What's going on with Wheelio and Klaviyo?

Hey email marketers!I’ve been recently trying out many Spinwheel Solutions that integrate with Klaviyo and Shopify.I thought Wheelio was the top choice. Strangely, it’s listed in the Klaviyo Tech Partners directory web page, but not in the Klaviyo Account integrations apps page. hmmm 🤔 The best alternative/competitor I have found is Tada. However, they both are lacking in critical/important app and API features. There are no adequate solutions, sadly. I have extensive notes and observations; if you’re interested, reach out!

Out of Stock status of product in Wix is not pulled in Klaviyo

Hi, I am brand new to Klaviyo and recently integrated Klaviyo with my Wix ecommerce website. I noticed that some of the products that are OUT OF STOCK in Wix were imported into Klaviyo as Published. I am in the process of creating a Browse Abandonment Flow in Klaviyo and I’m using a Product Feed in the email template for the flow. Klaviyo is pulling products that it has given a “Published” status to, even though they are Out of Stock in Wix.  How can I fix this? Thanks.

Events Tracking on Shopify Integration

I want to ask if this is a normal behavior for events tracking with Shopify integration. So after a few testing, I came to this conclusion: Events will be tracked and show up in profile in these situations:If a user is coming from an email. When I clicked on an email and go to the website to view product, add to cart or checkout, the events will be tracked and show in profile. After a user made a purchase. When I made a purchase, Klaviyo will be able to track events in profile, and even events happened prior to the purchase will show up.Events won’t be tracked and does not show up in profile in these situations:When I left my email in footer newsletter subscription, my email was synced to Klaviyo as a new profile, but it won’t track my events after that. I tested a few times by subscribing to newsletter and then did some events like view product or add to cart, and it didn’t appear in my profile. Same thing even if I tried to register and login, Klaviyo still won’t be able to track my

Flickering after installing Klaviyo?

So, we are looking to run Klaviyo for our client, but after launching the pop-up forms, the website started experiencing a lot of flicker. It’s not a native integration as their CMS is not supported. The devs followed this guide - https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/v1-2/docs/guide-to-integrating-a-platform-without-a-pre-built-klaviyo-integrationI’ve got zero experience with web development and have no idea where to even start looking for solutions. Never had issues like this with other clients or our own website. Any suggestions?

Auto Re-Stock email for Woocommerce

Hello, I am looking to build an re-stock alert for my store hosted via woocommerce.  I am looking to have the “sign up for re-stock alert” add to the product page when the stock is out, as well as have an email automatically send to customers that signup when the product is back in stock. I’d like for this email to dynamically pull in the product, images, and links that the customer has requested to be informed of.  How is this possible?

Prestashop Products reset items in Klaviyo

Hi Klaviyo Community, I need to reset products synced in Klaviyo from Prestashop 8 to make a fresh and clean sync.Content > Products > Items.The issue comes from first product sync using a development site & domain, then, the product image in klaviyo is broke because is calling old & removed development site… I think a good way to solve is doing a reset in klaviyo, but i dont how… or other ways to achieve that are welcome. Thanks.David.

Review Import Issue-Says Complete, but i cant see them.

I imported my reviews from Judge me and it says “complete”.  I cant find them anywhere though.  They arent appearing on klaviyo and not on my website.  There is no “save” button and no further instructions.  Please help!

Uploaded Media Not Displaying on Reviews

I just uploaded my reviews from Loox. I was very excited to consolidate my reviews to Klaviyo. The reviews imported fine, but the images appear to be links hosted by Loox. They are now displaying as broken thumbnails and not displaying properly on my Shopify store.I do not have many email subscribers, so I am on a free account, and it appears I cannot receive any support unless I’m on a paid account. How can I go about fixing this issue? This is very disappointing.

Email sign ups defaulting to 'Never subscribed' (Gravity Forms integration into Klaviyo)

Hello! I am trying to improve email deliverability for a sender in Australia. The current sign up process is as follows; Users fill in their details via a Gravity Form on a Wordpress website Users data is pulled across to a Klaviyo list via the Gravity Forms Klaviyo Add-on Users are sent a Welcome FlowTraditionally, this list has been set as a ‘double opt-in’. However, as the sign up form is not set up through Klaviyo, it doesn’t look as though the automated ‘confirm subscription’ email is being sent. Yesterday I tested setting the list to ‘single opt-in’. I created a new Gmail testing email and signed up through the website.  I could see my data was recorded in the Gravity Form and successfully pulled across to Klaviyo. Though, my profile was still marked as ‘Never subscribed’. Despite this, I received the Welcome Flow to my inbox and could open it/click around. I would really love some help resolving the questions below:Can I enable the ‘double opt-in’ confirm subscription email with

Klaviyo On-site tracking & Add-to-cart trigger not working

I’m trying to set up the abandoned cart flows for my client but have encountered an issue where none of the on-site tracking is working. I'm unsure if this is because the website is currently password-protected (pre-launch) or if it’s due to the absence of a cookie banner.Here’s what I’ve done so far:Checked the Shopify-Klaviyo integration, and everything seemed fine with no errors. However, I re-integrated Shopify to ensure nothing was broken. Enabled anonymous visitor tracking. Verified that Klaviyo's on-site tracking app setting is enabled in the Shopify live theme. Noticed that the ‘active on site’ metric reports “no data available”. Accessed the site via the Klaviyo email link to ensure my profile is cookied and also visited the store in incognito mode, using ?utm_email=example@gmail.com to test.For the “added to cart” trigger, I’ve tested two methods, including the class method as described here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001396711 Here’s the button class code

Profile "Metrics and insights" UI not aggregating event data correctly

Hi all — I’ve been banging my head against this wall for a bit and would appreciate a sanity check:Background:I am sending custom event called “Theme sale” to a profile -- these events happened in the past, before the profile was created. I am setting a custom date for the event. This is working and I can see the events in the profile timeline.(Fwiw I’m pushing this data via api rev 2024-06-15)Issue:The profile’s “Metrics” UI does not accurately reflect/aggregate the event data.I’m having a tough time figuring out why. It seems like maybe if the event occurred before the profile is created, then the data won’t aggregate correctly. But I’m not sure that’s the actual issue.Any ideas? Is this a bug? Or am I missing something silly?Examples:In the screenshots below, you can see I should have 5 all-time “Theme sale” events and 4 within last 30 days -- this is not reflected on the profile “Metrics” UI. Review quote not showing

I am trying to insert review quotes from my website into my emails. My reviews are captured using klaviyo reviews and it still is not working. I thought the problem was the imported reviews but even the new ones are showing up for me to select. What can i do?
