Migrating Order History

This is certainly possible with a couple simple steps! Here’s the Help Center article if you haven’t seen it:

• How to Manually Import Historical Event Data

You would need to import your Order History as a .CSV file, which you can easily create from your excel window via Save As > CSV. The above-linked Help Center article details how to format data and explains which data field you’ll need to have in order to import into Klaviyo. 

To summarize:

• Each row in the .CSV file will represent an action or activity
• The two required fields are a timestamp in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS, and a customer property (email or unique ID) to identify the person performing the action
• For events with the same timestamp, include a unique $event_id
• Optionally, you can add fields such as $value, Person//First Name, Person//Last Name, and others
• After formatting the data, you can upload the .CSV file to Klaviyo under the Integrations tab
