Why doesn’ Klaviyo support attachments directly within the email? I have noticed that SendGrid supports it and therefore should Klaviyo as SendGrids core API is being used to deliver emails through Klaviyo marketing platform. It’s a big disadvantage that we cannot directly attach documents within the email as most of our B2B customers are automatically processing our invoice emails, and their system cannot “click to download” but require the invoice to be attached. We are currently adding a button in our emails which works fine for B2C, but not for B2B.This means we cannot send invoices through Klaviyo properly as we need to first send it to the buyer which then has to download via the button and attach it themselves. This feature should be pretty easy for the development team to add as the directory/link to file is added in the JSON from our ERP same as we already do for the button.
successfully Integration klaviyo with Shopify, but the Customers list in Shopify did not store into specific List which defined when integrating !
I Successfully integrated with Shopify.I selected to store my customers in a list by the name of “New Subscribers”.When I add a new Customer in Shopify, the data successfully submit and also display in Both of Profile and My List. But the main Problem this is When I have some Customers in Shopify before integrate with Klaviyo, The Customers can’t automatically sync into my List. It’s means I have for now 100 Customers in Shopify which Accept the Give message and sms.And I integrate the Klaviyo with My Shopify, And in the last All Customers came in Profile But not in My List.and my List is Single-opt.But when I Integrated, after that each customers which created will come in my List.
I’ve recebntly migrated from mailchimp to klaviyo. I use shopify as my ecom platform if that is helpful information. I am not seeing historical data for mailchimp such as what emails they have received before when in mailchimp etc. I thought this would pull over? Did I do something wrong or mis a step?
Hi there attempting to have webflow sign up people without leaving the site:I have tried setting up similarly to mailchimp but it doesnt seem to work, it re-directs to another sign up page where it requests the email again. Does anyone have a fix for this? Here are the settings: bestob
If your Facebook integration is disabled, two possible reasons are that:There was an authorization error An action was taken in Facebook that disrupted the integrationRegarding authorization, your integration will disable due to a permissions error if you update settings in your Facebook Ads account that cause our authentication token to get revoked (i.e. if you update account password). This can also happen if different users are manipulating audiences and these users don't have full admin permissions. There are also certain actions you can take in Facebook that will disrupt the integration and cause it to disable. A common example is if you delete an audience in Facebook that we are actively trying to sync with. Our integration will disable if we attempt to sync with a deleted audience because we can’t determine why we can’t sync with the audience; we default to assuming there is a permissions issue and an authentication error is triggered. If you see that your integration is disabled
I’m unable to pull in the Abandoned Checkout metric from ReCharge into Klaviyo. I’ve done the basic ReCharge integration and followed the instructions from Klaviyo to paste public API key into ReCharge to activate the Abandoned Checkout metric. However, after testing, it is still not working. Does anyone have a solution for this?
Does anyone have experience integrating Klaviyo into the Shopify Impulse theme? I’m struggling with it mightily. I’ve got almost everything up and running but I’m finding it impossible to get the “Viewed Product” tracking to work. I’ve been following the Kalviyo instructions to the letter (adding the Viewed Product snippet to the Product.liquid file), and also experimenting with adding the snippet to other areas of the product layout, all without luck. Has anyone got the Viewed Product tracking to work on Impulse and can provide instruction on how exactly you did it? Thanks!
Hi! I am trying to set up a flow for the “Added to Cart Trigger”, but for some reason after installing the Viewed Product tracking and “added to cart” snippet, my feed is only showing me. What’s also weird is for the “active on site” feed, it’s also only tracking me and one other customer. Which I know is not accurate because we’ve had several orders in the past hour. I figured maybe it has something to do with cookies? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
Klaviyo currently supports only one integration of any type within a single Klaviyo account. If you have more than one ecommerce store of the same type, you will need to create a Klaviyo account for each store. If you have more than one store, and each is supported by a different platform, it is technically possible to integrate all stores with the same Klaviyo account. However, we highly recommend against this option in order to streamline data analysis and prevent confusion amongst metrics with flows and segments. We don’t provide a way to separate stores within a single Klaviyo account. For more information on the multi-account setup that we recommend, head to this Community conversation on the topic or the Multi-Account User Privileges article. If you are using Magento, it’s possible to integrate a Magento server that has multiple stores on it. When you do this, we will sync all profiles and order data from each store into your account. Additionally, we will sync “Magento Store Name”
We have a Typeform connected to Klaviyo. When users enter a date response in Typeform, for example “What date do you want to schedule your appointment: 07/29/2021”The data that shows up in the Klaviyo customer profile’s custom property comes up as a day before: 07/28/2021This creates a major issue when trying to create an automated Klaviyo email or sms that is supposed to remind customers about their appointments.Does anyone hav a solution for this?
I’ve had a look at the custom integration for Klaviyo, but I can’t understand how to pull customer emails into Klaviyo from the backend of Etsy. I can see that Aweber has this feature, but I don’t want to go with them! Plus we also have a shopify store that will be feeding into Klaviyo. Does anyone have any experience with integrating Klaviyo with Etsy, or have any advice?
I get the above and have no idea how to make it not fail after searching on google, please give advice, thanks. Background if it matters: I didn’t pay for my shopify store once my 14day free trial was over and waited 20+ days before reactivating my store, maybe this triggered it, nonetheless need a solution.
My store has recently opened a brick-and-mortar shop, so in addition to shipping goods to customers, customers also have the option of picking their items up at the shop. When customers choose the pickup option, we manually change the order status in BigCommerce to “Awaiting Pickup” when the order is ready. Ideally, we want this status change to trigger a flow in Klaviyo to send an “order is ready for pickup” email. Because this is a manual change on BigCommerce’s back end, there isn’t a part of our website that I can add Track code to -- at least, not that I’m aware of. Does anyone know of a way to get Klaviyo to see this as an event? Or have other ideas how to trigger this flow?
We got an error message from Klaviyo saying that our WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed. Our data from WooCommerce has stopped updating, which means that our flows are not being triggered.Has anyone else experienced this? And what did you do to fix it? Any ideas as to what causes this?(We have contacted Klaviyo support as directed by the error message, but they’ve informed us that they are slow and suggested we ask the Community in the meantime.)
Hello!Hoping for some help with Octane AI, or maybe just general rules of thumb for third party providers. I integrated with Octane AI using a private key and set up a Quiz. Everything seems to be flowing correctly, I am getting the email and quiz answers populated in my Newsletter list, but…. my testers have not received the opt in email.I am assuming this is because they entered the email in Octane AI, and there is nothing that triggers the send in Klaviyo?Does this mean these users won’t receive email flows I have set up for Newsletter? Is there some way to force the double opt in email to send?
Hi,We have a client on Klaviyo and we’d like to know how to send auto generated Klaviyo discount codes to customers when they purchase a product? Is there a way, to insert a auto generated code in a Klaviyo post purchase flow that will first ask the customer for a review. Then once the customer submits a review, second email will be sent which will include their on time use discount code from Klaviyo? Thanks in advance everyone!
