Is there any way possible through either a Flow, Segment, or API to trigger or send a wave hook when someone leaves a Segment? I know the Flow works when someone enters the Segment, but is there any even that is triggered when someone leaves a segment?

Why don’t you create another segment with the opposite definition of the segment you discussing here and use that as trigger for the other flow?

You just need to make sure you create opposite definitions and use it instead. Simple example:

If your segment is for example people who are engaged in last 90 days (open or clicked at least 1 time in 90 days) now create a segment of unengaged in 90 days (open and clicked zero times in 90 days).. so those that are engaged after not being engaged for 90 days will go out of the first segment and into the second segment..
