I would like to split the profiles entering in my flow based on country. Unfortunately many of the profiles from a branch (India) falls into the other branch (Rest of the world). Any idea why?
I tried to use as split configuration:
Propreties about someone > country > equals > India
and
Propreties about someone > country > is in > India
But so far no luck, profiles from India still goes in the wrong branch.
Yes, your original flow filter $country > equals > india is the one I advise to stick with and should be filtering the profiles accordingly. However, it should be noted that the $country property is based on an estimated location based on IP geolocation. The location is an estimation however and not concrete if the user hasn’t completed a purchase and their actual billing address hasn’t been sent to Klaviyo yet.
If you notice that there are a handful of profiles that have the $country property set as India, yet there are still going down the ‘NO’ path, I would reach out to our amazing support team who might be able investigate this anomaly deeper.
