Zapier-Klaviyo add data to Klaviyo custom property without delete old data
Hei guys need little help here in the Zapier-Klavyio talking.I am bringing some data from Zapier to Klavyio where basically I want to add in a custome property new data as soon as it arrive from Zapier, making the Klavyio customer property a sort of list. Example: my app is enabling patients and doctor to create appointments. In order to send emails, for each doctor, I have more custom property that define the appointment with the patient: - Day of the visit - Time of the visit When I use zapier I can only update such custom property by then loosing the old data. While instead, I d love to just add this information without replacing the old one. Naturally this will help me to notify patient and doctors 1 day before the visit and the same day visit. Do you have some help in that?
Showing varied pricing for diff countries with Shopify Markets
We are looking at moving to Shopify markets but have different pricing for the US and Canada.Is there a way to select different pricing/ override pricing for specific segments if we segmented out each countries customers?With Markets you can have secondary pricing for your different countries but there doesn’t seem to be a way to override product pricing in Klaviyo

Viewed product not working with magento 2
i’m working on a magento 2 site, that is migrated from magento 1, after the migration klaviyo plugin was installed but it never reported viewed products tracking only active on site and placed order tracking, started checkout was triggered only once a week ago, i’m sure the integration is done right also the sync, what should be my next move?
Archived Contacts from Mailchimp
Hi All (cc @alex.hong)I am using the Klaviyo/Mailchimp integration to import audiences from Mailchimp into Klaviyo. Does anyone know what happens to contacts that are “Archived” in the Mailchimp audiences? Do they get imported? Do they get a specific custom property? Are the automatically suppressed? I’ve searched everywhere for this answer but cannot find anything referencing “archived” contacts. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you !
Shopify Out of Stock Button always showing
Hello,I've added the proper code to my website to add the Out of Stock Button to my product pages. The problem I'm having is, it's always showing even when products are in stock. For instance, I have a product with only one variation. The button still shows when the item is in stock, but if you click it, nothing will happen. When the item is actually out of stock, clicking the button will trigger the popup.On another product, I have two variations (colors), when both are in stock the button still shows and does nothing when clicked. On the same product, when one of the variants is out of stock, the button acts like it should. No button on the variant that's in stock, and working button on the variant that is out of stock. So, just to reiterate. The button is only working as intended with a product that has multiple variations and one of them is out of stock. Any advice on how to fix this?Thank you,-Chris
Wrong profiles were pulled from Campaign Monitor
Hi all,we are currently switching from Campaign Monitor to Klaviyo. We share our account in Campaign Monitor with our parent organization, but we use different lists. Their subscribers are not ours, and vice versa.When integrationg Campaign Monitor with Klaviyo, I indicated specific lists IDs and chose to integrate only those lists. Yet, Klaviyo pulled over ALL PROFILES from campaign monitor. So, instead of 12,000 subscribers we have more than 44K subscribers!First of all, it affects our billing and sending bandwidth. Secondly, these are not our subscribers. How can I remove them without touching our subscribers? Help!
Can't get Web tracking script to install with BigCommerce. Says Script not installed correctly.
I have reached out to support several times, and I keep getting very bad responses.We’ve searched your site and didn’t find the code. Well you searched my live site, not the site i’m migrating to which isn’t live yet. DUH I have already been advised to REMOVE the integration, which did not work. I instead removed the entire app from the store TWICE now. And reinstalled the script. Still no match. The error message I am getting when trying to verify is this: Script was not installed correctly I have verified that the script is accurate. I read the article for a Shopify store where there could be a conflict with other scripts. I do not have any other Klaviyo scripts installed. Only the auto script named Klaviyo JS Injection that is installed when integrating. Unless it conflicts with a separate script from another app?
Fatal Error on Product 404 page (Prestashop)

I’m running a Net Promotor Survey through Typeform, and using Klaviyo to email folks to take the survey.Since integration Typeform > Klaviyo yesterday, as many as 30 people filled out the NPS, but “Filled Out Form” metrics are still at Zero, and Custom Properties have not been autogenerated for each form question. What am I doing wrong?

Hey there, i´m trying to figure out a transactional e-mail.Triggered if someone place an order.I got the dynamic variables for the title price ect.But somehow the dynamic images won´t show.if there are 2 Products which are a variable product it worksbut if they are a variable product + a single product without variables it won´t work.Is there somebody who uses Klaviyo + Woo Commerce and alrerady figured out the right dynamic variables ?
Unable to integrate Klaviyo with Google AdWords
I’m trying to integrate Klaviyo with Google AdWords.Using the same email address, I'm an admin on AdWords and Klaviyo. On AdWords, we have an MCC account associated with our PPC account. After going through the integration process using the same email address, I can only select the MCC account on Klaviyo ends. I don't see the PPC account.Has anyone had this issue and was able to resolve it?
WooCommerce Integration Unable to access API with credentials specified.
I have tried many times and emailed the help center and they told me to download and set up the 2.4.2 plugin but I have not fixed my problem yet.My problem is I can't do WooCommerce Integration, when I do everything according to your instructions then I am called "Unable to access API with credentials specified". Klaviyo is not recognizing new orders on WooCommerce
When a client begins the checkout process in our WooCommerce site, Klaviyo picks ups the event as “Started Checkout”, but it doesn’t recognize when the order is placed. Even after the checkout process ends and we receive an email from WooCommerce letting us know that there’s a new order, Klaviyo still shows it as “Started Checkout” and not as “Placed Order”.What could be causing this? The products we sell are each custom made, so we don’t charge our clients upfront. Is the fact that our clients are not paying during their checkout process, causing Klaviyo to keep it as “Started Checkout” and not as “Placed Order”? What is the trigger that Klaviyo picks up to turn “Started Checkout” into “Placed Order” with WooCommerce? Even when I change the status of the order on WooCommerce from “Processing” to “Completed”, Klaviyo keeps showing the event as “Started Checkout” instead of “Placed Order”. Thanks!

Klaviyo newsletter list not syncing with Shopify list when using a popup form
Hello,I would like to have some help regarding my issue.I have a newsletter popup form created in Klaviyo and working well on my Shopify store.The issue is that the number of subscriber in Shopify is too low comparing to the number of subscriber in the Klaviyo list. I assume that there is a sync issue.For October for example:In Klaviyo, I have 932 new subscribers from my popup. But in Shopify, I have only 104 subscribers in total. (screenshot here below).My main concern is that I am sending the newsletter emails directly from Shopify so I need my list updated in Shopify.Thanks for your support.
How to sync profiles from Shopify to Klaviyo after successful purchase without opt-in
We want to disable the opt-in option during the Shopify checkout. How do we collect all successful purchases/customer information in a list in Klaviyo? I know that the profiles are synced to Klaviyo, even if they have “accepts marketing = false” (Shopify property) and that I can create a segment with the successful purchasers. However, I need them to be in a list. So, the option in the screenshot below, is not correct as we don’t have an opt-in during the checkout and no footer form. We only want to collect the DOI via Klaviyo forms on the website and no longer during the checkout/via Shopify.This tick box will be removed. There is no opt-in possibility during the checkout process.
