Hello, 

It has now been 5 business days since i have emailed Klaviyo support to disable my two step authentication. No one has gotten back to me. I am the owner of the account, nobody else has access to the account. How long does it take for support to get back to you. I am running out of recovery codes.

MFA can be reset, but not disabled. MFA is now required on all paid accounts. This help article gives you all of the details!

I am currently trying to add a person to my team but the 2 step authenticator will not disable
