I have not been able to integrate klaviyo to woocommerce. I have been getting errors for days. I deactivated some plugins but it still gives the error. Please how can you resolve this???The Error: We encountered an error while attempting to establish an integration between WooCommerce and Klaviyo. I am currently using Magento 2.3.4. I want to integrate klaviyo extension in it.My store url looks like: https://xx.xx.xx.xx/magento234Path for that in my instance is: /var/www/html/magento234 So I am using the path to be mentioned in the store url.Currently my problem is: When I try to integrate with the extension in OAuth, it only takes the ip of my instance. i.e., “https://xx.xx.xx.xx/oauth/token/request” instead of “https://xx.xx.xx.xx/magento234/oauth/token/request” . So what can I do to solve this problem?
Hello,I have an online store created in prestashop (Version 18.104.22.168). The server works with Plesk in its latest version with Php 7.3.I have installed the free Klaviyo module and I have configured it following the manual. Everything worked correctly until I got to the API integration.When I integrate Klaviyo with Prestashop, I add the address of the online store, the Prestashop Webservice API and permissions are correct.I click on "Click here to retrieve the list of shops" but I get the following error: Please make sure your webservice key has permissions to the 'klaviyo' resource.I have tried with another server but the problem persists, could you please advise me?Thanks

How to remove the line between the ‘subscription’ and ‘account creation’ checkbox? Hello guys,I have some problems with communication between.I want to integrate opencart with my website. I got this error: We were unable to connect to your account. Please verify your settings. Any another website i add it works, but not with mine. I want to install signup forms. In source i find the code, but i got this error: Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site.And another thing. On feed. On every feed i got this error: Error fetching feed. The URL specified returned a 503 status code. Your feed must return an HTTP 200 response to be valid. Do you know how can i fix this? P.S. i use cloudflare but is on pause.Thank you
Does anyone know the right way to install klaviyo on a shopify store that optimises performance? I've complained to Klaviyo that loads of scripts are installed and it impacts performance (a big no-no now that Google launched web vitals especially) and they send me to this page. But that method still injects loads of scripts, and doesn't even sync a shopify customer list with klaviyo profiles.Specifically that method adds 8 scripts and 1 stylesheet (and this is without the shopify app intalled)Tests before and after saw my store drop from 88 to 48 in google page speed insights (desktop) and from a B (88%) in GTMetrix to a D (56%).It's just not sustainable to have this impact on performance and I'm reaching the end of my journey with Klaviyo unless someone can add some input to help.Thanks!
Hey guys, hope you’re safe!We’re migrating from our MC account into klaviyo.As you already know, MC marks every contact with a specific “tag”.There are 4 different tags:empty (someone who bought, but not agreed with subscription); subscribed and /or unsubscribed; cleaned (someone who bought, agreed with subscription but, after the purchase, bounced a lot of emails and is no longer reached by email because it is a very "cold" contact);Now, we have 0 empty and a lot of cleaned contacts. We’re concerned about cleaned contacts management during the migration.I know that unsubscribed contacts, after the migration from MC and thanks to the migration of statistics from MC, are listed in specific field called “suppressed profiles” in the Klaviyo “Profiles” section.Our Goals: We don’t want reach out these cleaned contacts with klaviyo, also, we need to add these cleaned contacts to our customer order history in shopify (“customers” section in shopify dashboard);Also, thanks to your video tutor
I received an email instructing me to load the new woocommerce plug in. I have already got it loaded. will it update automatically or do I need to start again. The link the email took me to was to integrate woo with klaviyo but there is no mention of updating an existing plug in?Thanks
When creating coupons in Klaviyo for an abandoned cart flow, do I need to create the coupon in shopify as well? I created the coupon in Klaviyo but I dont see the coupon in Shopify and I dont want customers that get this coupon to not be able to use it because it doesent exist in shopify.
I’m not sure what happened but my tracking isn’t working properly. It has been about 45-50 days since Klaviyo has tracked placed orders. I have updated Shopify integration, added codes manually, checked this forum with no avail. Please help me figure this out.
I can see in your help topic “Configure your email template to collect user ratings” that the example has one question and then the user rating scale below rated 1-10. My question is - is it possible to have an email template with multiple questions and user scales for each? Or would I need something like Typeform for that?

I’m trying to integrate my woocommerce shop with klaviyo. I regenerated my access keys and secret and have tried connecting using postman and that works fine. The postman URL that i tried is https://in.boredgamecompany.com/wp-json/wc/v3/orders/My shop URL is https://in.boredgamecompany.com and my secret and password is in the integration. However i get error Unable to access: https://in.boredgamecompany.com/wp-json/wc/v3/. 403 authorization error Im not sure how to proceed since all my campaigns are blocked due to this. Please assist
Hi,Do somebody find a solution to implement back in stock flow with Klaivyo and Woocommerce ?natively, it is possible only with shopify. I did it with a List, form and woocommerce hooks but with this method, I have to send email and create new list manualy each time… Regards

We switched the shopify primary domain couple days ago and while we see klaviyo activity and events, we’re down over 50% from before the switch. We’ve added the domain verification to the DNS of the new domain. Re-added the klaviyo connection in shopify. Is there anything else we need to do to get tracking fully operational with the new domain name?
