Hi there, I am trying to install Klaviyo on WooCommerce. I have installed the app and trying to connect accounts. When I go to connect accounts, it displays a 404 error page. I’m trying to integrate my woocommerce shop with klaviyo. I regenerated my access keys and secret and have tried connecting using postman and that works fine. The postman URL that i tried is https://in.boredgamecompany.com/wp-json/wc/v3/orders/My shop URL is https://in.boredgamecompany.com and my secret and password is in the integration. However i get error Unable to access: https://in.boredgamecompany.com/wp-json/wc/v3/. 403 authorization error Im not sure how to proceed since all my campaigns are blocked due to this. Please assist
Hi,Do somebody find a solution to implement back in stock flow with Klaivyo and Woocommerce ?natively, it is possible only with shopify. I did it with a List, form and woocommerce hooks but with this method, I have to send email and create new list manualy each time… Regards

We switched the shopify primary domain couple days ago and while we see klaviyo activity and events, we’re down over 50% from before the switch. We’ve added the domain verification to the DNS of the new domain. Re-added the klaviyo connection in shopify. Is there anything else we need to do to get tracking fully operational with the new domain name?
Hi!We implemented push notifications in our iOS app and would like to enable deep linking. I understand that Klaviyo does not currently support deep linking for push notifications, but wonder if deep links can be achieved through workaround, homegrown ways? If you can please share insights on how to set up deep linking for Klaviyo push notifications, that would be so appreciated. Thank you!Rachel
Hello! Is it possible to get the Back in Stock button to trigger on a Shopify collection page in addition to the product page? I’ve played around with it a little bit with no luck – I’m guessing a function within onsite.js would need to be modified, but wondering if anyone has experience with doing this before attempting anything. Hi, I have migrated an account across to Klaviyo, everything is open and running and the customers are going into flows however when they preform actions such as purchase they are going into a mailchimp list and not straight into klaviyo. There no is sign up forms running on Mailchimp. I put two screenshots below so you can see.
We switched over to Shopify a month ago, and everything is working as it should be—except we can't find a way to distinguish between newsletter subscriptions submitted in the footer, slider, and checkout.Because we base our welcome flows on newsletter subscription sources, is there any way (like via snippet) that we could identify in Klaviyo exactly which field new newsletter subscribers used to subscribe? I know we could plausibly do so with Klaviyo popups or embeds, but would rather the identifier simply be part of the data imported to Klaviyo via integration upon subscription.
How do I change the settings for the WooCommerce/Klaviyo integration so that data no longer syncs in real-time? The integration causes issues during times of high web traffic because of the sheer volume of data that gets sent when a user is active on the website / makes a purchase. We have been advised that Klaviyo offers the option of batch updates. Can anyone advise on how I can change this setting?
I am using the Convert Plus modal popup and I have followed all integration instructions, however, when someone subscribes, even though I can see the email in the convert plus list, it doesn't get synced/pushed to the Klaviyo list. Any ideas why? URL: www.caviarofswitzerland.com

Hi, My abandon cart emails are being sent to customers who have placed orders, customers who have set up subscription orders, and even to me when I tested adding something to the cart, never checking out, removing it from the cart within a minute or two.I checked my flow trigger and have several people in the queue who have placed orders who are showing as not having placed orders.It seems to be sending no matter what. How do I fix this? Thanks for your help.
Hi, I recently setup Klaviyo with Shopify and realized that no product is showing in “you might also like” section populated by shop_popular_feed (I did not create other feed yet). I’ve read in the forum that it might be due to inventory being managed by third party app which is my case (printful). But how can we change this setting so the feed can work? Also in the the abandoned cart flow, often products aren’t showing up (see screenshot attached). Is it because the viewer did not accept cookie or blocks them? Thanks for your light because an email sent with no information in it (product recently viewed or you may also like) is irrelevant and bad for reputation i guess..Best regards,
Suppose I have created a lead in Salesforce. That individual lead detail is synced/found in Klaviyo. If I delete that Salesforce lead then will the corresponding Klaviyo record will also get deleted? Tried deleting a lead in Salesforce but the corresponding lead detail was still found in Klaviyo. Do Klaviyo sync only the newly created lead and make no changes to the updated and deleted leads? What is the nature of Klaviyo sync?
I have a browse abondement flow, but it’s not activated because viewed product tracking is not enabled by default. How can I enable this for a new shopify theme like: Motion. I don’t have a standard product.liquid file in the code of this theme.The second part of the question: what results will I actually achieve with this, will it actually be able to find email addresses of users who go on my website to only view a product and not ATC (if they come from a source like Facebook). So I have a domain with a sub domain. the sub domain is the only one running woocommerce and sales. the main domain is informational only. can i use klaivyo with the same public key on both for forms, pop ups, etc., and then just have the wordpress linked to the subdomain?

Why is my WooCommerce/Klaviyo integration causing an error: "Klaviyo extension is uninstalled or unavailable"?
HiI am trying to create the integration between Woo/Klaviyo. I have set up the REST API and entered the Consumer key etc but am getting this message: The Klaviyo extension is uninstalled or unavailable. What is causing this? Could anyone point me in the right direction please? Many thanks
