify/Blockshop)

Currently, the “Notify mMe When Available” text blends in too much with the rest of the text of the product page and is not very visible. I want to make the text bold and maybe make the font slightly bigger so it is easier to see/find. Confusion between API integration and pre-built integration

Hi there,We’ve integrated our Shopify store with Klaviyo and have also set up website tracking. We’re planning to add the “Viewed Product” and “Added to Cart” events sometime soon. We plan to set up a Welcome Series flow, Abandoned Cart flow, Browse Abandonment flow, and Post-Purchase flow.  My question is that, is the pre-built integration between Shopify and Klaviyo enough to set up these flows or do we need additional integration via API?

WooCommerce Products Variants not assigned

Unfortunately there seems to be a huge bug in the woocommerce product feed. All products are imported, variable and childs, but the product variants are not assigned to its variable parent products.Therefore we cannot use the dynamic product block as it gives us the product name with the size, which is completely irrelevant to some users. Nobody wants to see a size in the name that doesn’t fit him. Please let us know how we can solve this.

Is there an API endpoint for replacing a list of catalog Category relationships on an item?

Is there an API endpoint for replacing a list of catalog Category relationships on an item? From my reading of the API docs its looks like you have to build your own system for checking if your item is still in a catalog Category then delete it if its not. E.g. API call to get relationships, then API call to check if the relationships are still valid, then API call to delete the non relevent categories, then API call to update with Current relationships. It would be much simpler if you could just add a paramater to https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/update_catalog_item and https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/spawn_update_items_job that allows you to specify to“Replace” current catalog category relationships with the relationships in this API call. Am I reading the API docs correctly or is there a hidden way to do this?

Migrating from BigCommerce to Shopify

Hi folks,Later in the year we are moving from BigCommerce to Shopify. I’m aware of the doc here:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003124151… but I think I’m overthinking things. Migrating is essentially setting up a whole new Klaviyo account (with the same login credentials) correct? OR can I use the existing account, and turn off the BC integration and set up the Shopify one?Thanks!

Stripe API not passing customer names to Klaviyo?

It looks like when a customer who is NOT in Klaviyo previously purchases on Stripe, only their email is passed to Klaviyo but not their name. Can I change something to make Stripe pass the name as well?

Shipstation not sending "fulfilled" orders to klaviyo

I have orders being shipped in shipstation that are from a fulfillment center. They show up under the “fulfillments” tab instead of shipments. These shipped orders are not being sent to Klaviyo. All of my other orders that are under the shipments tab are sending as normal. What am I missing here? Is this a Klaviyo issue or a ship station issue?

Abandoned cart flow coding!

Spree integration - where to find cart token?

Hello, we are running a spree commerce site. We are using the official integration at https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255448-How-to-Integrate-with-Spree.Everything works great, except the “Return to your cart” link. Spree requires a token to rebuild the cart, but we could find that variable anywhere. Without the token, cart will be empty, which makes the flow useless.Can anyone please let me know if that variable exists in current Spree integration or not? If yes, where could i find it?Thank you
