Referral integration or strategy recommendations

Hello Community, I’d like to incentivize and reward my subscribers for referring friends, coworkers, followers or family. I would love to offer tiered rewards based on volume of successful subscriptions. My plan is to add a referral block at the bottom of my emails. Is there an integration or a built-in feature that would allow me to track subscriber referrals that result in a new subscriber and reward customers accordingly? Rewards would be digital downloads, coupons and merch. Thank you,

"Active on site" triggered but not "viewed product" for some profiles

HiQUESTION(s):1a. Is it normal for “active on site” to trigger without triggering “viewed product”? If yes, then; 1b. Is there a way to extract product category information from active profiles that only have “Active on site” activity? Hi,Its pretty obvious to anyone that opting in to a newsletter is optional.  Especially considering they have to check a box to opt in.  Is there a way to remove the (optional) text?Any help would be much appreciated.  I’m using woocommerce.

Placed Order / Ordered Product stopped working (WooCommerce)

Hi 👋 I have used Klaviyo for about one year and it’s been super smooth! But today I received a message saying that the WooCommerce synch had stopped working. I’ve not made any changes at all to the website and cannot seem to fix the issue (tried this and this without success). It is forcing me to turn off a lot of flows (abandoned cart, welcome, browse abandonment) because they trigger or filter based on purchases made. It’s causing some stress 🤦‍♂️ Any suggestions on how to get this fixed and has anyone experienced the same? Thank you for a wonderful community!- Rob

Why can't my Product Feed display variants?

Hi - experiancing an issue where no matter how I set up our Product Feed it always displays just one combination of our product which has different variants. For example, we sell Body Wash and on the PDP  there are different scents and sizes you can choose. Klaviyo only ever displays the product name: Body Wash, the price of our most expensive variant, and the image of a different size and scent.  I want to be able to do dynamic recommendations based off scent, so that if someone purchased Sandalwood Body Wash Klaviyo recommends Sandalwood Shampoo, Deo and Hair Paste. Is there a way to just upload a custom data feed with our variants more broken out?

Why Are My FB Lead Ad Forms Receiving Users' Phone Numbers But SMS Consent Isn't Recorded In Klaviyo?

I have setup a Facebook Lead Form Ad to grow my email and SMS list. Everything seems to be great and the integration is working fine, but how do I get these to be subscribed to SMS when syncing via the FB integration? I look at their profiles, their number is there, but its not subscribing them to SMS. It’s subscribing them to email fine and the welcome series flow is being triggered, but it’s not for SMS.Does this not work with FB Lead Form integration? Should I just ditch the form and have them go directly to the site and fill out my Klaviyo based form? (which is working properly). I would prefer to use the FB Lead form as this ad campaign is working great so far, just need to get the SMS part to work.

Why the back in stock button is not visible in free shopify template?

Hello at all,i’ve tried to install the recommended back in stock solution on my free template venture but it doesn’t work.i get the following error in the dev console:Uncaught TypeError: klaviyo.init is not a function i’ve tried to fix this with all related help articles, but it’s still doesn’t work.The Button is not displayed on my product pages. Has anyone ever successfully integrated Spotify + klaviyo to show the Spotify player in an email?  It would be a great feature for Klaviyo to have available on their drag and drop blocks for musicians as well as retailers to send shop playlists.

Hi all, We have a mobile (game) app called ‘Guess in 10’. As the first step in the app, users have to sign up. Currently this email ID goes to Firebase, I want it to also be stored in a list on Klaviyo, is there a way?I have klaviyo also on my e-commerce website and love it, hence want to integrate it with our app as well.

Why don't I see all of my Facebook Custom Audiences on the list when prompted to select one to sync?

If you don't see all of your Facebook Custom Audiences on the list when prompted to select one to sync in Klaviyo, you might be using an unsupported audience subtype (which won’t show up on the list). There are different Custom Audience data sources that Facebook accepts. Klaviyo only supports the following subtypes when syncing with Facebook: HASHES: Email hashes or phone hashes HASHES_OR_USER_IDS: Email/phone hashes or user ids MULTI_HASHES: Created from multiple types of hashes at the same time COPY_PASTE_EMAIL_HASHES: Emails entered manually via Facebook's Ads Manager DATA_FILE: Data filesSince we aren't able to sync with other audience subtypes, we won't show them on the list of available audiences when you attempt to sync a list or segment in Klaviyo.

Moving Woocommerce Transactional Emails to Klaviyo

Hey everyone, We currently integrated our Woocommerce account with Klaviyo. We would like to setup a custom post-purchase flow after an order is placed, combining both transactional emails like order confirmation & shipping details, each at a different time, while also sending two addtional - marketing related emails to build relationship with customers. I'm very familiar on how to setup and create custom flows, but need some guidance to how we could move our current default transactional emails from Woocommerce to Klaviyo and what are the steps?

Why is My Catalog not updating from correct source

I have Klaviyo integrated with WooCommerce. We were previously integrated with our dev site, but have since updated this to be our prod site. However most of the products being synced are still from the dev site, and link to the dev site. Also, while some products have been synced from our prod site, not all of them have been synced and some are missing from the catalog in Klaviyo.How do either delete the products in Klaviyo so that they can be synced properly, or update these products manually so that they point to the right site? What am I missing? Thanks in advance!

Klaviyo checkbox won't appear in checkout page

Hi,We have just installed the Woocommerce plugin and made the integration successfully. However, even if I tick the box Subscribe contacts to email marketing, it won’t show the checkbox in the checkout page.Has this ever happened to anyone?I can’t find a solution. Facebook + Klaviyo integration error with multiple accounts

Hi,I am having trouble with my Facebook integration for two different Klaviyo accounts I have and I’m wondering if it’s because my Klaviyo accounts sit under the same user (me) and my Facebook accounts also sit under the same user (me).Company 1 Klaviyo + Company 1 Facebook lead ad = successfully integratedCompany 2 Klaviyo + Company 2 Facebook lead ad = successfully integratedBut then when I go back into either of these accounts, i’m getting an error message for the integration. Custom "Added to Cart" Event - Shogun

In need of some desperate help!NOTE: - I’m using Shogun which i feel is making things a-lot harder than what it needs to beI’m trying to set up Custom "Added to Cart" Event. I’m using the The "Added to Cart" Snippet [id] to put into my Product.Liquid file. I’ve also got the Web Traffic Tracking code added above it. I’ve tried to fire the snipped for each change i make by cooking my browser.  Active on Site works and can see the traffic but i can’t get the API of Added to Cart to appear under Analytics. Ive also tried using [Class] as an alternative.
