Why isn't my onsite tracking being installed?

I would like to turn on onsite tracking, I used this link: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4425956184731

instead of the green response I get this in blue: You will be prompted to configure onsite tracking after connecting to your Shopify store.

 

what can I do?

To be clear, do you mean you’re following this part of our documentation on How to Enable Onsite Tracking and when you click the link in step #7, you aren’t seeing a message that your onsite has been successfully installed? Have you ensured that your Shopify integration is enabled and connected to your Shopify account and finished steps 1-6 o the process?

Thanks for sharing that! 

 

Can you confirm that you integrated your Klaviyo and Shopify account and that you have completed steps #3-6 which ask you to enable Onsite Tracking in your Shopify side?
