Anyone using Growave integration with Klaviyo?
Hi! We’re a small business trying to start using Growave with their many features. They have a Klaviyo integration, but it’s not native to Klaviyo. So any support needed would be through Growave and not Klaviyo. Anyone have experience doing this? How is it going?
TypeForm > Klaviyo: Custom Profile Properties not working
Hi everyone. I’m running a Net Promotor Survey through Typeform, and using Klaviyo to email folks to take the survey.Since integration Typeform > Klaviyo yesterday, as many as 30 people filled out the NPS, but “Filled Out Form” metrics are still at Zero, and Custom Properties have not been autogenerated for each form question. What am I doing wrong?
Fatal Error on Product 404 page (Prestashop)
Hi Community, I have a problem with the Prestashop Module.When a product is removed on the website, it should display a 404 page.With the Klaviyo Module, the website return un “Fatal error” blank page.This is a very import issue for us, customer and seo. Someone have an idea?Thank you,Nicolas
Filter profiles by email using contains
We are currently trying to build our custom Klaviyo integration and are somehow stuck when presenting a user a search field to search for a specific Klaviyo profile. The API states that we should use Filtering on the `/profiles` endpoint to filter for a specific profile. However, when trying to filter by email one must only use the `equals` or `any` filter. This is somewhat impractical, as users do not often search by a full email address but rather by keywords they can remember. Is there anything we’re missing here which would allow us to do a wildcard search on the profile filter fields?
Google Analytics 4 tracking issues
We have event tracking setup using GTM (Google tag manager) and the suggested code on klaviyo’s help page. (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005077027-How-to-Configure-Google-Analytics-Goal-Tracking-for-a-Signup-Form) Event tracking form views and submissions is working perfectly in Google Universal Analytics. Unfortunate this is not the case for the new Google Analytics 4. These events are not showing up in reports. This will be a problem when Universal Analytics stops processing data. Has anyone found a way to track klaviyo form events in G4?
successfully Integration klaviyo with Shopify, but the Customers list in Shopify did not store into specific List which defined when integrating !
I Successfully integrated with Shopify.I selected to store my customers in a list by the name of “New Subscribers”.When I add a new Customer in Shopify, the data successfully submit and also display in Both of Profile and My List.But the main Problem this is When I have some Customers in Shopify before integrate with Klaviyo, The Customers can’t automatically sync into my List. It’s means I have for now 100 Customers in Shopify which Accept the Give message and sms.And I integrate the Klaviyo with My Shopify, And in the last All Customers came in Profile But not in My List.and my List is Single-opt.But when I Integrated, after that each customers which created will come in my List.
Collecting email from Shopify contact form
Hi guys, we want to collect emails not only from the standard sign-up form, but also when visitors use the Contact form (in Shopify product pages, contact pages and other places where we place the Contact form). Is it possible to do this with Klaviyo? If yes, how?
Why isn't Klaviyo not receiving emails from Wheelio?
Hi. I’m facing an issue with Klaviyo. I’ve set up Wheelio (Spin Wheel) on my Shopify store the customers spin the wheel and they are awraded with a coupon. I want the emails to go to my Klaviyo list that I’ve created for Wheelio, but Klaviyo is not receiving the emails from Wheelio. Viewed product not working with magento 2
i’m working on a magento 2 site, that is migrated from magento 1, after the migration klaviyo plugin was installed but it never reported viewed products tracking only active on site and placed order tracking, started checkout was triggered only once a week ago, i’m sure the integration is done right also the sync, what should be my next move?

Hi there! Unusual question, we have 1 store and we want a second Klaviyo account to send b2b and partners e-mails. Can we connect 2 Klaviyo account with the same Shopify account ? The goal is to be able to use products in our e-mails. Maybe it could be better to only sync the catalog ? Thanks
Meta Lead Generation - adding email addresses to Newsletter
Hi Klaviyo community,We are running Lead Generation campaigns across our paid advertising on Meta to collect email signatures for our newsletter.How it works at the moment, is our agency will send us CSV files with the data/leads collected & I am manually adding these to our Newsletter list.I would like to know if there is a method of “tagging” these people - so in the future I can quickly & easily:identify if they have gone on to purchase which lead generation campaign they came from (as we will be running different campaigns)Would love to hear if anyone has a streamlined method for this - or if you know of a better system Thanks,Ellen
Privacy issue in Shopify Klaviyo Integration
Hi,the Shopify Klaviyo integration is causing a privacy issue:Shopify Apps are supposed to integrate with the Shopify Customer Privacy API. Is there any way to send klaviyo emails through another service?
