Hi! I want to be able to re-create a survey in Klaviyo that we had created in Mailchimp. It was a live page and embedded in emails. Has anyone done this here or I will need to try and use a 3rd Party like Typeform or Survicate to achieve this? Here’s the simple survey and rating request we are trying to recreate here:https://us20.list-manage.com/survey?u=2f1317f68627303562cc51de8&id=dfdcf433af&attribution=false Since migrating, this is the last piece we just can't seem to sort out. I contacted support 2 weeks ago via message (the chat links don’t work for me in Chrome or Safari to contact them directly), and haven’t received a response.
Hello! I’m currently building my website and it’s my first time using Klaviyo with Elementor Pro.Website: Film CerealI’m using Woo Commerce and Elementor Pro as my theme builder. I chose this because it said it has seamless integration with Klaviyo. I’d like to use Elementor Forms to design my popups and newsletter signup forms because Klaviyo has very limited customization for non-developers (i don’t code). I followed a tutorial by Thong Nguyen and used his plugin Include Klaviyo for Elementor.I followed his steps but when I tested, it wasn’t working. It says that the “submission” has been made but the confirmation email never arrives and nothing is added to the list.Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Klaviyo currently supports only one integration of any type within a single Klaviyo account. If you have more than one ecommerce store of the same type, you will need to create a Klaviyo account for each store. If you have more than one store, and each is supported by a different platform, it is technically possible to integrate all stores with the same Klaviyo account. However, we highly recommend against this option in order to streamline data analysis and prevent confusion amongst metrics with flows and segments. We don’t provide a way to separate stores within a single Klaviyo account. For more information on the multi-account setup that we recommend, head to this Community conversation on the topic or the Multi-Account User Privileges article. If you are using Magento, it’s possible to integrate a Magento server that has multiple stores on it. When you do this, we will sync all profiles and order data from each store into your account. Additionally, we will sync “Magento Store Name”
If you're not seeing your lead ad submissions properly sync to a list in your Klaviyo account, use the following troubleshooting steps: Double check that you have connected a list in Klaviyo to a lead ad form. You can do this by clicking into the list and checking the list's Settings tab. Ensure that the form submissions you're seeing in Facebook were made to the lead ad form after the form was connected to your Klaviyo list. Check that you have Leads Access permissions in Facebook Business. Navigate to Business Settings > Integrations > Leads Access and click on your page. Under "People" you should check to make sure that the personal Facebook account you used to integrate your Business account with Klaviyo is listed. If it's listed, that means you (and thus Klaviyo) have access to the leads for your page. If not, click Assign People and add your account. You can also check to make sure that you have Ad Accounts permissions in Facebook Business. Navigate to Business Setting
Hi there, I have two signup forms on my site. One is a Klaviyo pop up sign up form, and one is a Shopify sign up form in the footer. When a customer subscribes via the Shopify signup form, I see a profile created in Klaviyo, but I do not see them sync to the Klaviyo newsletter, as I have it set up:I want all customers who sign up via Shopify to automatically sync to the Klaviyo newsletter. There are a few other blog posts about this, but none of the solutions have worked for me:I have double opt in enabled for Klaviyo and double opt in disabled for Shopify I am using the Debut theme, which is a Shopify free theme, not a third party app theme The problem isn’t that the integration isn’t working. It is working, but the customers coming from the Shopify sign up form are not being added to the newsletter list (only to profiles) I am not migrating anything over from Mailchimp, as that has been the problem for some peopleI’ve looked through so many posts about how to fix this and nothing see
Hi all,There seems to be an issue with the Klaviyo integration with Shopify. In that, you are not able to connect more than one store to Klaviyo. We recently launched our US store and have started to segment our audience to send location specific emails to our American customers. It is essential for us to have two stores at the moment as the US store have a slightly different selection of product vs. UK and can pay in USD. However I am not able to gather any analytics from this store. Making it hard to analyse campaign and flow performance for this audience.I was curious to know if there was a work around or if Klaviyo were working on a fix for this?I look forward to hearing your thoughts,Many thanks,Rory
If you’re prompted by an error message to accept Facebook's Custom Audience Terms of Service, that indicates that you need to accept Facebook's Custom Audiences Terms of Service. If you’ve recently updated your Facebook permissions, or already accepted the terms of service, and still receive this error (or, if you receive a null error or a “We are unable to update your integration settings at this time. Please refresh or try again later” error) follow the alternative instructions listed below. If your Ads Account is directly associated with your personal Facebook account, follow this link and accept the TOS: https://www.facebook.com/ads/manage/customaudiences/tos.php If your Ads Account is in a Business Manager account you ALSO need to accept the TOS from within your business manager account (see below). Accepting TOS for a Personal Ad AccountThe link you see in Klaviyo will take you to the Terms of Service (ToS) page for whichever Facebook account you are already logged into. To ensur

