Hello, My woocommerce store is installed mydomain.com/shop, but when I use this URL in the WooCommerce Integrations Store URL, I get this error, “The Klaviyo extension is uninstalled or unavailable.”. However, if I just put the domain, mydomain.com, it finds it, and syncs the history to 75% and then fails. We are using the latest version of wordpress, hosted on siteground. I have disabled all caching and minify in attempts to troubleshoot. Any ideas?
I’m not sure what happened but my tracking isn’t working properly. It has been about 45-50 days since Klaviyo has tracked placed orders. I have updated Shopify integration, added codes manually, checked this forum with no avail. Please help me figure this out.
What are the best Shopify themes that are fully supported by Klaviyo (Back in stock, Added to cart metrics)
Hello all,We are in the midst of looking to have a site redesign for our Shopify store and with that, we are wanting to with a different theme that will fully support Klaviyo features such as the Back in stock and Added to cart metrics. Our current theme, Streamline, requires us to contact a theme developer in order to have these installed on our store and even then, some features are unable to be integrated to our store. We ideally want a theme that can and will support all Klaviyo flows and metrics as well as being simple to install ourselves. We’d love to hear what you guys think are the best themes and why.Thanks.
It looks like Klaviyo’s plugin for Wordpress may not push the “Company” field at checkout into Klaviyo. So we don’t have in Klaviyo the customer’s company name.Has anyone found a way to get the “Company” field into Klaviyo when an order is made? (or a cart is abandoned)?Weird that this doesn’t work by default.I’m a software developer so I can copy, paste, modify code if anyone can share.
Quoting this answer: https://community.klaviyo.com/integrations-39/magento-2-4-1-integration-issue-2147?postid=7443#post7443I have a question to "how to solve that?"Because I am also facing a similar issue while integrating. We ran into an errorThere was an error while integrating your Klaviyo account with Magento 2. Below are the details about your errorKlaviyo is unable to connect to Magento Server for OAuth Handshake.Url tried was: NonePlease ensure that both /oauth/token/request and /oauth/token/accessare accessible So if you can help me, it will be very much useful.
Hey there! i have the same exact issue as this post: Basically the last sync was 15 days ago, and its only showing ‘started checkout’ events, which i guess are browser based. In the link above your team helped to fix the issue, can you please help fix the issue as well with my website?
Hi,We have just installed the Woocommerce plugin and made the integration successfully. However, even if I tick the box Subscribe contacts to email marketing, it won’t show the checkbox in the checkout page.Has this ever happened to anyone?I can’t find a solution. I also installed on another website and even there is not showing up. Thanks
Hi All,Just want to raise this as it seems like a huge disadvantage for Klaviyo.I’d like to request the ability for persistent/rebuilt carts in the BigCommerce integration so that the abandon flows aren’t a negative experience for potential customers. It seems as though this is possible given that the arctic leaf app was able to provide the feature (although it currently isn’t working, at least for me) and the lack of this feature in the integration is already making me look at other ESP’s like omnisend. If I’d known this wasn’t possible in Klaviyo from the beginning I don’t know that I would have even signed up.
Hey guys, hope you’re fine.We have 10k contacts in our klaviyo account and we want to expand our contacts list importing a .csv file.At the moment, we don't know which of these 10,000 klaviyo contacts placed an order. On every klaviyo contacts, the property “Placed Order” is egual to zero.As I said, we have a .csv file to import: 70% of the .csv file contacts’ are already in the klaviyo contacts list. This .csv file has a field called “orders” which indicates the number of orders made by each contact. Our goal is to import this .csv file and refresh the klaviyo contacts’ property “Placed Order” to better understand how many orders were placed by each klaviyo contacts.I’m concerned about few things:I read on others community questions like this: that by importing a .csv file with an additional data field relating to “orders”, klaviyo will match the data of the .csv file with those already existing in klaviyo and will add the additional data relating to orders for each contact. Is it corre
Hi,I want to show a button to let users open the order in the their account. The problem is, that we also allow guest orders and not every user has an account in the shop.In this case I don’t want to show the button because the link would lead to an error page.Is there any way to check for an user account? I couldn’t find anything like it.
