I received an email instructing me to load the new woocommerce plug in. I have already got it loaded. will it update automatically or do I need to start again. The link the email took me to was to integrate woo with klaviyo but there is no mention of updating an existing plug in?Thanks
I can see in your help topic “Configure your email template to collect user ratings” that the example has one question and then the user rating scale below rated 1-10. My question is - is it possible to have an email template with multiple questions and user scales for each? Or would I need something like Typeform for that?
I’m not sure what happened but my tracking isn’t working properly. It has been about 45-50 days since Klaviyo has tracked placed orders. I have updated Shopify integration, added codes manually, checked this forum with no avail. Please help me figure this out.

Hi there, I am trying to install Klaviyo on WooCommerce. I have installed the app and trying to connect accounts. When I go to connect accounts, it displays a 404 error page. I am getting a 404 page error when connecting woocommerce to klaviyo. I am going into the api. Selecting the option to connect as I have already set up the account. Entering user name and password, confirming the security code then getting a 404 error. Please help.
HiI have two websites, with one domain;example.comexample.com/us I have successfully connected Klaviyo to example.com and the sign-up form and Welcome series are working well. There is a double opt in.However, I cannot seem to connect Klaviyo to example.com/us. The plugin is installed but each time I connect it nothing happens. What am I missing please?The rep who did the demo said that I would only need one subscription because, although I have two websites, I only have one domain.I am on Woocommerce.Thank you so much.Bev

They have the latest versions of software both Klaviyo plugin and Woo.All items are in stock. Is there an option to “resync”?I don't seem to be able to find such option.Any suggestions? Klaviyo demo advised that I would need just one subscription for my two websites because they are on the same domain;UK – example.comUSA – example.com/usHowever, I can’t seem to connect Klaviyo to my US site. I have installed Klaviyo [automated email] on UK and US site. Klaviyo is now collecting data from a sign-up form on the UK site, and generates a Welcome email series, including a discount code to new subscribers. However, I can’t get it to do the same on the US site. I’m not sure where I’m going wrong.When I go into installed plugins on the US site, the store URL is showing as example.comI can’t edit it to example.com/us – if this is the reason why it’s not connecting? We switched the shopify primary domain couple days ago and while we see klaviyo activity and events, we’re down over 50% from before the switch. We’ve added the domain verification to the DNS of the new domain. Re-added the klaviyo connection in shopify. Is there anything else we need to do to get tracking fully operational with the new domain name?

Hi!We implemented push notifications in our iOS app and would like to enable deep linking. I understand that Klaviyo does not currently support deep linking for push notifications, but wonder if deep links can be achieved through workaround, homegrown ways? Hi, I have migrated an account across to Klaviyo, everything is open and running and the customers are going into flows however when they preform actions such as purchase they are going into a mailchimp list and not straight into klaviyo. There no is sign up forms running on Mailchimp. I put two screenshots below so you can see.
How do I change the settings for the WooCommerce/Klaviyo integration so that data no longer syncs in real-time? The integration causes issues during times of high web traffic because of the sheer volume of data that gets sent when a user is active on the website / makes a purchase. We have been advised that Klaviyo offers the option of batch updates. Can anyone advise on how I can change this setting?
How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?
Hi, My abandon cart emails are being sent to customers who have placed orders, customers who have set up subscription orders, and even to me when I tested adding something to the cart, never checking out, removing it from the cart within a minute or two.I checked my flow trigger and have several people in the queue who have placed orders who are showing as not having placed orders.It seems to be sending no matter what. How do I fix this? Thanks for your help.
