Setup exactly as followed in the video tutorial.Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this issue ASAP?Thanks!
Hello Everyone - I have Klaviyo integrated with Stripe & WooCommerce. I am trying to set up a transactional email once an order is placed to act as a receipt, similar to the auto-email Stripe sends immediately after a credit card is processed and order is placed. How can I automatically pull the information into an email template in Klaviyo, such as name, order ID, shipping address, total, etc from either WooCommerce directly or Stripe?Thanks!
I have Klaviyo integrated with WooCommerce. We were previously integrated with our dev site, but have since updated this to be our prod site. However most of the products being synced are still from the dev site, and link to the dev site. Also, while some products have been synced from our prod site, not all of them have been synced and some are missing from the catalog in Klaviyo.How do either delete the products in Klaviyo so that they can be synced properly, or update these products manually so that they point to the right site? What am I missing? Thanks in advance!
Why Are My FB Lead Ad Forms Receiving Users' Phone Numbers But SMS Consent Isn't Recorded In Klaviyo?
I have setup a Facebook Lead Form Ad to grow my email and SMS list. Everything seems to be great and the integration is working fine, but how do I get these to be subscribed to SMS when syncing via the FB integration? I look at their profiles, their number is there, but its not subscribing them to SMS. It’s subscribing them to email fine and the welcome series flow is being triggered, but it’s not for SMS.Does this not work with FB Lead Form integration? Should I just ditch the form and have them go directly to the site and fill out my Klaviyo based form? (which is working properly). I would prefer to use the FB Lead form as this ad campaign is working great so far, just need to get the SMS part to work.
We are using Zapier to create an event in Klaviyo and initially it worked with the same setup and now it's not working . It just says the error 0 (Filure). Is there a way you can check in your system what went wrong, am I being blocked due to any security reason or is there a rate limit, or if there is something I am missing? How can I find out more debug info on the exact cause of error? Thanks,
Hi there, I’ve set up Klaviyo/Squarespace integration and I can see that the data is being sent by Zapier. Here is the Data Out response to a recent sign up: message:A confirmation email was sent to Hello@barnfieldcustoms.com since a double opt-in list was selected for this Zap step. Hi All,Just want to raise this as it seems like a huge disadvantage for Klaviyo.I’d like to request the ability for persistent/rebuilt carts in the BigCommerce integration so that the abandon flows aren’t a negative experience for potential customers.It seems as though this is possible given that the arctic leaf app was able to provide the feature (although it currently isn’t working, at least for me) and the lack of this feature in the integration is already making me look at other ESP’s like omnisend. If I’d known this wasn’t possible in Klaviyo from the beginning I don’t know that I would have even signed up.
Hello, I have the following issue: no matter what I do, I get a constant wc_get_cart_url() related error from the Klaviyo WooCommerce module and the error log reads: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_get_cart_url() in /wp-content/plugins/klaviyo/includes/wck-cart-functions.php:94Has anybody seen something like this? Why does the number of people in my Facebook custom audience not match the number of people in my Klaviyo list?
If the number of people in your Facebook custom audience doesn’t match the number of people in your synced Klaviyo list, there are two factors that could have caused the audience to have a smaller number of profiles than your list or segment in Klaviyo.First, it can sometimes take Facebook up to 24 hours to process profiles synced from Klaviyo. If your custom audience does not have as many profiles as you expected, make sure that you've given Facebook 24 hours to fully process all of the profiles from your sync.Second, it is likely that a percentage of the email addresses you attempt to sync will not match with an existing Facebook account. This is why your Facebook Custom Audience size may be smaller than the linked list or segment in Klaviyo. Facebook will not return an error, but won't add any contacts who have email addresses that don't match to an existing Facebook account.One troubleshooting step you can take is to try syncing the same list in Klaviyo to a new custom audience by

As i want to create email template for promotion i want to addd some product in my template from catalog but one product Triad Clutch is missing in catalog.already checked with support team thay restarted syncing process still product is not appending in catalog.
My store has recently opened a brick-and-mortar shop, so in addition to shipping goods to customers, customers also have the option of picking their items up at the shop. When customers choose the pickup option, we manually change the order status in BigCommerce to “Awaiting Pickup” when the order is ready. Ideally, we want this status change to trigger a flow in Klaviyo to send an “order is ready for pickup” email. Because this is a manual change on BigCommerce’s back end, there isn’t a part of our website that I can add Track code to -- at least, not that I’m aware of. Does anyone know of a way to get Klaviyo to see this as an event? Or have other ideas how to trigger this flow?
