Why is My Shopify Embed Form not Syncing Subscribers to a List?
My Shopify website is new - so new that the actual store pages are not yet live, though other pages are. I have added a Klaviyo newsletter signup to my site using a snippet. It works fine but is clunky with the design. I’d rather use the signup form in the Shopify template, however the integration is not working! I followed directions without a hitch. It says that my site is integrated, yet any email addresses added via the template signup are added to profiles and do not show up in the newsletter list. (In fact I have to search to find the profile and the profile says that it accepts marketing) Is it because the snippet is still installed? I only have one store and one Klaviyo account. I have searched through the forum and I am seeing that this has happened to several people but have not found a resolution for a new store with a small newsletter that is just starting.

Hello Klaviyo community,I’m having a problem one of my clients woo commerce website. I integrate perfectly and all the metrics working. But in integration Klaviyo showing me that sync failed. Could you please tell me what the point I’m missing? It’s synced only 50% and the rest is not syncing.
Back in Stock / Custom API call successful but not showing
Hello,We are using a Shopify headless build and are developing a custom Back in Stock feature on the frontend and have had success setting it for out of stock products based on the following guide:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/how-to-set-up-custom-back-in-stock We have no problems making a call to a Product that contains both a Product ID and a Variant (for instance: size or colour) — if the product is published in the catalog, it creates that entry under Profile > Email address as well as shows in the activity feed.But for simple products without variants (flat with no options), we are struggling to figure out what to include — sending just the product ID but no Variant ends up with an error stating that the “variant” property is required. Most guides seem to just use the Product ID for the Variant, but that does not seem to register despite a successful post request being made. We ensured the said item in question is published but cannot find it anywhere despite a success
Recharge and Klaviyo integration - what am I missing
Hi folks, scratching my head regarding integration with ReCharge. Hopefully there is sufficient context in here that people can point out what step I may have missed or done incorrectly.In support docs/instructions, it states that I need to integrate/connect with Klaviyo from Recharge first:This is done and API key accepted. Nothing shows up in Klaviyo however, and any backfill or sync doesn’t seem to do anything.When I go to see if I can enable the integration from Klaviyo side I get this:Now, this is a very new Klaviyo workspace and I am learning as I go so is it possible that there could be a background setting that needs enabling before this all works?Admin tells me my “Shopify store is connected” in green, however any Shopify sync in integrations seems to be permanently pending (it has stayed like this throughout)Is it the case that Recharge can’t work without the above singing along, or is it (as I suspect) that some background account setting needs to be changed.Hopefully this
Fire custom webhook when user unsubscribes?
How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?
Update a Klaviyo custom property list with Zapier
Looking for someone with experience using Zapier and Klaviyo property lists/arrays Klaviyo stores a custom property as a list if the values are surrounded by square brackets So I can easily transfer a value from Zapier into Klaviyo as a list by putting square brackets around the Zapier value.But I’m thinking about the best way to update an existing property list in Klaviyo with more items. For example, if I find the contact with Zapier’s Klaviyo search action, I can retrieve their profile property liste.g. [Item 1,Item 2,Item 3]Then I could use Zapier formatter to remove each square bracket (2 steps)Then use the Zapier Klaviyo update action to bring in the old items plus the new item, and re-enclose them with square brackets:e.g. [Item 1,Item 2,Item 3,NEW ITEM] I’m just wondering if this is the best way to do this (adds 2 Zapier actions each time), or if there is a more streamlined way I’m missing.

Any another website i add it works, but not with mine. I want to install signup forms. In source i find the code, but i got this error: Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site.And another thing. On feed. On every feed i got this error: Error fetching feed. The URL specified returned a 503 status code. Your feed must return an HTTP 200 response to be valid. Do you know how can i fix this? P.S. i use cloudflare but is on pause.Thank you
WooCommerce Integration Unable to access API with credentials specified.
I have tried many times and emailed the help center and they told me to download and set up the 2.4.2 plugin but I have not fixed my problem yet.My problem is I can't do WooCommerce Integration, when I do everything according to your instructions then I am called "Unable to access API with credentials specified". Viewed Product & Add to Cart not working
Hi there,I can’t seem to figure this out after reading other discussions’ on ATC and Viewed Product. I’ve just added the Viewed Product code and Add to Cart code to my client’s Shopify store but both of these events do not seem to work. Here’s the screenshot of the codes: (ps. I got the add to cart ID by following these steps) I’ve also tested it with putting the ?email@example.com at the end of the store’s url but it didn’t trigger any of these two events. Also, the store also has other product pages as shown below. Do I need to insert these codes in all 4 pages? Please let me know if I’m missing a step or did this incorrectly. Thank you!
APi and scripts for WPforms
Hi, I currently use WPForms for the contact and purchase forms on my website. I am trying to see if there any way to be able to connect to WPForms using the API keys. My forms right now collect abandoned entries and data but, I do not have any ability to send these abandoned entries to a specific list in Klaviyo.Does anyone have any knowledge that may be able to help me build this script to send these abandoned entry emails to my Klaviyo account and into a specified list?Thank you.
Klaviyo only tracks me for "Viewed Product" and "Added to Cart" tracking
Hi! I am trying to set up a flow for the “Added to Cart Trigger”, but for some reason after installing the Viewed Product tracking and “added to cart” snippet, my feed is only showing me. What’s also weird is for the “active on site” feed, it’s also only tracking me and one other customer. Which I know is not accurate because we’ve had several orders in the past hour. I figured maybe it has something to do with cookies? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
Magento 2: Error 504 Gateway time-out
Hi,I am unable to resynch magento 2 integration for some reason. I clicked magento 2 on the integration page but instead of taking me to the page to resync with my magento 2 website it ended up timing out and showing the time out error page: I can confirm that all of the other integrations worked, it was just magento 2 that seem to have issues loading so I can resync.
Anybody successful with getting Order ID from OpenCart into Klaviyo?
I’m trying to create dynamic thank you pages using Klaviyo, to thank customers who bought products off an OpenCart store. OpenCart store version: Version 184.108.40.206 I used this extension to integrate OpenCart to Klaviyo: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=38017 All works well, BUT – the ORDER ID doesn’t seem to be sent over to Klaviyo, and I’m unable to find a event merge tag for it: Am I missing something here – or is there something custom that I’ve to do? Appreciate any direction or help.
Set up back in stock via API
Hey, I want to set up the back in stock functionality via API for Shopify. I was following this this guide but I am facing an issue with CORS policy:Access to fetch at 'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/catalog/subscribe' from origin 'https://blabla.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.If I got it right, the issue is that the klaviyo domain is not passing Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response. [Shopify] Viewed Product Image Empty
I really want to get this Viewed product script to work and I’ve been trying for three months now. I’m using Shopify and just to start from scratch, I completely removed all instances of the Viewed Product code from the entire store, so with that being said, I should show that the integration should be off, but my store is showing the integration enabled. So assuming that this is correct and the Viewed Product integration checks out and is working, then why am I getting Blank products as per the image. When Blank products show up, then it sends an email to the customer automatically, but the email looks broken, because no product image is attached. How do I stop broken product views. I know this is a known issue, because I’ve seen others posting about it and there is no resolution.
Integration with Recharge V2
Hi everyone, i have a quick question. I’m having problem with integration recharge V2 with Klaviyo. Unfortunately, the V1 that was installed and working properly has been removed. The main issues is that the integration on Recharge say it is connected, but on klaviyo, it says go to the recharge admin to finish the integration. And all the metrics are no longer showing any data received (Started subscription, cancelled subscription etc).Screenshot for RechargeKlaviyo screenshotKindly advise on what could be done. I discovered this box while testing my site for bugs; I did read the other thread about it (mysterious checkbox on woo) and no matter what I do here, the checkbox is still there regardless - until I deactivate the plugin itself. What do I do? I feel this will definitely deter a potential customer considering they don’t know what’s being optional. Thanks! Using woocommerce as well, all plugins up to date.