I noticed Klaviyo doesn’t support google annotation so I am looking for a way to get around this. I can think of using Klaviyo webhook and listen to the webhook from aws and send aws simple email service to send custom email with google annotation code. Do you happen to know another approach please share with me.

I’ve recebntly migrated from mailchimp to klaviyo. I use shopify as my ecom platform if that is helpful information. I am not seeing historical data for mailchimp such as what emails they have received before when in mailchimp etc. I thought this would pull over? Did I do something wrong or mis a step?
Creating an email flow based on Delivery Date
Hello! I am the most novice, novice there is when it comes to Klavyio. I have set up all of my flows, however, I need to streamline the process so that I am not manually sending them to customers. We run a cold-pressed juice business and cannot calculate the timeline of production like a fashion company might. When a customer places an order we need to send emails based on their delivery date, not when the order itself was made. As every customer will have different delivery dates, and periods between order placed and expected delivery, I am really curious about how I can do this in Klavyio, and if this is at all possible. Example: Someone buys a juice cleanse on December 1st, Wednesday. They want it delivered December 6th, Monday. We have a journey setup so that people get an email upon purchasing, an email 2 days before cleansing to prepare themselves, an email the day of when we are delivering it and then an email every day throughout the cleanse and 2 days after. Why doesn’t Klaviyo connect to Lightspeed X series??? I have been frustrated that Klaviyo kept saying my password was incorrect for Lightspeed and yet I knew it was correct then realised it said R series!I couldn’t change it to any other series. I only got Lightspeed Dec last year.
Transactional Emails for Custom Website
Hi guys, Currently setting up emails for our new custom website, and looking into sending shipping confirmation emails from Klaviyo. We’re currently using stripe for transactions, airtable for order management, and Royal Mail click and drop (UK) as our courier. How best do we integrate this to send automatic shipping confirmation emails, containing tracking numbers? Very difficult coming from Shopify where this was all a breeze! Thanks a lot, Ben
Importing Wix data onto Klaviyo to integrate with Shopify
Hi guys, I currently have a Wix store with all of my customers on there, we do not currently use Klaviyo with Wix. We are switching over to Shopify and want to integrate our new Shopify store with Klaviyo. In order to get all of my Wix customer details onto Shopify and Klaviyo, I am wondering if there is a way to import Wix data onto my new Klaviyo account, that I can then integrate with Shopify, so that I have all of my Wix data on my new Shopify store with Klaviyo. I am unsure if the only solution to this would be to integrate with Wix first, and then switch over. If I were to integrate with Wix temporarily just to get the data, would this cause any issues?Thanks
Shopify / ReCharge order data subscription vs one-time product
Hey Everyone, We use Shopify and have ReCharge as our subscription app. V2 of ReCharge uses the existing product for the subscription and one-time purchase, where as V1 ReCharge would create a copy of the one-time product and add “auto-renew” at the end. With V1 we have no issues as it’s easy to query or condition the product names.Product AProduct A Auto RenewWith v2 this is an issue because there is no way to differentiate a one-time from a subscription.Products A (includes both)How can you tell if an order has a one-time vs subscription or query subscriptions products for a email block etc.I’ve spoke to Klaviyo and Shopify. It seems the API ReCharge has from Shopify is limited. Please advise anyone?
Can't get Web tracking script to install with BigCommerce. Says Script not installed correctly.
I have reached out to support several times, and I keep getting very bad responses.We’ve searched your site and didn’t find the code. Well you searched my live site, not the site i’m migrating to which isn’t live yet. DUH I have already been advised to REMOVE the integration, which did not work. I instead removed the entire app from the store TWICE now. And reinstalled the script. Still no match. The error message I am getting when trying to verify is this: Script was not installed correctly I have verified that the script is accurate. I read the article for a Shopify store where there could be a conflict with other scripts. I do not have any other Klaviyo scripts installed. Only the auto script named Klaviyo JS Injection that is installed when integrating. Unless it conflicts with a separate script from another app?