Hi. I’d like to bring in a field from customer order data (event) into Klaviyo as I would like to use this data in flows:Situation:For a Woocommerce subscription product - the _delivery_date is generated automatically based on the customer post code & order date. When the subscription is renewed, the delivery date changes to the upcoming delivery date. Objective: I would like to use this event to trigger a flow to send an email on the Monday before delivery - “reminding people to make any changes before delivery” & on the delivery date to send a “Your order is coming today - don’t forget to put your boxes out for collection”.How do I bring this field from Woocommerce into Klaviyo so I can do this? (Oh and would these flows be considered transactional?)
Hi 👋 I have used Klaviyo for about one year and it’s been super smooth! But today I received a message saying that the WooCommerce synch had stopped working. I’ve not made any changes at all to the website and cannot seem to fix the issue (tried this and this without success). It is forcing me to turn off a lot of flows (abandoned cart, welcome, browse abandonment) because they trigger or filter based on purchases made. It’s causing some stress 🤦♂️ Any suggestions on how to get this fixed and has anyone experienced the same? Thank you for a wonderful community!- Rob
I have installed the integration Cartridge for SFRA Commerce Cloud.I can only see the OCAPI “Placed Order" and “Ordered Product”.I have installed this in Project > Client > Cartridges so I can use for multiple sites, but when I try and addthis below the path cannot be found so my events are not firing from the Cartridge. I placed the pageFooter.isml <isinclude template="klaviyo/klaviyoFooter"/>
Hi,I am having trouble with my Facebook integration for two different Klaviyo accounts I have and I’m wondering if it’s because my Klaviyo accounts sit under the same user (me) and my Facebook accounts also sit under the same user (me).Company 1 Klaviyo + Company 1 Facebook lead ad = successfully integratedCompany 2 Klaviyo + Company 2 Facebook lead ad = successfully integratedBut then when I go back into either of these accounts, i’m getting an error message for the integration. (Klaviyo is no longer authorised to connect).Has anyone else run into this problem?
Does anyone know the right way to install klaviyo on a shopify store that optimises performance? I've complained to Klaviyo that loads of scripts are installed and it impacts performance (a big no-no now that Google launched web vitals especially) and they send me to this page. But that method still injects loads of scripts, and doesn't even sync a shopify customer list with klaviyo profiles.Specifically that method adds 8 scripts and 1 stylesheet (and this is without the shopify app intalled)Tests before and after saw my store drop from 88 to 48 in google page speed insights (desktop) and from a B (88%) in GTMetrix to a D (56%).It's just not sustainable to have this impact on performance and I'm reaching the end of my journey with Klaviyo unless someone can add some input to help. Thanks!
Something that I noticed recently is that the new woocommerce checkout block is not working with the started checkout trigger. Probably it’s a simple solution/reason that the new checkout block fills in the shipping details/email instead of the billing (the billing address is then copied from the shipping address). I’ve read that Klaviyo looks at the billing email to trigger the flow. Here’s the post on the woocommerce blocks: https://developer.woocommerce.com/2020/05/27/available-for-testing-a-block-based-woocommerce-cart-and-checkout/ Do you think there’s a solution for this? One of the reasons I switched to Klaviyo was for the abandoned cart flow but since I‘ve moved to the block based checkout I’m losing out the sales. Please let me know.
I’m trying to integrate my woocommerce shop with klaviyo. I regenerated my access keys and secret and have tried connecting using postman and that works fine. The postman URL that i tried is https://in.boredgamecompany.com/wp-json/wc/v3/orders/My shop URL is https://in.boredgamecompany.com and my secret and password is in the integration. However i get error Unable to access: https://in.boredgamecompany.com/wp-json/wc/v3/. 403 authorization error Im not sure how to proceed since all my campaigns are blocked due to this. Please assist
Hello, I have the following issue: no matter what I do, I get a constant wc_get_cart_url() related error from the Klaviyo WooCommerce module and the error log reads: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_get_cart_url() in /wp-content/plugins/klaviyo/includes/wck-cart-functions.php:94Has anybody seen something like this? Thanks!
