Why are Shopify newsletter subscribers not automatically syncing with Klaviyo newsletter list?
I have read and followed some other threads on this here in the community but can’t seem to work out why the customer signup from shopify is not syncing to klaviyo. I have followed this https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005080407-Integrate-with-Shopify#sync-your-shopify-newsletter-subscribers-to-a-klaviyo-list2So my settings and code looks fine to me. The emails get synced when under shopify integration i do re-import historical data at the bottom but not automatically as it should. What am I missing? Please help!
Using Klaviyo rather than Yotpo to send review requests.
Hi all -We are currently using Yotpo for customer reviews for our Shopify site. While we are happy with the results, we wish that their triggers were more sophisticated. We can only use purchased date -- rather than fulfilled date -- for triggering the review sends. That makes it difficult in this world of supply chain issues, backorders, preorders, and of course many products in stock to send the review request at the right time. I suspect the answer is no, but has anyone worked out a way to use Klaviyo to send the review request on behalf of Yotpo, while still having a good customer experience? Using klaviyo with shopify; a performance disaster that hurts rankings
Does anyone know the right way to install klaviyo on a shopify store that optimises performance? I've complained to Klaviyo that loads of scripts are installed and it impacts performance (a big no-no now that Google launched web vitals especially) and they send me to this page. But that method still injects loads of scripts, and doesn't even sync a shopify customer list with klaviyo profiles.Specifically that method adds 8 scripts and 1 stylesheet (and this is without the shopify app intalled)Tests before and after saw my store drop from 88 to 48 in google page speed insights (desktop) and from a B (88%) in GTMetrix to a D (56%).It's just not sustainable to have this impact on performance and I'm reaching the end of my journey with Klaviyo unless someone can add some input to help.Thanks!
Klaviyo and Yotpo Integration
Hi,We have a client on Klaviyo and we’d like to know how to send auto generated Klaviyo discount codes to customers when they purchase a product? Is there a way, to insert a auto generated code in a Klaviyo post purchase flow that will first ask the customer for a review. Then once the customer submits a review, second email will be sent which will include their on time use discount code from Klaviyo?Thanks in advance everyone!
Recharge Transactional Emails with Quick Actions
Does anyone have experience setting up transactional emails for Recharge Subscription customers using “quick action” functionality? This seems like a great feature and one I’d love to implement, but I’m confused about how to do it. I’d love help from someone in the community or to see some examples of others who are using it.
Can't load klaviyo.js script file
Hello, I followed the required steps to embed a signup form, but klaviyo.js script doesn’t load because browser blocks it. I was able to see it on Safari but Chrome blocks it.I’ve integrated Klaviyo to Shopify, I didn’t add anything manually except the form.Currently I’m using mydomain.myshopify.com URL instead of www.mydomain.com. Is it the problem?Any ideas? Thanks!

I get the above and have no idea how to make it not fail after searching on google, please give advice, thanks.Background if it matters: I didn’t pay for my shopify store once my 14day free trial was over and waited 20+ days before reactivating my store, maybe this triggered it, nonetheless need a solution.
WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed
We got an error message from Klaviyo saying that our WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed. Our data from WooCommerce has stopped updating, which means that our flows are not being triggered.Has anyone else experienced this? And what did you do to fix it? Any ideas as to what causes this?(We have contacted Klaviyo support as directed by the error message, but they’ve informed us that they are slow and suggested we ask the Community in the meantime.)
Magento 2.4.1 Integration Issue
Following the instruction to install the extension for magento 2.4.3 I came across an error when activating the integration. Once click integrate Magento 2 on the popup window, I was told the error message below. I double checked the API details are correct, and also the firewall Sucuri is not blocking Klaviyo. The Shopify Revenue Metrics
I’d like to use metrics from shopify and from an other shop. For this second shop I use the API to add metrics such as Placed Order.I have two questions : For the moment, I have two differents placed Order. The one create by the API, and the one with the Shopify logo. When I list the metrics via an API Call, I have two differents metrics with different ID. Is it possible to have only one placed Order type ? Shopify add a Metrics “Revenue”. But it doesn’t appaer ine the timeline. It seems to be a variable which change after each order to get the total revenue. And I can’t find it in the list of metrics in my API Call. So it is somethink special ? And how can I do to include also the order which come from the other shop, using the API ?Thanks for your help Vincent
Stripe webhook not working
We’ve set up a transactional flow to send an e-mail for every successful payment in Stripe and we’ve set up the Stripe integration and webhook. We can see the webhook is syncing but we’re getting no data (test or otherwise) even thought we know that there have been payments made. Would anyone be able to help? We’ve tested a number of diff end points and just aren’t getting any data through.
How can I track a profile that has clicked on a Facebook Ad?
I know there’s a way to do this via a lead form, but what if you just clicked on an ad? Is there some combination of Facebook Pixel, Klaviyo.js/cookie that would allow this to work? Happy to do any amount of custom integration needed. Thanks!Michael

I am looking for someone who can help me to integrate a Net Promoter Score into our e-mail newsletter. We send our newsletter via Klaviyo. Does anyone have experience with this and can help me to integrate it?- Net Promoter Score should contain only one question: "How did you like today's newsletter?"- We need an addition that says that 0 is the worst and 10 is the best- An additional text field next to the scale would also be nice where our customers can write their opinion about the newsletter.I appreciate any advice and hope to find support. WooCommerce Blocks - Started Checkout Not Working
Something that I noticed recently is that the new woocommerce checkout block is not working with the started checkout trigger. Probably it’s a simple solution/reason that the new checkout block fills in the shipping details/email instead of the billing (the billing address is then copied from the shipping address). Using Klaviyo on http site
Hello,anyone know how to use Klaviyo on a http site? Klaviyo is added to the site, but an error is thrown:“Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'http://a.klaviyo.com/api/onsite/identify?c=xxxxx' from origin 'http://xxx.xxx.xx' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.”It only works if the site has https.Cheers,Danny
Is it possible to have double opt-in for emails not coming from klaviyo signup forms?
Hi, We integrated Klaviyo to our ManyChat account, and we want to have a double opt-in confirmation for the users giving their emails or wanted to be on our subscriber’s list. Is it possible to send a confirmation for their subscription once the emails are already transferred to Klaviyo Lists without going through the signup form? Is Klaviyo double opt-in only possible for signup forms or are there any other ways to use Klaviyo double opt-in option? Looking forward to hearing from you. Many thanks, Jen
Referral integration or strategy recommendations
Hello Community, I’d like to incentivize and reward my subscribers for referring friends, coworkers, followers or family. I would love to offer tiered rewards based on volume of successful subscriptions. My plan is to add a referral block at the bottom of my emails. Is there an integration or a built-in feature that would allow me to track subscriber referrals that result in a new subscriber and reward customers accordingly?