Hello all,Over 12 months ago I started looking at Klaviyo and trying to work out how to integrate it with my Clickfunnels funnel.I got so confused with it and support was unable to assist me so, in the end I just left it. The thing is though, it looks a phenomenal platform so, here I am trying again.I'm hoping there will be someone on this forum familiar with Clickfunnels and able to assist me with the integration, I'm willing to pay for help if needed.I have been looking at this page: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005082927-Integrate-a-Custom-Ecommerce-Cart-or-Platform which has all the info I need to capture but, like I mentioned above I’m unsure what to do with it.Looking forward to a Christmas miracle.Kindest regardsAndy Haycock

Hello! Is it possible to get the Back in Stock button to trigger on a Shopify collection page in addition to the product page? I’ve played around with it a little bit with no luck – I’m guessing a function within onsite.js would need to be modified, but wondering if anyone has experience with doing this before attempting anything. Thanks,Chris
I am developing an e-commerce business on a Shopify platform. We haven’t set up our Klaviyo to Shopify integration and I’ve never used Klaviyo before.I’m trying to determine if I need a dedicated CRM to manage all of our customer data or if Klaviyo will meet my needs. I’d appreciate any information on how others have set up their platform. Many thanks - B
We use Klaviyo sign-up forms on our blog articles only. Klaviyo is slowing down page load times on all pages, even though it should only be running on blog pages. How can I turn off Klaviyo tracking for all pages other than blog pages? I can’t find any Klaviyo code snippets in my Shopify store, and I’ve already set Klaviyo to only run on blog pages in the newsletter settings.Screenshot below from Lighthouse shows Klaviyo blocking main thread work on a non-blog page.
Hello,Is there anyone out there that might be able to help me out with this issue?Problem: When selecting a product that is sold out - #1 the notify me when back in stock button is not showing up. #2 But, when the product page is refreshed it does show up - #3 however it will show up even for products that are in stock (right under the add to cart button)I attached a few screen shots of the code and what the buttons looks like. 1,2,3If someone has experienced this and can help me out it would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!
You’ve integrated your Shopify and synced your customers to Klaviyo, awesome! But why aren’t all of them in your newsletter list? When Klaviyo syncs customers from your Shopify store, it creates a Profile for them but it won’t add them to a list, because they didn’t explicitly opt-in to be a part of your Klaviyo list. What if they accepted marketing at checkout? If a customer accepted marketing, you’ll see a profile property in the customer profile that says Accepts Marketing is True. While this is great, it doesn’t mean they automatically get added to a list. However since they have consented to receive email marketing from you in the past, you can create a segment of customers who have accepted marketing and are not in your main newsletter list, export that list as a .csv, and import it to your main list to add them. Have any other questions about how Klaviyo and Shopify sync profiles? Ask below so our Community can help.
Hi there attempting to have webflow sign up people without leaving the site:I have tried setting up similarly to mailchimp but it doesnt seem to work, it re-directs to another sign up page where it requests the email again. Does anyone have a fix for this? Here are the settings: bestob
The Back in Stock implementation for Shopify (described here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-Shopify) doesn’t provide us with the level of customization that we would like to have. As such we are looking at implementing a custom Back in Stock form either via a legacy form method (similar to https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005249588-How-to-Add-and-Customize-a-Legacy-Embedded-Signup-Form) or via a custom form and API request in the frontend (in JS).This developer documentation for the API https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006565332-Back-in-Stock-for-Mobile-App-Developers while not explicitly stated I believe is only for server side API calls as CORS blocks POST requests via JS.Can anyone point me in the right direction here - add a user to back in stock list for a product via a custom form on the frontend, without need for server-side api calls. (or if there is no right direction - let me know!)Many thank
If you integrated with Facebook, but don’t see your Facebook page on the dropdown menu for Lead Ad settings in Klaviyo, the problem might be that the Facebook user who integrated with Klaviyo doesn’t have admin permissions on the associated page. The Facebook user who integrates with Klaviyo must have admin permissions on the associated Facebook Page in order for Lead Ads to work correctly. The only Facebook Pages available are those where the user has admin permissions. If you don't see the page you’re looking for when integrating, then the user who integrated with Facebook doesn't have admin permissions. After adding a user as an admin, it’s important to remove and re-add the integration so that it will work properly. To learn how to add a user as an admin, check out this post:Another way to solve this issue is by removing and re-adding the integration, and when you re-add, make sure to use a profile who already has admin permissions for the page. The Facebook user with the proper pa
