error reactivating free account

I’ve recently cancelled my paid account and want to reactivate to the free account, following all steps from help but it just gives me an error. Since I no longer have the paid account I can’t access live chat or email support, any ideas? thanks

   If you're trying to switch back to Klaviyo's free plan but keep getting an error, try using an incognito window or clearing your browser cache. Sometimes, an outstanding balance on your previous paid plan can prevent downgrading, so check your billing status under Account > Billing. If the system is stuck, try refreshing the page, logging out and back in, or switching to a different browser or device. Since you no longer have access to live chat or email support, you can reach out through the Klaviyo Community or their Twitter/X (@klaviyo) for assistance. If the issue persists, waiting a few hours and trying again may help, as account changes sometimes take time to process. Let me know if you need further help!

  2. Log Out & Back In – Refresh your session before retrying.
  3. Check for Outstanding Balance – Some platforms require settling dues before switching to free.
  4. Use a Different Device or Network – Just in case it's a local issue.
  5. Look for Support Options – Some platforms still allow ticket submissions or community forum access even for free users.

If none of these work, try creating a new free account as a temporary workaround.
