How can I collect my Typeform quiz's outcome results in my account?
I’m using Typeform to create a “which product is right for you” quiz. I would like to create segmented flows based on the results. When I look at the data returned on the customer profile page, I see all of the questions asked within the quiz, but the final ending/result is not there. The ending is designed to determine someone’s affinity for a type of product: it I’m not able to import their result, it’s not simple to try creating segments out of multiple responses to the quiz. Please tell me there’s something I’m missing!

Why is My Catalog not updating from correct source
I have Klaviyo integrated with WooCommerce. We were previously integrated with our dev site, but have since updated this to be our prod site. However most of the products being synced are still from the dev site, and link to the dev site. Also, while some products have been synced from our prod site, not all of them have been synced and some are missing from the catalog in Klaviyo.How do either delete the products in Klaviyo so that they can be synced properly, or update these products manually so that they point to the right site? What am I missing? Thanks in advance!
[Shopify] Combining shopify e-mail & klaviyo customers
Hello! I am fairly new to Klaviyo. I started a fly in popup for my shop that all funnel under a segment called “newsletter.” Am I able to add the e-mails collected via Shopify onto Klaviyo in order to have all e-mail contacts in one spot? If there is a link someone could send with this answer if it has already been asked before that would be fantastic as well.So thankful for this community!

How to feature a single product from a collection in the product block?
Hi guys, I’m wondering how to feature a variant on the “Products” block in an email. I went over the instructions on https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000219092-How-to-Insert-a-Product-Block It says: By default, product images and buttons are automatically linked to the product's page in your store. Klaviyo will pull in the primary image of a product, so it's not possible to use a variant image instead. If you'd like, however, you can click a link to choose a custom destination URL. This can be useful if you would like to feature a single product from a collection. Then use the image and call-to-action (CTA) button to drive the recipient to this collection's page in your store (vs. a single product page). I tried it out and the product image and the name still remain the primary product’s name and image. Is there a way to approach it differently? Or is the only way to feature a variant to do it manually? To add images and buttons separately?I appreciate your advice!
Pulling Order Data From Woo Commerce
Hello Everyone - I have Klaviyo integrated with Stripe & WooCommerce. I am trying to set up a transactional email once an order is placed to act as a receipt, similar to the auto-email Stripe sends immediately after a credit card is processed and order is placed. How can I automatically pull the information into an email template in Klaviyo, such as name, order ID, shipping address, total, etc from either WooCommerce directly or Stripe?Thanks!
Rebuild Cart Dynamically for BigCommerce
Hi All,Just want to raise this as it seems like a huge disadvantage for Klaviyo.I’d like to request the ability for persistent/rebuilt carts in the BigCommerce integration so that the abandon flows aren’t a negative experience for potential customers.It seems as though this is possible given that the arctic leaf app was able to provide the feature (although it currently isn’t working, at least for me) and the lack of this feature in the integration is already making me look at other ESP’s like omnisend. If I’d known this wasn’t possible in Klaviyo from the beginning I don’t know that I would have even signed up.
Facebook + Klaviyo integration error with multiple accounts
Hi,I am having trouble with my Facebook integration for two different Klaviyo accounts I have and I’m wondering if it’s because my Klaviyo accounts sit under the same user (me) and my Facebook accounts also sit under the same user (me).Company 1 Klaviyo + Company 1 Facebook lead ad = successfully integratedCompany 2 Klaviyo + Company 2 Facebook lead ad = successfully integratedBut then when I go back into either of these accounts, i’m getting an error message for the integration. (Klaviyo is no longer authorised to connect).Has anyone else run into this problem?
Shopify failing to integrate
Hi there, I’m trying to integrate my Shopify with Klaviyo, and it’s not working out so far. When I enter my correct Shopify url I get an error message saying “Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable.” I can log into my Shopify account, so I know nothing is wrong on that end. Anything I might be missing? Thank you very much!
Constant wc_get_cart_url() error
Hello, I have the following issue: no matter what I do, I get a constant wc_get_cart_url() related error from the Klaviyo WooCommerce module and the error log reads: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_get_cart_url() in /wp-content/plugins/klaviyo/includes/wck-cart-functions.php:94Has anybody seen something like this? Why can't I add a page for Facebook Lead Ads in the New Pages Experience of FB?
Is anyone else having issues connecting their Facebook Lead ads integration? I have successfully connected the advertising account and audiences but it’s not loading any Facebook pages I am admin of. I have logged with support with no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I’ve set up Klaviyo/Squarespace integration and I can see that the data is being sent by Zapier. Here is the Data Out response to a recent sign up: message:A confirmation email was sent to Hello@barnfieldcustoms.com since a double opt-in list was selected for this Zap step. Why am I getting an error message saying that the audience is too small on our Facebook Ad?
If you’re getting an error message saying that the audience is too small on your Facebook Ad, that error message means that you have fewer than 20 people in your Facebook Ads list. Facebook requires you to sync at least 20 people per list in order to advertise. If the list contains fewer than 20 people, Facebook will not allow you to advertise to a custom audience. If an email address is not found then the customer will not sync from Klaviyo to the Facebook list.
Woocommerce periodic sync has failed
“Your WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed.Klaviyo is no longer authorized to connect to WooCommerce.Please check WooCommerce and update your settings to re-enable sync. If you have any questions, please contact our Success Team.” I have used the public API key. Setup exactly as followed in the video tutorial.Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this issue ASAP?Thanks!
Webhook to Twilio 401 error
Has anyone successfully sent a webhook request directly to the Twilio messaging API from a Klaviyo flow? I’m getting a 401 error with no additional information, and I know my credentials are correct because I’m able to send a successful request from Postman>Twilio and Zapier>Twilio with the same settings.
Shopify newsletter subscribers are not going into klaviyo newsletter list
Hey guys, I have tested subscribing multiple email addresses via the footer form on Shopify and the subscribed contact never syncs across to Klaviyo into the newsletter list... The integration is set up to sync over subscribers. The newsletter footer form includes the newsletter tag as a hidden field. I’m not sure what i’m missing?
