We have a shipping program with an annual fee. It is a product on our Shopify site. We have a blurb promoting it in the footer of every email (campaigns and flows). The price of it does change occasionally. Is there a way to use a dynamic code to pull that one product’s price into the text of the email? Currently, we have to edit every email individually. If we can’t get that data directly from the product, is there a way to create a global variable that could be changed in one place that would change all the email copy automatically?
I reported this problem back in June of 2021. In Sept 2021 and Dec 2022 I reported it again and was told it was being escalated or that the engineering team was “aware of it”. Each time I was told someone would get back to me and no one ever did. Nothing seems to be happening with it. I’m hoping someone here has found a workaround.I’m using the Klaviyo back-in-stock notifier with BigCommerce. In a nutshell, Klaviyo reads BC product info *once* when you first create the product and never again.Add a product with no variants and give it SKU “tshirt”. Klaviyo reads it and all is well. If you then add variants with new SKUS (“tshirt-red”, t-shirt-blue”), klaviyo does not see those updates, and the “notify me when back in stock” button appears on the product pages even thought the products have qty in stock.The problem is that there’s no way to force Klaviyo to re-sync the product info. We would like to integrate one of our sites purely as form of lead capture. This site currently does not sell anything. This site is part of a Wordpress multisite. So when we install the Klaviyo plugin we must install it on the network and then activate it on the site dashboard side.After that we follow the instructions and just after we select a list and hit connect, we are refreshed with the follow error.Has anyone encountered this before or successfully integrated when using a wordpress multisite? Since the site is not transactional how can I just install Klaviyo so that way we can display forms and pop-ups?To clarify, our ecommerce sites are not part of the multisites and are their own separate sites. Each has been successfully integrated with Klaviyo on its own.
We have a Magento 2 store that is synced with Klaviyo. Working perfectly with orders and synced up data. There is some data that is filled in at checkout (which we see in orders) and that information doesn’t seem to be showing in Klaviyo orders (or tags for later emails). Is there a way to choose what data is picked up in Klaviyo?

I’m running a Net Promotor Survey through Typeform, and using Klaviyo to email folks to take the survey.Since integration Typeform > Klaviyo yesterday, as many as 30 people filled out the NPS, but “Filled Out Form” metrics are still at Zero, and Custom Properties have not been autogenerated for each form question. We are currently trying to build our custom Klaviyo integration and are somehow stuck when presenting a user a search field to search for a specific Klaviyo profile. The API states that we should use Filtering on the `/profiles` endpoint to filter for a specific profile. However, when trying to filter by email one must only use the `equals` or `any` filter. This is somewhat impractical, as users do not often search by a full email address but rather by keywords they can remember. Is there anything we’re missing here which would allow us to do a wildcard search on the profile filter fields?
We have event tracking setup using GTM (Google tag manager) and the suggested code on klaviyo’s help page. (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005077027-How-to-Configure-Google-Analytics-Goal-Tracking-for-a-Signup-Form) Event tracking form views and submissions is working perfectly in Google Universal Analytics. Unfortunate this is not the case for the new Google Analytics 4. These events are not showing up in reports. This will be a problem when Universal Analytics stops processing data. Has anyone found a way to track klaviyo form events in G4?

I Successfully integrated with Shopify.I selected to store my customers in a list by the name of “New Subscribers”.When I add a new Customer in Shopify, the data successfully submit and also display in Both of Profile and My List.But the main Problem this is When I have some Customers in Shopify before integrate with Klaviyo, The Customers can’t automatically sync into my List. It’s means I have for now 100 Customers in Shopify which Accept the Give message and sms.And I integrate the Klaviyo with My Shopify, And in the last All Customers came in Profile But not in My List.and my List is Single-opt.But when I Integrated, after that each customers which created will come in my List.

Hi. I’m facing an issue with Klaviyo. I’ve set up Wheelio (Spin Wheel) on my Shopify store the customers spin the wheel and they are awraded with a coupon. I want the emails to go to my Klaviyo list that I’ve created for Wheelio, but Klaviyo is not receiving the emails from Wheelio. Hi there! Unusual question, we have 1 store and we want a second Klaviyo account to send b2b and partners e-mails. Can we connect 2 Klaviyo account with the same Shopify account ? The goal is to be able to use products in our e-mails. Maybe it could be better to only sync the catalog ? Thanks

I noticed Klaviyo doesn’t support google annotation so I am looking for a way to get around this. I can think of using Klaviyo webhook and listen to the webhook from aws and send aws simple email service to send custom email with google annotation code. Do you happen to know another approach please share with me.
I’ve recebntly migrated from mailchimp to klaviyo. I use shopify as my ecom platform if that is helpful information. I am not seeing historical data for mailchimp such as what emails they have received before when in mailchimp etc. I thought this would pull over? Did I do something wrong or mis a step?
Hello! I am the most novice, novice there is when it comes to Klavyio. I have set up all of my flows, however, I need to streamline the process so that I am not manually sending them to customers. We run a cold-pressed juice business and cannot calculate the timeline of production like a fashion company might. When a customer places an order we need to send emails based on their delivery date, not when the order itself was made. As every customer will have different delivery dates, and periods between order placed and expected delivery, I am really curious about how I can do this in Klavyio, and if this is at all possible. Example: Someone buys a juice cleanse on December 1st, Wednesday. They want it delivered December 6th, Monday. We have a journey setup so that people get an email upon purchasing, an email 2 days before cleansing to prepare themselves, an email the day of when we are delivering it and then an email every day throughout the cleanse and 2 days after. Why doesn’t Klaviyo connect to Lightspeed X series??? I have been frustrated that Klaviyo kept saying my password was incorrect for Lightspeed and yet I knew it was correct then realised it said R series!I couldn’t change it to any other series. I only got Lightspeed Dec last year.
