I’m not sure what happened but my tracking isn’t working properly. It has been about 45-50 days since Klaviyo has tracked placed orders. I have updated Shopify integration, added codes manually, checked this forum with no avail. Please help me figure this out.
Hey guys, hope you’re fine.We have 10k contacts in our klaviyo account and we want to expand our contacts list importing a .csv file.At the moment, we don't know which of these 10,000 klaviyo contacts placed an order. On every klaviyo contacts, the property “Placed Order” is egual to zero.As I said, we have a .csv file to import: 70% of the .csv file contacts’ are already in the klaviyo contacts list. This .csv file has a field called “orders” which indicates the number of orders made by each contact. Our goal is to import this .csv file and refresh the klaviyo contacts’ property “Placed Order” to better understand how many orders were placed by each klaviyo contacts.I’m concerned about few things:I read on others community questions like this: that by importing a .csv file with an additional data field relating to “orders”, klaviyo will match the data of the .csv file with those already existing in klaviyo and will add the additional data relating to orders for each contact. Is it corre
Hi,I am having trouble with my Facebook integration for two different Klaviyo accounts I have and I’m wondering if it’s because my Klaviyo accounts sit under the same user (me) and my Facebook accounts also sit under the same user (me).Company 1 Klaviyo + Company 1 Facebook lead ad = successfully integratedCompany 2 Klaviyo + Company 2 Facebook lead ad = successfully integratedBut then when I go back into either of these accounts, i’m getting an error message for the integration. (Klaviyo is no longer authorised to connect).Has anyone else run into this problem?
Does anyone know the right way to install klaviyo on a shopify store that optimises performance? I've complained to Klaviyo that loads of scripts are installed and it impacts performance (a big no-no now that Google launched web vitals especially) and they send me to this page. But that method still injects loads of scripts, and doesn't even sync a shopify customer list with klaviyo profiles.Specifically that method adds 8 scripts and 1 stylesheet (and this is without the shopify app intalled)Tests before and after saw my store drop from 88 to 48 in google page speed insights (desktop) and from a B (88%) in GTMetrix to a D (56%).It's just not sustainable to have this impact on performance and I'm reaching the end of my journey with Klaviyo unless someone can add some input to help. Thanks!
Suppose I have created a lead in Salesforce. That individual lead detail is synced/found in Klaviyo. If I delete that Salesforce lead then will the corresponding Klaviyo record will also get deleted? Tried deleting a lead in Salesforce but the corresponding lead detail was still found in Klaviyo. Do Klaviyo sync only the newly created lead and make no changes to the updated and deleted leads? What is the nature of Klaviyo sync?
My Shopify website is new - so new that the actual store pages are not yet live, though other pages are. I have added a Klaviyo newsletter signup to my site using a snippet. It works fine but is clunky with the design. I’d rather use the signup form in the Shopify template, however the integration is not working! I followed directions without a hitch. It says that my site is integrated, yet any email addresses added via the template signup are added to profiles and do not show up in the newsletter list. (In fact I have to search to find the profile and the profile says that it accepts marketing) Is it because the snippet is still installed? I only have one store and one Klaviyo account. I have searched through the forum and I am seeing that this has happened to several people but have not found a resolution for a new store with a small newsletter that is just starting.
Hi. I’d like to bring in a field from customer order data (event) into Klaviyo as I would like to use this data in flows:Situation:For a Woocommerce subscription product - the _delivery_date is generated automatically based on the customer post code & order date. When the subscription is renewed, the delivery date changes to the upcoming delivery date. Objective: I would like to use this event to trigger a flow to send an email on the Monday before delivery - “reminding people to make any changes before delivery” & on the delivery date to send a “Your order is coming today - don’t forget to put your boxes out for collection”.How do I bring this field from Woocommerce into Klaviyo so I can do this? (Oh and would these flows be considered transactional?)
Something that I noticed recently is that the new woocommerce checkout block is not working with the started checkout trigger. Probably it’s a simple solution/reason that the new checkout block fills in the shipping details/email instead of the billing (the billing address is then copied from the shipping address). I’ve read that Klaviyo looks at the billing email to trigger the flow. Here’s the post on the woocommerce blocks: https://developer.woocommerce.com/2020/05/27/available-for-testing-a-block-based-woocommerce-cart-and-checkout/ Do you think there’s a solution for this? One of the reasons I switched to Klaviyo was for the abandoned cart flow but since I‘ve moved to the block based checkout I’m losing out the sales. Please let me know.
I need to add some additional event variables to my order confirmation email. This is a Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration. Does this data just need to be available in the data layer, or does it need to be specifically sent to Klaviyo as part of the event?
I have installed the integration Cartridge for SFRA Commerce Cloud.I can only see the OCAPI “Placed Order" and “Ordered Product”.I have installed this in Project > Client > Cartridges so I can use for multiple sites, but when I try and addthis below the path cannot be found so my events are not firing from the Cartridge. I placed the pageFooter.isml <isinclude template="klaviyo/klaviyoFooter"/>
Hey there, i´m trying to figure out a transactional e-mail.Triggered if someone place an order.I got the dynamic variables for the title price ect.But somehow the dynamic images won´t show.if there are 2 Products which are a variable product it worksbut if they are a variable product + a single product without variables it won´t work.Is there somebody who uses Klaviyo + Woo Commerce and alrerady figured out the right dynamic variables ?
I have tried many times and emailed the help center and they told me to download and set up the 2.4.2 plugin but I have not fixed my problem yet.My problem is I can't do WooCommerce Integration, when I do everything according to your instructions then I am called "Unable to access API with credentials specified". I hope solution very quickly. you can understand that I am adding some screenshots.
When a client begins the checkout process in our WooCommerce site, Klaviyo picks ups the event as “Started Checkout”, but it doesn’t recognize when the order is placed. Even after the checkout process ends and we receive an email from WooCommerce letting us know that there’s a new order, Klaviyo still shows it as “Started Checkout” and not as “Placed Order”.What could be causing this? The products we sell are each custom made, so we don’t charge our clients upfront. Is the fact that our clients are not paying during their checkout process, causing Klaviyo to keep it as “Started Checkout” and not as “Placed Order”? What is the trigger that Klaviyo picks up to turn “Started Checkout” into “Placed Order” with WooCommerce? Even when I change the status of the order on WooCommerce from “Processing” to “Completed”, Klaviyo keeps showing the event as “Started Checkout” instead of “Placed Order”. Thanks!

Hello, I have the following issue: no matter what I do, I get a constant wc_get_cart_url() related error from the Klaviyo WooCommerce module and the error log reads: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_get_cart_url() in /wp-content/plugins/klaviyo/includes/wck-cart-functions.php:94Has anybody seen something like this? Thanks!
