Our transactional emails look like this,
Can Klaviyo take care of the “Delivered” emails so Shipstation can stop sending them?
The solutions I got 7 months ago from Klaviyo seemed to either subscribe to an other software integration (at this point I am collecting apps like pokemons), or to create a flow that would approximately guess when the delivery (that one I can foresee issue with customers already).
I don’t mind continuing our workflow as is. If the Dev team have finally added this great integration ( Shipstation ---->inform Klaviyo the shipment is delivered--->Klaviyo sends a “delivered” email) we will gladly adopt it and use it.

At this time ShipStation does not have a “Delivered” metric that is sent to Klaviyo, so the advice you were give before still remains. You would either need to use another third part app or create the flow the mentioned in your post to create a “Delivered” email. I will mark this post for future review, so if this feature become available in the future I will update this thread!
