Are there any other details you can provide? Have you seen any error messages related to the WC integration in the UI? Are you currently using the V3 integration?
I have updated the credentials and there is no error messages related to the WC integration I am not sure if I am on V3 I was just made aware of this and the person that was in charge is no longer here and I am selected by default. If you have a troubleshooting guide or what information I can get you I will do my best to make that happen.
I would recommend walking through our WooCommerce integration guide to ensure that everything was set up correctly. If you contact our Support team via email or Live Chat, they can take a look at your account and investigate further.
