Issue klaviyo's integration multistore prestashop 1.7

Hi, 

 

We’ve downloaded the Klaviyo module on our multistore prestashop, then we’ve followed all the steps here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054551492-How-to-Integrate-with-PrestaShop

We have two klaviyo’s account, as we have two different brands on our multistore, so we have to integrate both klaviyo’s account on our multistore. 

 

Issue1:

  • When we add the API public key, private key, and set the sync database, it doesn’t save our parameters on Prestashop (we refresh the page and all our settings are gone). The strange thind is that on one of our brand it has saved half of the settings, but on the other one, nothing is saved. Do you have any advice to fix this? 

Issue2:

  • The added to cart metric doesn’t exist in both klaviyo’s account. How to create it?

For the first bullet, we’ve seen some other issues with multi-store Prestashop environments that were solved via these Community posts, so I’d recommend first following the solutions/instructions here:

 

For the second topic, the Added to Cart, Active on Site, and Viewed Product metrics are synced from PrestaShop via API, so they will be accompanied by a gear icon instead of a PrestaShop icon, and can be found by selecting API from the metric dropdown:
