Anyone using Growave integration with Klaviyo?
Hi! We’re a small business trying to start using Growave with their many features. They have a Klaviyo integration, but it’s not native to Klaviyo. So any support needed would be through Growave and not Klaviyo. Anyone have experience doing this? How is it going?
Integrating Wishlist Engine metrics into a Flow
Hi there I have confirmed in the Shopify account that it is possible to integrate Klaviyo with Wishlist Engine App and I have created a Private API Key for the integration. My question is how do I best use the metrics to build a Flow in Klaviyo? I’m unable to find the metrics to trigger a Flow built from scratch. Thanks in advance.
Custom Back in Stock form (Shopify)
The Back in Stock implementation for Shopify (described here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-Shopify) doesn’t provide us with the level of customization that we would like to have. As such we are looking at implementing a custom Back in Stock form either via a legacy form method (similar to https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005249588-How-to-Add-and-Customize-a-Legacy-Embedded-Signup-Form) or via a custom form and API request in the frontend (in JS).This developer documentation for the API https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006565332-Back-in-Stock-for-Mobile-App-Developers while not explicitly stated I believe is only for server side API calls as CORS blocks POST requests via JS.Can anyone point me in the right direction here - add a user to back in stock list for a product via a custom form on the frontend, without need for server-side api calls. (or if there is no right direction - let me know!)Many thank
Problems migrating from Constant Contact using the Klaviyo Integration, anyone figure out this API Key?
Attempting to migrate Constant Contact data to Klaviyo using the Integration tool and wondering if anyone has cracked this code recently, and can share steps on creating the API keys on the Constant Contact side of things? Keep running into error messages.I have followed the instructions provided from Klaviyo to the T, but keep running into the same error message. Have chatted with support for a few hours, no luck…For what its worth, I did notice the instructions from Klaviyo may be outdated… They mention a V2 API generator from Mastery that Constant Contact uses to create API’s, however it appears that Constant Contact now uses a V3 API generator, with different screens and set up process. Not sure if this is the issue?Creating the API keys on the Constant Contact side of the house isn’t the smoothest, which Im sure isnt helping.Any and all help welcome.Thanks!

Hi everyone. I’m running a Net Promotor Survey through Typeform, and using Klaviyo to email folks to take the survey.Since integration Typeform > Klaviyo yesterday, as many as 30 people filled out the NPS, but “Filled Out Form” metrics are still at Zero, and Custom Properties have not been autogenerated for each form question. What am I doing wrong?
successfully Integration klaviyo with Shopify, but the Customers list in Shopify did not store into specific List which defined when integrating !
I Successfully integrated with Shopify.I selected to store my customers in a list by the name of “New Subscribers”.When I add a new Customer in Shopify, the data successfully submit and also display in Both of Profile and My List.But the main Problem this is When I have some Customers in Shopify before integrate with Klaviyo, The Customers can’t automatically sync into my List. It’s means I have for now 100 Customers in Shopify which Accept the Give message and sms.And I integrate the Klaviyo with My Shopify, And in the last All Customers came in Profile But not in My List.and my List is Single-opt.But when I Integrated, after that each customers which created will come in my List.
Why isn't Klaviyo not receiving emails from Wheelio?
Hi. I’m facing an issue with Klaviyo. I’ve set up Wheelio (Spin Wheel) on my Shopify store the customers spin the wheel and they are awraded with a coupon. I want the emails to go to my Klaviyo list that I’ve created for Wheelio, but Klaviyo is not receiving the emails from Wheelio. Collecting email from Shopify contact form
Hi guys, we want to collect emails not only from the standard sign-up form, but also when visitors use the Contact form (in Shopify product pages, contact pages and other places where we place the Contact form). Is it possible to do this with Klaviyo? If yes, how?
Unable to integrate Klaviyo with Google AdWords
I’m trying to integrate Klaviyo with Google AdWords.Using the same email address, I'm an admin on AdWords and Klaviyo. On AdWords, we have an MCC account associated with our PPC account. After going through the integration process using the same email address, I can only select the MCC account on Klaviyo ends. I don't see the PPC account.Has anyone had this issue and was able to resolve it?
I saw a post on here a year ago, but did not see a resolution so here it goes again.I am trying to integrate Klaviyo with Siteground and keep getting this error message:Update error: We are unable to update your integration settings at this time. Please refresh or try again later. When I tried to contact support via email, it says that the request cannot be completed at this time, so that’s cool. Hoping someone can help because I am so frustrated.
Viewed product not working with magento 2
i’m working on a magento 2 site, that is migrated from magento 1, after the migration klaviyo plugin was installed but it never reported viewed products tracking only active on site and placed order tracking, started checkout was triggered only once a week ago, i’m sure the integration is done right also the sync, what should be my next move?
Can we sync one Shopify store with two Klaviyo?
Hi there! Unusual question, we have 1 store and we want a second Klaviyo account to send b2b and partners e-mails. Can we connect 2 Klaviyo account with the same Shopify account ? The goal is to be able to use products in our e-mails. Maybe it could be better to only sync the catalog ? Thanks
Integration with Lightspeed X series
Why doesn’t Klaviyo connect to Lightspeed X series??? I have been frustrated that Klaviyo kept saying my password was incorrect for Lightspeed and yet I knew it was correct then realised it said R series!I couldn’t change it to any other series. I only got Lightspeed Dec last year.

WooCommerce: at checkout how to get "Company" field pushed into Klaviyo?
It looks like Klaviyo’s plugin for Wordpress may not push the “Company” field at checkout into Klaviyo.So we don’t have in Klaviyo the customer’s company name.Has anyone found a way to get the “Company” field into Klaviyo when an order is made? (or a cart is abandoned)?Weird that this doesn’t work by default.I’m a software developer so I can copy, paste, modify code if anyone can share.
Is there any way to send klaviyo emails through another service?
I noticed Klaviyo doesn’t support google annotation so I am looking for a way to get around this. I can think of using Klaviyo webhook and listen to the webhook from aws and send aws simple email service to send custom email with google annotation code. Do you happen to know another approach please share with me.

Using klaviyo with shopify; a performance disaster that hurts rankings
Does anyone know the right way to install klaviyo on a shopify store that optimises performance? I've complained to Klaviyo that loads of scripts are installed and it impacts performance (a big no-no now that Google launched web vitals especially) and they send me to this page. But that method still injects loads of scripts, and doesn't even sync a shopify customer list with klaviyo profiles.Specifically that method adds 8 scripts and 1 stylesheet (and this is without the shopify app intalled)Tests before and after saw my store drop from 88 to 48 in google page speed insights (desktop) and from a B (88%) in GTMetrix to a D (56%).It's just not sustainable to have this impact on performance and I'm reaching the end of my journey with Klaviyo unless someone can add some input to help.Thanks!
