Trigger for Package Delivered Using Ship Station & Shopify

We have Klaviyo connected to our Shopify store and we are using Ship Station as our carrier that is also connected to Shopify.

What we want to do is send out an email from Klaviyo based on a trigger of when the shipment is actually delivered.

Has anyone done this?

Hey there, welcome to the Klaviyo Community :grinning:

Currently our integration with ShipStation supports the following metrics: 

  • Order Awaiting Shipment
  • Order Awaiting Payment
  • Order on Hold
  • Order Shipped
  • Order Cancelled 

 

There is no “Order Delivered” metric. That being said, you could trigger a flow based on the “Order Shipped” metric and add a time delay of the typical shipping period and then send an email alerting customers they should be on the lookout for their order to arrive soon.
