I’m Aljon from Philippines, new to Klaviyo!
I am just curious why I cannot view the same number of member/s under “sign-up forms” and “Lists and Segments”. This is just for trial and practice and I already have one (1) new subscriber and I can view it under “Sign-up form” but still zero (0) in “Lists and Segments”.
Hoping I explained it correctly.

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!
For starters, not everyone who fills out and submits a signup form will be added to a list! That’s because some users who fill out the form may not confirmed their subscription per the double opt-in email. The form’s analytics will only record the number of times it has been submitted; not the number of times someone has shared consent and subscribed to a list. Instead, you’ll want to look at the exact list, list growth report, and/or the subscribe to list metric.
