Sync One WooCommerce Store to Two Klaviyo accounts?
Hi Everyone,I am part of a company that is currently offering D2C product sales via WooCommerce in multiple countries — but primarily the US and Australia (AU). For a number of reasons, including the fact that AU is sending email from a different domain (.com.au, while the US is .com), the two teams need different Klaviyo accounts. I’ve set this up and we now have a US Klaviyo instance and a AU instance (with shared billing and multi-account access).That’s all working well. Now here’s the problem: all D2C sales globally are currently running through the WooCommerce store in AU (we will later set up a US store that’s a different instance, likely on Shopify, but that’s months away). So every order from the US is going through the AU Woo store and being shipped here. However, the AU Klaviyo account is connected via integration to the Woo store already, so I cannot also integrate the US Klaviyo account — apparently it’s 1:1, not 1:many. Can you use api_key in header instead of querystring?
When using the REST API you are supposed to authenticate with the api_key parameter in the querystring. A lot of logging systems automatically store querystrings in their access-logs so this is security-wise considered bad practice.It would be better to also he able to authenticate by putting the api_key in the header. I have tried and it does not look like it is used if i only move the property to the header. Has anyone gotten this to work?
How to change formatting on 'back in stock' trigger link
Hi guys, I’m trying to change the link formatting for the ‘Notify me when available’ link in shopify. The current code looks like this, and I just want to change the font and colour of the link and put a border around it. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks :)
Zapier Active on Site
I am trying to add an “Active on Site” event using a webhook, zapier and Klaviyo. However the action in Klaviyo does not allow a time stamp value, in addition instead of adding it to the Active on Site metric, it creates a new metric as if I am creating a custom one.In addition the “Active on Site” count is not updated on the profile. However the Zapier action only allows you to select one of the following metrics: Active on Site Viewed Product

Email integrating is linking with my email account
I don’t know what is going on but can someone please help with this situation! This is what it is saying but for some strange reason my email won’t intergrate at all Before You SendAll new accounts go through an initial account verification check. For some accounts, this requires a manual review.To reduce the chance your account has to participate in the Manual Review, we recommend integrating Klaviyo with your ecommerce platform, as well as your previous email service provider (if applicable), prior to sending your first campaign.
Help removing Klaviyo "Back in Stock" - returning to standard Shopify settings
I tried to add Klaviyo's "Back in Stock" via these instructions How to Install Back in Stock for Shopify from Klaviyo, but it was so challenging to customize and make it work properly - that I now want to remove it completely and instead I'm planning to use the Back in Stock: Restock Alerts Shopify app by SureSwift Capital. I tried to remove the code that I added via the instructions How to Install Back in Stock for Shopify from Klaviyo, but the "Notify Me When Available" hyperlink on my out of stock product pages won't go away... [See screenshot below.] (I thought I backed up the theme before editing to add Klaviyo's "Back in Stock" but apparently not... Doh!) Can someone please help explain how to get things back to normal? That is, standard Shopify setup without Klaviyo's "Back in Stock". Thanks so much in advance!
Integration with Typeform
Is there a limit to the amount of surveys that can be linked with typeform? I am trying to segment based off survey answers and the question I am looking for isn’t coming up under properties. Is there something that I need to do to make sure it shows up there? I already have an integration set up and other survey questions are there, but for some reason the latest one that I am looking for isn’t showing up.
Product tracking help
Hi, I’m trying to add the Viewed Product tracking to my Shopify theme but it doesn’t seem to be working. The ‘Active on Site’ works but there is no data in the ‘Viewed Product’. I have a Shopify 2.0 theme and have copied the product tracking snippet into the Custom Liquid section of my default product page plus all of my custom product pages as per the installation instructions. Is there anything else I need to do?Thanks.

I integrated Klaviyo trhough Zapier to my Ecwid ecommerce website. How do I know that Klaviyo is fully integrated to my ecommerce webiste? How can I check that Klaviyo is completely integrated? Haw can I check that Klaviyo will know, for example, when a customer is browsing on a certain product? Thank you
Lead Ad will not synch firstname with Klaviyo List
Hi there,we have a small lead campaign running with an instant form connected to our klaviyo. It does sync the mailing address with our list but not the first names. Importing Wix data onto Klaviyo to integrate with Shopify
Hi guys, I currently have a Wix store with all of my customers on there, we do not currently use Klaviyo with Wix. We are switching over to Shopify and want to integrate our new Shopify store with Klaviyo. In order to get all of my Wix customer details onto Shopify and Klaviyo, I am wondering if there is a way to import Wix data onto my new Klaviyo account, that I can then integrate with Shopify, so that I have all of my Wix data on my new Shopify store with Klaviyo. I am unsure if the only solution to this would be to integrate with Wix first, and then switch over. If I were to integrate with Wix temporarily just to get the data, would this cause any issues?Thanks
delete sycned data magento
Hi,We have setup a Magento integration and synced the store with klaviyo but we didnt select the right store. How can we undo this and delete al synced data? We all ready deleted the integration but i am not sure that if we re-create the integration and select the right store to be synced, this will override all exciting data or just add new data on top of it.
New Woocommerce plug in - do we need to do anything?
I received an email instructing me to load the new woocommerce plug in. I have already got it loaded. will it update automatically or do I need to start again. The link the email took me to was to integrate woo with klaviyo but there is no mention of updating an existing plug in?Thanks
Question about integrations
Hi all, I am new to Klaviyo, but want to integrate both my CRM (Salesforce) and Magento to one to one Klaviyo account? Is this possible? I have reached out to support but am still waiting on a response. I looked in the support articles but it says that it can only support one type of integration per account. I am not entirely certain what that means. Can anyone assist? Thanks
